Ok, so I had to go back and read The Devil's Angel and The Devil's magic first because I couldn't start this far into the story! Let me start with, this is a 4 star series overall for me.

The Devil's Redemption specifically was a 3.75, so I rounded up! I was dipping my toes into urban fantasy with this book, I was hooked by the blurb instantly: angels, monsters, magic, the modern world? Yes, please! I love the way that the author tied all of these things together seamlessly and didn't make the modern or the fantasy feel out of place with each other.

Honourable mention: Merci & Cari, what women! They take on some serious action as assassins who are trying to right wrongs. I definitely feel that this book wraps up the trilogy nicely and leaves readers feeling satisfied!

The final book in Mercedes and Caridad's story was amazing! This book delivers everything you could want – intense action, shocking twists, and a satisfying conclusion to their long journey. The writing was phenomenal, and the characters were just as engaging as the two previous books. This is a must-read for fans of action and fantasy – it's the perfect ending for this series!

We are at the final book in Merci and Cari’s story, and boy is it filled with so much darn action. Things are not at all that they seem, and of course it’s up to them and their allies, and sometimes their reluctant allies, to make things right before the world becomes a huge mess. This is definitely a fitting end to this series, and it’s filled with plenty of fight scenes, great writing, and engaging characters. Fans of this series will enjoy this and find it a very fitting end. Recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.
