As a long time follower of Sad Nuggie and proud owner of a Dino sad nuggie I loved this. The art style is super cute, and Sad Nuggie is as relatable as always. This is mostly pictures with minimal text, but if you’re familiar with Sad Nuggie or just having a tough time and need a quick pick me up I highly recommend.

This was so cute and such a fun comic to flip through. I am new to the world of muggle but I love him. He is very relatable and I love all his antics. It’s really cute to see him go through experiences of “normal” life. The cartoon style keeps you hooked, and the backgrounds, everything, fits the nuggie world. Definitely interested to see more of the artists styles and illustrations!

I think this is a cute graphic novel and if you know them from socials its a really cute insight to the sad nuggie. I would have liked maybe a bit more of a story line as the novel itself contains a lot of short snippets and comics that are relatively contained to one or 2 pages. I did love seeing the sad nuggie smile though! That's a cute first!

This book was an absolute delight. Adorable and a lot of fun, and somehow incredibly relatable even though it’s a nugget. The art is really cute, and it’s all just so good. 10/10 would recommend.

Look is sad nuggie anything revolutionary? No not really, it’s much in the vein or Sarah’s scribbles and other 2000 meme culture. It’s cute charming and manages to add just a little extra sentimental value.
Not the most memorable little guy but seems like it be a good gift to give out to a friend who liked cute things, comics, or a less jaded meme culture.
Definitely for millennials who say smol bean and doggo

This graphic novel follows a chicken nugget called Sad Nuggie struggling with the ups and downs of life. But whatever life throws at him he always does his best.
The graphic novel's art style is excellent, and the stories are relatable, funny, sad, or a mixture of them. Some of them like Nuggie's guide to a productive week made me even think "That's me!".
Thank you, Andrews McMeel Publishing, for providing me with this book to review via NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

I needed to read something different today and ended up reading this delightfully clever graphic novel about a chicken nugget - Sad Nuggie! Wow … so much was relatable including how often things can go wrong despite our best intentions, how often people we think are friends let us down, the toll it takes on mental health and … what it is like to also find the people you belong with 🩷
This is set for publication in August 2025 by Andrews McMeel Publishing - with thanks to @netgalley for letting me read an advanced copy

I'm touched by this kind of content on Instagram in general, but here it didn't impact me.
There's a nice little thread, but not to the point where it becomes a book, a story that really hooks.
It wasn't humorous or poignant enough, an in-between that left me a little disappointed.
The drawings are simple and colourful, the situations diverse, it's cute and caring but I didn't smile enough or feel a ‘that's me’.
It made me want to eat nuggets (and do my best).

How is it that I see myself in an animated chicken nugget? I was not expecting to be hit in the feels reading this book!
I hadn't heard of Sad Nuggie before, but the cover of the book caught my attention. The illustrations are wonderful, and they have the ability to capture a wide range of emotions.

This graphic novel is an emotional warm hug wrapped in vibrant illustrations and gentle humor. Sad Nuggie, the anxious little chicken nugget we’ve all fallen in love with on TikTok, navigates the ups and downs of life in a new city—showing us that it’s okay to struggle and that healing happens in small, hopeful moments. With minimal words and expressive art, it speaks volumes about anxiety, loneliness, friendship, and self-care. Hilarious, relatable, and deeply comforting, Sad Nuggie is a perfect cozy read and a meaningful gift for anyone who needs a little reminder that they’re not alone.
Thank you to Andrews McMeel Publishing and NetGalley for the chance to read this adorable and heartwarming gem!

I love Sad Nuggie. I see videos of them on tiktok all the time so when I saw this on NetGalley I had to check it out. This felt like such a warm hug. As someone that suffers from anxiety and depression I find Sad Nuggie so relatable. This would make such a great gift to someone struggling with their mental health for them to know they are not alone.

Super cute comic book following our favorite little nugget. Thank you NetGalley for the ebook arc. This book would be a great gift for any fans of sad biggie.

Cute story following Tik Tok sensational Sad nuggie stuffy. I would definitely recommended this to teens and kids.

An excellent addition to the Sad Nuggie franchise. The beauty of this Graphic Novel is that not a lot of words are needed, so the reader can interpret the situation in their own way. The illustrations are beautiful and Anastasia does well with both the backgrounds and giving the Nuggie all the expressions he would need.
Life is tough, but Nuggie shows how you just got to take things day by day, or situation by situation.

his is the absolute CUTEST
as someone who read this in one sitting while procrastinating sleep, i feel sad nuggie’s existence in my soul
i don’t know what i expected (bcos who reads blurbs these days? def not me) 👀 but this is a super cute like mini comic series?? there’s a PLOT?? i want to hug sad nuggie so bad
thank you sm netgalley for the review copy!

Sad Nuggie is a collection of short-form comics that are relatable and hopeful. The character of Sad Nuggie makes people struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns feel they are not so alone in their struggles.

This is one of those hilarious little books I wish I would have read with friends around, because I kept laughing out loud and wanting to share. It's hilarious but also has little life lessons I could relate to. This will be a great gift book.

Well, I wanted to like this but it felt scattered and uncertain. A bunch of ideas that can be funny and relatable on their own but don't feel related and continuous enough in a book format. (It felt A LOT like an Instagram collection.) I've read graphic books that are a compilation of arts before, but in most of them each story has a semi ending which shows that a part is done and the next page would be a new one. This book didn't give me that sense.
I can see how others might enjoy the freeform style and relate to the character, but personally, I wished for a better structured book.

Cute, silly comic featuring internet sensation, Sad Nuggie. The images are cute, definitely convey the multitude of emotions behind their eyes. I look forward to sharing this with friends when it publishes!

This was absolutely the cutest. Every page of artwork had me smiling and going “aww”. Sad Nuggie is quite relatable.
The artwork is nice, the story is simple but easy to follow and relatable. This is a cute picture book that shows we aren’t alone and even nuggies struggles with life sometimes.
I wish it was a bit longer but this will be the perfect coffee table book.
