Books like this are always interesting for me. I meditate, am Jewish, and have always been fascinated by kabbalah. That said, I find most orthodox religion, if all brands, to be pretty silly.

And that is how I feel after reading this book.

I fully believe that Rabbi Goldhammer has had these experiences. And I find it interesting that mantras, shapes, colors, and Hebrew letters turned into numbers can create such huge physical changes.

Yet, I really don't believe it, and find the evidence anecdotal.

Could it hurt to try it? Probably not.

I received this free from NetGalley.
