Pages and pages full of animal themed jokes. Would be great for students who love jokes both in libraries and home settings. Was hoping it could also skew a little higher to middle school as they are also looking for more joke books. Good for picking up on and off when wanting to learn something new to share. For grades 2-4.

<i>You Quack Me Up</i> honestly feels like the sort of book that you can equate to the annoying toys friends or aunts and uncles get your kids that you honestly just can’t help wishing would get lost or disappear somewhere. It’s definitely great for kids who really enjoy silly and very punny jokes, especially if they loved them about animals. But damn, if I wasn’t so ready to be done with this book just a few pages in.

I can imagine that if this fits in with a specific type of humor, teens and adults might enjoy the book and jokes as well. But definitely, I am certain, a lot of children will have a blast with this book.

One plus for me is that the artwork throughout was really nice, but it’s obviously not the focal point.

So, all in all, definitely not for me…but I know a student or two who would love to have a copy.

I read several pages of this to my teen, who either didn't get it or thought they were lame jokes. Admittedly, teens are not the age group this book is geared towards, but I felt much the same about the jokes.

I feel many of these would get lost in translation for little kids, and yet also be boring to slightly older kids. I love cheesy jokes, but these were mostly done too often or not done at all for a reason.

I also didn't like that they were grouped by animal. Half the jokes were the same or similar because of this. So you're just reading the same joke 5 or 6 times.

The table of contents shows the wide range of popular topics with kids that is covered in the book and the small graphic details throughout add to the humorous theme. This is a great addition to a genre that kids crave!

This was everything I want in a kids' joke book: puns, limericks, knock-knock jokes, there's something for everyone. And I found a lot of the jokes really funny. My favorite was the dinosaur section, because I love dinosaurs, and then at the end there's a guide to creating your own jokes!

You Quack Me Up is a great collection of jokes for children! My son and I enjoyed reading through the jokes and really loved whole there were dedicated sections of jokes broken down by theme/animal. That made it extremely easy to tailor the right joke to the situation.

I will say that some of the jokes went over my son's head (he's only 4) so this collection might be best enjoyed with the middle to higher age range suggested, but as an adult, I was laughing at all of the jokes.

You Quack Me Up was full of super cute age appropriate animal jokes. My son loved them and finds many hilarious. I loved that they were all meant for kids and written in a style they would understand. Definitely would recommend!

What a fun book! This is a joke book for kids with over 800 animal jokes. The jokes were cheesy and fun. I think a lot of kids will enjoy this one! I also thought the pictures were cute.

This is fantastic! As a substitute teacher for elementary school I am always looking for fun things to do with the class to keep them engaged when we have a little downtime left over. The kids always seem to love jokes and trivia so when I saw this book I knew I had to jump on it. The jokes are clean and age appropriate which is obviously very important especially when teaching a class. They’re also pretty funny! I read these to my own children (ages 12 and 10) and we were all laughing, even my 12 year old couldn’t help but laugh at these. Usually when I look for kids jokes online they are always the same old retired jokes but I had never heard any of the jokes in this book before. There are so many jokes too, this one book should last me quite a while.

This is a great book filled with jokes for kids! I like to leave a little note with a joke or a fun fact in my son's school lunch, and this book has just the kid of jokes my son loves!
