This series is a lot of fun and this was a solid conclusion. It wrapped up the loose ends pretty nicely and had a solid HEA. I still have questions about the world but all in all I enjoyed this book a lot! This would be a great late summer/fall read.

Received an arc from Netgalley in exchange for a honest review. If you love cozy paranormal books esp for the fall/Halloween then read this book. The romance 10/10. A witchy historian 10/10. Hot Dragon Shifter 10/10. I didn't realized this was book #4 of a series but it is a standalone so the books are set in the same town. I didn't feel lost but definitely read the other books before to not get spoilers on the couple.

Thanks for the advanced copy!! Loved the final book in the series so so good!! Loved the characters both old and new! Wrapped up the series really well and felt really happy where all the characters ended up! Would love to see what the author comes up with next!

I have to give a HUGE thank you to Hazel Beck, NetGalley, and Harlequin Trade Publishing (Graydon House imprint) for the opportunity to read this eARC in exchange for an honest review. This title is expected to release on September 23, 2025.

*I will not be sharing any main plot points, spoilers, or quotes out of respect for the author. *

It's hard to believe that I have waited just short of a year for the fourth (and sadly, final) installment in the Witchlore series. I've been obsessed with St. Cyprian, Missouri and our Riverwood coven since the first book. That being said, I was over the moon excited when I recieved the eARC for "Dragon Fires Everywhere." I'm here to tell you that I am NOT disappointed... okay, maybe just a little bit but only because now my life in St. Cyprian is over. I will be eternally grateful to Hazel Beck for the adventure she has given me with the Witchlore series.

I loved seeing Georgie (Georgina) come into her own in this book. She's been held back and pushed down for so long, settling for less than she deserves. It's about time she gets some happy. This installment also wraps up some of the open-ended plot lines from books 1-3, too. I'm not going to lie, I shed some happy tears. I just love this group of witches (and non-witches) so much. I'm going to miss them so much.

Hazel Beck is an automatic "buy" author for me. I can't wait to see what else they come up with. But for now, I'm going to stay "on the bricks" in St. Cyprian where it's nice and cozy.

Brief Summary: "Lead me where I need to go, show me what I need to know." Georgina Pendell

The Riverwood Coven is about to take over governing the magical town of St. Cyprian, Missouri with only a few rituals left to finalize their ascension. With this ascension, Georgie Pendell has scoured the world seeking critical artifacts needed to unlock the Witchlore archives, demonstrating the coven's worthiness. When Georgie returns home early and finds her boyfriend cheating, she decides love is a falsity. After all, she must remain practical and focused as she takes on the role of Historian. But when she rediscovers an enchanted storybook with a beautiful red-haired princess and a mysterious dragon, Georgie's world becomes even more chaotic. Georgie, and the rest of the Riverwood Coven, are desperate to find the facts to keep their world safe and to stop the evil Joywood Coven from unleashing black magick everywhere. The friends (chosen-family) soon realize that facts are not the only things that matter. In fact, Hope, Love, and Unity may just be the key to ending the Joywood's reign of terror and bring peace to St. Cyprian and all of its inhabitants.

Sad to see this series wind down but I can’t wait to see what the other does next. Magical, sexy, epic and at times really funny. Really recommend this series about witches and a found family. I don’t know if she will but the author could write stories in this world forever and I would read them.
