I found the book of illustrations beautifully rendered. I like the colouring of the coloured ones and using that golden hue for the other drawings as I read the first volume of the fairy Queen. I appreciated the notes that were annotated along with the text. I found them very helpful. The references as I was reading the story helped a lot to get into the mood of each episode reflected in the writing I think the authors rendition of the classic dispensary in Paul was well done. It has helped me to easily understand it. The original is beautiful in itself done by Spencer but the trans prose translation renders reading of the story. Much easier Along with the notes and everything I would highly recommend this volume for others to enjoy a beautiful classic work.
