Pleasant surprise is what I’d say about this one. In an industry where all the ideas are the same, this one offered some fresh tips and tricks. It reminds me that health is indeed wealth, but everyone’s idea of health looks differently for them. Enjoyable narration!

This was such an interesting and informative listen! The narrator did a great job keeping you engaged when explaining the science side of the cell well model. She was able to explain things clearly but not drag them out so much that you lost interest/focus. I’m definitely looking at my habits and food choices differently and can’t wait to try some the tips outlined in this book!
