This was not the book I expected it to be. It was a rom com in some ways, a mystery in others. I’m pretty tired of Fiona and her weird scheming, I must say. I came close to DNFing it but decided to stick with it to find out more about the shooting, the silver mine/cave, and other subplots. The ending was a HEA for Darla and Judah but everything else had strings hanging in the wind. Perhaps I’ll read another story in the series and see how things go.
