This book is a regurgitation of Canva templates and Pinterest quotes. It lacks authenticity and quality in both writing and presentation. I was cringing through each day of prompts waiting for something helpful and productive that never came. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This is what I've been patiently waiting for! ๐ For someone like me who struggles with social anxiety and doesn't know how to enter my calm era, this book will push me toward that. I highly recommend you check this out!

This book is filled with excellent strategies for finding a bit of calm in a hectic life.
It seems very geared towards women and mothers, which is fair enough, though it would have been nice to see a bit more diversity in the suggestions and such.
I enjoyed the variety of exercises, and they seem like generally really good ideas. The only thing I'd say is it would be nice to see some alternative ways to do them for people with disabilities or otherwise who have less mobility. For example, rather than only saying to go outside and go for a walk, perhaps the activity could give alternatives like spending more time near open windows, or on balcony's, etc.
Overall a good book and worth a read if you struggle with day to day anxiety, along with speaking to medical professionals if it is severely impacting your life (something the book also advocates for).

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC to review!

This was a really great Swifty-themed book to reconnect with yourself and find what makes you calm and happy and less stressed with the everyday grind. I will definitely be buying a copy of this for myself and using it regularly.

I found this to be a short, easy book filled with mostly common sense activities and exercises to help the reader to experience less stress and anxiety and achieve more calm in life. It's a 90 day book with entries for every one of those 90days. Some build on each other. Some are physical, the reader would benefit from using a journal as there are prompts for that. There is nothing earth shattering in here but it would make a good gift for a new mom or a college student.

Came for the Taylor Swift vibes, stayed for the instant feelings of calmness. I read through the first week of exercises and really enjoyed the exercises and will be incorporating this into my mornings. My only cons with this are the inability to send to my kindle-itโd be really nice to be able to wake up and not jump on my phone. But overall really like the concept and overall vibes.

I enjoyed this book! Because I was reviewing it, I read it in a relatively short period of time but that doesn't mean it wasn't effective! I had the choice of a selection of books and this one was staring me in the face as if to say "Pick me!" I was not disappointed. I'm very aware I've had a period of significant stress for the past few years and it will not be letting up any time soon. I can't take care of others if I'm not fully taking care of myself.
"In My Calm Era" is meant to be read once a day. Each day is short, to the point and relatable. The actions/affirmations are sound and I know some of them I'm already doing, but a reminder never hurts! While this book is likely intended for adults, a teen would definitely benefit from the information presented. It is not overwhelming or preachy. Many of the mindfulness techniques do not take a lot of time, but are very effective. I'm guilty of reading on my phone before bed, using my phone for an alarm, and checking my phone first thing. This is one practice I want to change immediately. Many of the affirmations spoke to me, but some standouts are: "I can lean on people I love without guilt", "I will return to my body whenever my mind races", "I will not skip ahead to the end of the story", and "I am productive when I pause and do not need to rush."
It is so easy to become overwhelmed and burnout. Prolonged periods of stress can be so incredibly tough on our bodies and our mental health, Taking time to find your calm in the midst of chaos is so important. Most of us won't carry around a book like this to reference when things get tough, but I guarantee some of the techniques suggested will pop into your head when you need it the most. I went ahead and purchased a hard copy of this book as my family will benefit from the clear and concise manner in which the information is presented as we navigate the toughest waters we have experienced to date. Even our tween and teen will be able to employ many of the techniques presented.
Thank you to Harper Celebrate and NetGalley for the e-ARC in exchange for an honest review.

My Calm Era offers a gentle, 90-day journey to reclaim your peace and prioritise mental wellness. Each day brings a short inspirational reading, an easy calming activity, and a thoughtful affirmation, perfect for anyone who wants to de-stress without feeling overwhelmed.
I quickly fell for the affirmations; theyโre uplifting and easy to carry throughout the day. The activities feel more like mini self-care rituals than chores, making it a pleasure to return to, even on busy days.
Itโs ideal for those mid-season burnout blues or anyone craving more calm and intention.

A thoughtful and calming read that is perfect for anyone managing anxiety. I appreciated the 90-day format, though it is just as enjoyable to read all at once. Uplifting affirmations and a great addition to any coffee table.

This was such a great read! I've been working on my anxiety heavily for a year now and this just really upped the help I've been working towards. Can't wait to go out and purchase a physical copy of my own!

This is a simple tool to inspire you everyday. It is beautiful to look at. This has great prompts for journaling and meditation.

I thought this book gave some really good tips to help you. I have really bad anxiety and I'm looking forward to starting to use the tips that Harper mentioned.

This is a lovely self help book. Visually interesting and written concisely but still engaging. The information/activities are broken down into 90 days. Each day has snippets of information/ideas, affirmations, and an activity/technique.

Beautiful, stunning, gorgeous!!! This book is so simple in its method: take a small part of the day for the next three months to reset your mind, body and spirit for a calmer you in a chaotic world. The design is breathtaking, the layout, colours and design itself is calming and the tips are profound yet uncomplicated. This will make a wonderful gift or addition to your journal collection.
Thank you to Harper Celebrate and NetGalley for this ARC for review; all opinions are my own.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an early copy of this book (I am reading this as part of Camp NetGalley).
I really loved this book! As someone who is a bit of a stress head and always thinking things over it is great to have a guide to encourage you to slow down and try something new.
There are a lot of original ideas here I would never have considered trying and it has genuinely helped calm me when needed.
Definitely recommend trying these techniques! Will be looking to purchase a copy when this is published.
Thanks again!

Wow - what a wonderful concept! I absolutely loved how this book offers easy-to-follow, daily tips and motivational prompts to help calm both the mind and body. Each day brings something new, and the short, accessible entries make it perfect for anyone looking to add a moment of mindfulness into their routine.
The design is just as calming as the content. The soothing colour palette makes the book feel engaging and welcoming, like a warm cup of tea in book form. The daily affirmations are deeply thought-provoking, and one in particular really stayed with me:
"I have the ability to calm the storm of anxiety inside me." That line hit me right in the feels. On days when anxiety feels overwhelming, reading words like this feels like a lifeline, a gentle reminder of my inner strength.
One section that really resonated with me was the "Clear Out the Clutter" page. It spoke directly to my soul! I've noticed that when my space is cluttered, I feel more stressed and drained, so this served as a kind, necessary nudge to be more mindful of my environment.
I absolutely love this book and would recommend it to anyone looking to bring more peace, clarity, and calm into their life. It's not just a book, it's a daily companion in your wellness journey.

This is meant to be read a day at a time over 90 days, but Iโm not good at waiting when Iโm enjoying a book. Full of inspiration for everyday life. Recommend!

i found this book very inspirational! definitely took some advice out of it for my everyday life. definitely recommend if your needing some self reflection.

Very cute illustrations throughout the book to catch your eye. Daily tips to relieve stress that are obtainable and easy to understand! A great way to self motivate for self care and a healthier you. Thereโs scenarios that everyone can relate to and make you feel included and not alone struggling.
Nice book to remind you of little things you could do in your everyday life that will go a long way. Not only physically but mentally. A book for everyone! Take a break and have a read ๐ซถ
