I absolutely adore Jackaby. I love him as a character, I love how he's like Sherlock Holmes, but honestly even better. I love the fantasy twists of these books. I find myself completely enthralled with these books. I want to read more and more and more.

Thank you to Algonquin Young Readers and NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This was an entertaining and thought provoking read! I really enjoy the relationship between our heroine Abigail Rook and her employer RF Jackaby. They truly have fantastic chemistry together. Yet, I am happy to not see a romance bloom between them. A great example of a book for Young Adults!

Starting out to be a classic of a series for YA"s!

This was another great addition to the Jackaby series. The combination of supernatural and good ole detective work makes this one I'll recommend to teens at my library.

This was a great sequel in the Jackaby series. I enjoyed the Sherlock Holmes aspect of it and know that die-hard Sherlock/mystery stans would immensely enjoy as well. William Ritter is a phenomenal storyteller and writer.

I love the unique connection and relationship between Jackaby and Abigail. Jackaby really is a touch of Dr. Who and Sherlock Holmes. Great read for empowering the female readers and wonderful to read about supernatural beings that aren't the typical ones we always tend to hear about. A touch of the fantastical and suspense.
