Amazing

This book was so fun and easy to read even with the darker themes following deeper in the story. We go through so many elements of magic, alchemy, adventure and easy world building to follow with, everything you'd want from a book if you love open world fantasy games.

We follow our protagonist Sal who was thrown in a whole new world moments after her passing on Earth. She's an enthusiastic, adventurous and slightly reckless character, although she is going through so many things, she's trying to adapt to this new environment and still stay true to herself without dying.

I loved how the concept of being introduced to new characters was written here, it's very unique and gives us more insight on both how Sal sees them and how they actually are.

The book is definitely worth a try as it gets better with each character and I will absolutely keep an eye on the next book!
