What a balm to spend some time in Mitford again.

I own and have read this series multiple times. This book is like meeting old friends again. As the characters have aged through the series, so have I. I enjoy hearing how they are all doing. And here’s hoping there are more stories to come. I recommend this series to all.

Great update to the Mitford series! I was surprised to see this coming out (as Jan Karon had said she was done); however, after reading it, I'm very happy she choose to continue the story. Fingers crossed that perhaps we get another book past this one in the future.

I’ve been reading the Mitford series for over 20 years and treasure each character. This latest addition is another winner. Heartfelt and moving – and equal parts laugh out loud funny. I loved it! Mitford fans will cherish this one.

Another fantastic book in the series. Reading the series in order brings one to rely on each character’s personality and what they will bring to the story. Having the same consistent characters bring life to each book and draws you into the story as if your part of it.
