This emotional, swoon-filled romance brings all the heat and heart as Roxie returns to Sugar Mountain and runs straight into Nate Boone—the one man she’s never truly gotten over. He’s her brother’s best friend, once off-limits, now impossible to resist. With small-town ties, rekindled chemistry, and a love that never really died, their second chance is equal parts sweet, steamy, and soul-deep.

5⭐️ 3.5🌶️

What a great ending to a fantastic series!! We get brothers best friend, sisters best friend, second chance, AND single dad! Family has ZERO issues AND no third act break up!?! Sign me up, over and over again!!

Roxie and Nate are perfect for each other and I loved watching them come together and finally give into the love they always had for each other! Daisy’s story was so sad and I loved how she was able to connect with Miss Roxie, even though it was on such sad circumstances. Daisy is a true sweetheart and I adored her!

I loved this series so much!! I listened to the audio for the first three and read this as an ARC, I’ll be listening to this one asap. Especially after learning it’s narrated by Stella Hunter and Aaron Shedlock!

I love Nate and Roxie. They're like the epitome of that fantasy that we all want but know won't happen in reality. I love the storyline and sincerelyall the characters, especially Tobias. But then I wish things went a little slower, like having more information to get to know the characters. It felt like water slipping through my fingers and i couldn't even catch my breadth.
Their union was so rushed and Nate, whom I saw as matured turned ridiculous when Roxie reminded him she had a life to get back to. The love seemed too much and couldn't keep me grounded in the book.
I really loved the previous reads from Julie Capulet but this one, a little less.
Thank you to Netgalley, the Author and Publisher. Really appreciate the opportunity to read and review this book.

Cute, small town, second chance romance! This was my first introduction to Julie Capulet, and while the fourth in a series, it stands alone.

Nashville Lights is a quick, easy read. I enjoyed Nate and Roxie, but struggled with some of their interactions (like actually using the term “raw-dogging” and her waking up to him being…in her). But overall felt the connection they shared.

Thanks for the ARC!

I enjoyed this book for the most part. I did really like Roxie and Nate, I just didn't love all of the plot twists and some I really could have done without. It was a LOT thrown at us. Especially at the end. But still a solid 4 star read. Thank you NetGalley for an advanced copy.

oh Julie. i dont know what your made up of but it must be simply swoon that runs through your veins. because your books are simply the most adorable romance novels anyone could wish for. they are swoon, spice and nice in all the right places. and more than that they are whole heart and soul grippers. they pull you in to every character that each book centers around and makes you care about both main and side characters.
this book was no exception. perhaps one of the best yet. and still as always by the end i was both in love and hating Julie! because i needed their to be a happy ending and i needed these pair to be together. and there was in parts a time when i didnt see how this could happen.
Roxie loves Nate. always has. Nate loves Roxie always has. they have been part of the best parts of each others lives. but they were young and Nate new he would have to walk away. and he did. and neither have allowed anyone in since. it just wasnt going to happen, noone could ever be their someone because there someone was always each other.
they grew up together and her best friend is Nates sister. so when Roxie comes to visit her she knows(hopes?) she will see Nate again.
and when they do meet everything else melts away. there love is all there and is stronger if possible. it mature and its everything.
they are though, both now adults so can life work for them as a pair. they both have lives and complications now. not least Nates very small addition. but she isnt a complication and soon Roxie finds herself meshed to this new little one too.
this book as always felt more than a romance. it was cozy as well as sweet. it was spicy as well as calming for the soul.
hit after hit thats what Julie can give in her books. and once again she succeeds in all i could ever wish for in a book.

Quick Summary: A finding forever romance

My Review: Nashville Lights by Julie Capulet is book #4 in the Music City Lovers series.

About the Book: "I haven’t seen her in years, until she shows up out of the blue, so beautiful it hurts.

But she’s too perfect and the pull is too strong...I want her. I want everything. She's mine.

Now that I've had a taste of forever, I’ll risk whatever it takes to keep her..."

In My Own Words: What happens when you meet the love of your life again after eight years apart?

Tuck and Boone grew up together. They were close and shared something special, but the timing of their love story was off...until it wasn't.

About the Characters:

Boone -> Strong, responsible, moody, loving, family-oriented, driven

One aspect of Boone's behavior did not seem to be in sync with his general demeanor, at one point in the story. It didn't fit. It was so at odds that I could not wrap my head around it. He went from 100 to 0 quickly. Also, there was one point of vague communication between him and Tuck that didn't jive well with me. It was his explanation or lack thereof concerning the woman at the gathering.

Tuck - > Successful, business-minded, encouraging, family-oriented, immature, open

The contrasts between Tuck's professional side and her presentation while she was with Boone seemed to be at odds. I kept thinking about how much maturity is required to handle management of multiple acts. There were times when she was with Boone that she seemed so young and naive. The way she spoke and acted around him was weird, for want of a better word.

My Final Say: This story was a fast-paced contemporary read. It was family rich, tragic, sweet, spicy, and entertaining. The lead and the supporting characters were loveable. The conflict was light. The HEA was neat. The tie in to other stories in the series was easy to follow.

I genuinely liked this story. The strong family unit was great to see. I loved how everyone rallied around Daisy. I would definitely recommend this book.

Rating: 3.25/5
Recommend: Yes
Audience: NA to A
Status/Level: 🌶🍬

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC opportunity!

This was okay, but it felt so rushed. I loved the characters, and the romance of it all, but the plot was lost and rushed. I understand that they are childhood friends, and havent been in touch, but they jump RIGHT in after one weekend? Thats so unrealistic that it was hard for me to focus on anything else. I wish that some more time and detail had been given to their reunion and growth.

It's a fun, quick romance book and would be good for anyone looking for something as a pallette cleanse.

This is the first time I’ve read anything by this author and the synopsis really had me excited to get into this book. It started out really well and had so much potential, however when it came to the actual romance I feel like it went downhill in a major way. The MMC and FMC spend a weekend together where they fall deeply in love (granted they are childhood friends, they haven’t seen each other in years) propose marriage, plan to move in together and make a baby. Plus he turns into a man child because she won’t leave her entire life and move in with him immediately. I feel like I have whiplash. The last 50% felt very rushed, very exaggerated and unrealistic, unfortunately this was a complete miss.

This is a steamy best friend’s brother/childhood friends to lovers/single dad romance. There is a side story involving custody of a child. If you are looking for a quick read with spice and family fun & drama, this is perfect.

I would’ve liked more plot development. They haven’t seen each other in 8 years and immediately want to get married and live happily ever after. I think if the book was longer, the love story and the custody story could’ve made this an even better book.

“She's the one. She's always been the one.” -Nate

Nashville Lights is book four in the Music City Lovers series by Julie Capulet.
Ok, so I devoured this amazing romance story!
Roxie and Nate were swoony!
The chemistry between these two is insane and I was glued to each page as their relationship progressed!
The heat in this book is smoking hot. Their physical connection is intense. Some scenes are near kindle melting as they come together. I really enjoyed their story, and I cannot wait to read more of her books.
I really enjoyed this book! I loved Capulet’s writing style – I feel into it really easily and I found her funny and engaging.
