This was an adorable romance between two people running rival ghost tours. I loved the storyline in theory, the side characters were solid, and I loved the town.
The only thing I didn’t like about this book, unfortunately, was the romance between Sophie and Tristan. The characters just felt very 2 dimensional to me. I felt more from Sarah and her magnets.
I’d still recommend it if you want a fun, unique, fluffy read!

Happy to visit this little Florida town again. Not as good as Haunted Ever After but still a fun time to be had. And I do love enemies-to-lovers. Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC

I was glad to be back in Boneyard Keys for a fun enemies to lovers romance! DeLuca does a wonderful job of putting you in the town and making you feel like you're a local. I love how empowering the female characters are and how their friendship is portrayed throughout the story. A fun cozy paranormal romance that could be read year round!

What’s better than one ghost tour? Two ghost tours, oh, and a magic hat! Plus Flynn stirs things up, literally. Bring on more Boneyard Key stories!

Small town girl Sophie has a passion project, guiding historically accurate supernatural ghost tours, that allows her to leave her mark on the town she loves. When a handsome Tristan arrives in town hoping to start his own ghost tour business, the two make a bet, becoming rivals vying for the title of sole ghost tour business in Boneyard Key. With a hurricane looming on the horizon and the pair ignoring complicated feelings, the line of their relationship quickly blur.
𝘎𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 is the perfect supernatural contemporary romance for early autumn! Featuring a clash of the ghost tours, readers will be easily amused by the tension and chemistry between Sophie and Tristan. The charming small town setting was endearing and full of relatable characters! The banter and fun conflict balances out the raw emotions. I even enjoyed the side characters, and the ghosts were such a fun addition! I also enjoyed DeLuca's writing style.
I thoroughly enjoyed my first of Jen DeLuca's books - I'm eager to read more of her words!

A lovely supernatural small town romance with an enemies-to-lovers story. The characters are complex and relatable. I found myself racing though the book. It was a delightful read.
Thank you NetGalley and Penguin for the digital galley!

I was so excited to return to Boneyard Key! I loved this book!
When theatre kid and son of an influential businessman Tristan moves to Boneyard Key, FL to open a location of his chain ghost tour business, he has no idea that there is already a ghost tour in town. He ALSO has no idea that there are REAL ghosts living in Boneyard Key. Longtime Boneyard Key resident and ghost tour operator Sophie meticulously researches the history of her town and has even met some of the real ghosts in town. Sophie's tour is all about telling the true stories of the town, so when she sees Tristan's theatrical tour full of ghost-story nonsense, she determines to drive Tristan and his phony stories out of town.
After a video of Tristan and Sophie fighting goes viral, they make a deal: whichever ghost tour is the most successful by the end of September will stay, and the other has to close down.
As they coexist in the small tourist town of Boneyard Key, FL, Tristan and Sophie get to know one another and grow feelings that go beyond rivalry.
I would read a hundred more Boneyard Key books! I love the backdrop of a whole town haunted by several friendly ghosts, the divide between tourists and locals, and the atmosphere of Boneyard Key!
Thank you so much to Berkley and NetGalley for the free ebook in exchange for an honest review!

Thank you for the opportunity to read an early copy of this DELIGHTFUL book. I love this little town and its fun inhabitants. Love the stories, I hope there are more books to come.

Full transparency: I know the author personally. That will not have an effect on my review of this title.
I truly love this world Jen has built. I find the quirks of Boneyard Key to be one of my favorite parts of this series. I love that the setting seems to be a character on it's own. The backstory for the ghosts is always a fun read and I long for more!
Tristan is just annoying and mean enough that it almost hated him through the whole book! I love Sophie and just want to wrap her up in a warm hug! I found this book to be a fun read and would really like more set in the same world!

I have really enjoyed Jen DeLuca's past books, including the first in this series, so I was excited to give Ghost Business a try. The story involves Tristan coming to the small (and haunted!) town of Boneyard Key to start a ghost tour business, only to discover that there is another ghost tour being run by Sadie, who is a nearly lifelong local. Tristan's tours are for spooky entertainment but Sophie takes the historical accuracy of her tours seriously. The two clash but are also undeniably attracted to each other. Meanwhile, Tristan comes to discover that the town's haunted gimmick isn't really a gimmick at all.
This book has such a lovely cozy vibe to it. I really enjoyed watching the emotional development that each character went through unfold. I also love that one of the ghosts from the past book is still making herself known and is honestly very cheeky! I think she might be my favorite character of them all despite the fact she's dead. :)

This was such a cute and lighthearted romance! I found it to be sweet, adventurous, hopeful, funny and emotional. This book was very relaxing, which was nice. This is a medium paced read with lovable characters! It came with a well structured plot and had a clear thesis. I really liked the setting of the book, which was in a small town in Florida. It came with vivid descriptions and a unique story. The supernatural elements really stood out to me! This is an enemies to lovers romance, which is one of my favorite tropes in a book. The two main characters were doing a ghost tour at the same time, which is how they ultimately meet. The minor characters definitely stood out to me and gave me some laughs! Be sure to read the content warnings. I think this book is perfect for fans that like to read romance comedy books, added with some paranormal elements to it! Overall, I rate this a 3 out of 5 stars!
Thank you to NetGalley, author Jen DeLuca and Berkley Publishing Group for this electronic ARC of this book to read in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.
This book is expected to be published on September 9, 2025!

I have a lot of conflicting feelings about this book…I had such high expectations going in, but sadly it fell a little flat and ended up being just an ok read.
For reference I loved Haunted Ever After the first book in the Boneyard Key series. It was one of my favorite romcoms of 2024. So like I mentioned I had high hopes for Ghost Business. Sadly that didn’t happen. Now don’t get me wrong I still enjoyed the overall story and fully plan on continuing with the series. But I wish some things could’ve been executed a smidge better.
My biggest issue with the book was with Tristan. For a MMC I found him to be extremely dislikable for 70% of the book. He did have his redemption moment but for me it took him way too long to get there. Plus I loved Sophie as a side character in book one, but as a MFC here she also wasn’t perfect.
My absolute favorite thing about this book and series is the side characters and of course the ghosts 👻. They bring so much laughter and joy. If it wasn’t for them I may have been ranking this lower than what I did.
Overall, even though it had its hiccups I still enjoyed it and would recommend it. My only tip for new readers to this series. Do not read them out of order. There are several moments that won’t make sense without reading book one. So do yourself a favor read Haunted Ever After first and then pick up Ghost Business September 9th when it releases.
Lastly big Thank you to NetGalley & Berkley Publishing for the ARC!

eh, it was fine. nothing terrible but nothing remarkable either. I liked the characters but had trouble buying into Sophie and Tristan's romantic connection. this haunted small town setting is gold though - love all the secondary characters and the Lore, so if there's a third book (I'd bet on Theo and Jo for that one) I'd still read it

I enjoyed reading this book. It was sweet and nice. A little predictable. I would have liked a little more character development and maybe some other background information that would help the storyline, but otherwise, it was sweet. It does make me want to go visit the Florida keys for a little bit of downtime in the sun.

Cute cover. I loved the setting. The writing was good. I just don’t see why the hero had to be bisexual. It didn’t do it for me and made me think it was added “just because”.

📖 Book Review 📖 A return to Boneyard Key was not on my 2025 Bingo card and the excitement was beyond what I imagined when this book showed up! I had a quick moment of debate looking up at my floating bookshelves that house my favorite books, pondering if I should reread Haunted Every After before diving into this one, but the anticipation got the better of me.
While this little Florida town is bursting at the seams with colorful ghosts, can it handle two ghost tour companies? Sophie’s a local who was raised with the lore of the haunts and has a spark with a new face in town she assumed is a tourist. But it turns out Tristan has arrived to open up his own ghost tour company, not realizing there is already an established gig in town. A viral moment of their rivalry escalates their budding feud but despite it all the chemistry is undeniable. Jen DeLuca delivers another delightful ghostly read that is perfect from start to finish.

I love Boneyard Keys and I wish this was a real place because I would visit hands down. Jen DeLuca did such an amazing job with the setting and the characters and I absolutely love this atmospheric read. I was a Sophie and Theo stan buuuut I see what you did and am not mad at it. Personally, I'm not a fan of enemies-to-lovers/rivals-to-lovers, especially when He has some sort of say/power over Her livelihood. Vying for ghost tour territory falls into this category. No man is so sexy that he'd make me forget that he took away my job/passion project. But obviously I pushed through for this book because ultimately its adorable and I can't wait to come back and see which character is next. And I'll absolutely be getting the chicken tender sandwich the next time I'm around a Publix.

This book has a lot of things I like: bisexuals! Ghosts! Florida!!! I had a solid time reading it, but sometimes found myself stalling out. I definitely still recommend it for anyone who loves a good ghost tour romcom.

This…was just ok. I liked the first Boneyard Key book better. I couldn’t get to liking the new male main character at all. Loved all of the side characters, and the town as a character as well - those things will make me try another book by this author. I definitely recommend reading the first in this series, although it is NOT necessary to do so.

I will drop everything for a new book from Jen DeLuca, and I have no regrets about doing that for this one. I really enjoyed spending more time in Boneyard Key and getting to know several of the characters in town better with this book. Thanks to Netgalley and Berkley for the advanced copy in exchange for an honest opinion.
