After being in an accident that lands him in a coma, his deception comes to light. He’s been transferring money little by little, cent by cent, over the past twenty years into separate accounts. Now Pierre-Gabriel is on the hunt to find the accounts and claim the money for himself.

I really enjoyed this book, normally I’m not a mystery or thriller fan but this book kept me interested and wanting to keep reading it. I enjoyed the twists and turns.

Thanks to NetGalley and Amazon Publishing for the advanced readers edition in exchange for an honest review.

This book gave some fascinating insight into the effects of greed on human behavior. This is a different kind of thriller, one I'm not used to but ended up enjoying! I found the book to be well written, and I connected to the characters in ways that made me hate and love them. It was a very interesting read, and I will look into other works by this author as I don't believe I have read anything by him before.
