Trilina Pucci can do no wrong in my books. She is the absolute Queen of banter! Goldie and Noah's meet cute was everything.

This book did not disappoint. I couldn't put it down.

I love how Trilina weaves her stories and this rom-com triller is fun and original. I find that sometimes books can be too dark, but Trilina brings her own form of witty banter, originally and enough wrongness to be right.

I can't wait for One Killer Night to come out for everyone to have the chance to enjoy this wild ride.

An adorable meet cute lots of fun banter. Noah and Goldie meet and it’s a world wind romance. I loved this book, the romance the horror vibes. I loved how it has taken two of my favourite things (romance and Halloween) and made such a good story

The PERFECT fall/Halloween rom-com thriller

The authors note drew me in. It said the location of the book is heavily inspired by Boston and its entangled with Stars Hollow (Gilmore Girls). I knew I was going to love this...

If Trilina writes it, I am going to read it. I absolutely love her writing style and was so excited I received this arc to read and review, thank you NetGalley. It felt like it was going to be different than the other books I have read by her.

First, the cover is 10/10 it is just so cute and fun.
This rom-com thriller in my opinion would be such a fun buddy read around Halloween. The pacing was just right and there wasn't a billion characters to keep up with and their motives. The book pulls you in from the jump, it was funny and the banter is top tier. I love me a book with some good banter. It is perfectly spicy and honestly, Trilina writes some of the best spice known to man.

One Killer Night is a delightful rom-com thriller. Trilina gives us laugh out loud romance with steam and some serious on the edge of your seat thrills. I loved everything about this book.
I don’t think there could be a better meet-cute. It was so perfectly Goldie and Noah. Trilina did such a great job making us fall in love with not just Goldie and Noah but with Evie and Chase too.
One Killer Night edges you with the spooky vibes. Every time you start to relax and think it’s just a romance something creepy happens. I’m not sure when it started but several times I was definitely hiding in my blanket yelling at my book like I was watching a slasher movie. It was so great.
As soon as the leaves start to change I’ll be rereading One Killer Night.

The chemistry between the leads crackles with a rare kind of tension not just sexual, but psychological. Every scene between them feels like a game of chess played with smirks and switchblades. The dialogue clever without trying too hard, and the plot though compact carries more weight than you'd expect from a book of this size. Some threads feel teased more than tugged there's emotional depth hinted at, but not fully explored. You’ll finish hungry for more, in a way that’s both satisfying and a little frustrating. if you're looking for a quick read that blends danger, desire, and dark charm, One Killer Night delivers. Think: a midnight rendezvous you might regret in the morning… but secretly crave again.

I always enjoy Trilina's work, and this was so different from anything I have read from her. The campy slasher vibes were so fun, and so was their meet-cute at Walgreens. The story was so entertaining, with twists, humor, and romance spread throughout. Their chemistry is very evident and this one will definitely leave you sweating at times. The banter was easily one of my favorite parts of this story, and I found myself with a big, cheesy grin multiple times. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

The first chapter had me hooked, who could resist a slightly chaotic, blood weilding therapod 🦖, named Goldie, clearly not our mmc Noah.   Noah is basically described as tall, tattooed and drool worthy and immediately begins adorable banter with Goldie.  It inspired me to draw the scene in all it's hilarity. 
I don't want to spoil anything, but Trilina crafted the most intense spicy horror romance, packed with twists and turns that will have you on the edge of your seat the whole time.
I enjoyed the the flashback chapters, an excellent narrative device that really built suspense and gave depth to the story. The setup to the big reveal was masterfully done, and the pacing throughout kept me turning pages late into the night.
I went into this book certain I had figured out the twist, boy was I wrong, I even had an off the wall idea.
MOVIE, MOVIE, MOVIE!!!
I love the genres thriller and romance, put them together thrilmantasy of trilmantasy, perfection.
If you've read any of Trilina's other books, you know they’re hilarious, and the repartee and sincerity between Noah and Goldie is absolutely perfect. But Chase and Evie? Their dynamic is chef’s kiss, I can’t wait to see their story unfold!

I loved reading this book. It is the best time. This is the story of Goldie and Noah. These two meet in aisle twelve of Walgreens while she is dressed in a blow up dino costume looking for all the fake blood they have. There is a mutual attraction there and she decides to make the move and ask him to a Halloween party. Thus begins their story and what a story it is. I so don't want to go into the details of this story as I went into it blind when I was reading this book. I loved these characters though. They are beyond perfect for each other. I will say that Noah has huge secrets that even we don't find out until Goldie does. I have to say too that I spent a lot of time toward the end of this book on the edge of my seat. I was literally about to have heart failure at times and could feel the emotions the characters were feeling right with them. Holy cow this book was so good. Go get it now and I hope you love it as much as I did.

Trilina Pucci is quickly becoming one of my fav authors, she blends humor, spice, and plot so wonderfully. this book was truly unputdownable. i laughed out loud, my heartstrings were tugged, it was everything to me. i loved that it was dual pov with flashback chapters and i found the set up to the reveal to be very well done. the pacing was great and i loved all the little easter eggs both to boston and stars hollow. i had fully convinced myself i knew the twist but what i guessed was only the tip of the iceberg and im beyond excited at the prospect of a second book because i just know the banter between Chase and Evie will continue to be off the charts.

Noah is a book boyfriend dream and i loved the depth of his past. Goldie really lives up to her namesake as such a sunny fmc and it was great to see her grow into herself. the romance was perfection and if you need anymore encouragement, HE CALLS HER KILLER!!! definitely check triggers but i'd highly recommend this book.

Absolutely loved it! Smutty thriller/horror romance is exactly my kind of book, and this one delivered. I'm really hoping for Chase and Evie's story next, because I absolutely adored Chase's character. His personality and humor had me laughing out loud, and the chemistry among all the characters was simply perfect, elevating the entire story. And an MMC who reminds me of Damon Salvatore? Sold, immediately sold!

This was fine. I am not sure what I wax expecting from this book, but it was fine. I really enjoy thrillers, romance, and horror so I was not sure what didn’t hit with this, but I will ponder and be back

The couple in this book have a heart of good, serial killer motive aside. This was such a fun ride! The relationship dynamics were so good you could sink your teeth into.

I am completely obsessed with this book! It’s a rom com but also a suspense and it’s spicy as hell. I couldn’t put it down!
