The first book The Revenant Games was an immersive and enjoyable read but I feel that The Hallow Hunt just fell flat for me as a reader.

I was first attracted to this series due to the vampire + witches + games elements of the story, and I really enjoyed the first book. The second book, where our friend Bly is dealing with the repercussions of the first book didn’t hit the same for me as the first book, though I still enjoyed the adventure.
