This was maybe a bit slow to get started with but started to hit home more toward the second half or final third. I think a lot of the background info/story-telling maybe could have been minimized, but I appreciated some of the more tangible pieces and takeaways. This gave me some pieces to reflect on and some questions to continue asking myself beyond the time listening.

Elizabeth Greenwood’s Everyday Intuition is more than just an exploration of intuition—it’s a guide to rediscovering the inner voice that so many of us have been taught to ignore. Through engaging stories and compelling research, Greenwood connects abstract ideas to real-life experiences, making intuition feel both tangible and accessible.

One of the most profound lessons I took from this book was how much power I have been unconsciously letting go of—and, more importantly, how I can take it back. Greenwood doesn’t just theorize about intuition; she offers practical ways to strengthen trust in our own instincts, showing how we can use them to navigate life with greater confidence.

I especially appreciated the way the book reinforced belief in my own work. Rather than searching for external validation, Everyday Intuition reminded me that my deepest insights come from within. Greenwood’s thoughtful approach helped me recognize how intuition isn’t just a mystical concept—it’s a skill we can cultivate to lead more authentic and empowered lives.
