The recommendation was to go in blind, so in blind I went…
Like with most novellas, especially erotic ones, I can expect for them to be a fast and easy read. Something spicy and just enough storyline/plot to make it interesting. With being only 150 pages I expected to get limited character growth as well as a not very in depth plot. All of that being said, I still don’t think I loved this novella as much as some others I have read. Jazz, the FMC was awful to her husband. Now I’m not one to shy away from a good taboo inspired novella with spice that will make you blush. However, I feel like the spice in this book was overshadowed by how awful of a human being Jazz was. She was selfish, unkind and just all around unlikable. At one point I was kinda hoping the one hookup would just leave her down in the basement and Sean could go find his happily ever after with someone else. As far as the actual writing went, it was good. It flowed well and I was not expecting the book to end the way it did regardless if I agreed with how it ended or not.

This story was ok. I feel like she definitely should have just been upfront with her husband.. from the jump and not drug drug out the outcome we all knew was coming.

This book was a nasty one lol I really went blind onto this because I didn’t actually know what it was about and babyyyyy let me say that the fun never ended it was good gripping till the last page because this husband wife duo was a mess and just out there looking for love in the wrong places and this book gave everything it was suppose to

Love the idea of this story but I felt the execution was slow. I didn't get on board with the main characters as they were a bit boring! It lacked the slight unbelievable side of stories that makes you wish you were in it. Too much chat about jobs and children!

"Trust us—the less you know going in, the wilder the ride!"
This book really intrigued me with the lack of information given and the encouragement to go in blind (which I admit, I often do with books)so I'm going to try and review this without too many spoilers.

I found this book to be quite surface level, which you kind of expect with a novella. It almost reads as a diary from the main character as she becomes addicted to her new experiences. I found the main characters to be quite selfish and not really very likeable. Maybe if it were a longer book, the characters would feel more developed and their actions better understood.
A quick spicy read.
