All of the stars for Can't Get Enough because once again Kennedy Ryan out did herself with this one.
Hendrix is such a woman of strength as she handles everything going on in her personal life and work life with such grace, but also using her voice to stand up for herself. Maverick knows what he wants and life and somethings he's not willing to sacrifice at all until the right woman comes into the picture. Hendrix and Maverick together was some of the sweetest moments I've read in a really long time, especially with the way he is there for her with things going on with her mom.
You will find yourself most definitely laughing but also crying while reading Can't Get Enough. This was such a great conclusion to the Skyland Series!
I was able to listen to an advanced audio copy and both narrators did such a wonderful job with Hendrix and Maverick. The way they conveyed the emotions of everything from the laughter to the sadness felt so raw and real.

This is my first by this author and I will certainly be back for more.
I always love it when a romance novel has more substance than just the romance. Hendrix (our FMC) is dealing with real issues. I enjoyed seeing her journey as she learns to adjust to her moms diagnosis. As someone who has worked with people suffering from memory loss I think that it was depicted so well. I received an audio arc and there was a message from the author stating how much she wanted to get it right and she truly did.
I also loved that Hendrix is a curvy goddess of woman and she owns it! I love her dynamic with her friends, her career, her family and her love interest. She was truly an amazingly well written character and I was rooting for her the entire time. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a romance novel so much and I believe it's because all of the characters are so well written.
Excuse me while I go consume everything else she's ever written....
Sorry I almost forgot to acknowledge our narrators! They did amazing, I would gladly listen to them again. Very easy to follow at increased speeds. They portrayed the emotions of the storyline perfectly.

🌟 First Impressions:
I don’t usually reach for romance novels, but Kennedy Ryan may have just changed that for me. Can't Get Enough was such a super cute, cozy romance that packed way more emotional depth than I expected.
✨ What I Loved:
Hendrix is the ultimate relatable main character—an ambitious, driven businesswoman navigating the emotional rollercoaster of her mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis. Watching her try to balance her career, her family responsibilities, and her growing feelings for Maverick was both heartwarming and heartbreaking.
Maverick, the super successful billionaire business mogul, is such a refreshing love interest. Not only is he sexy and confident, but he’s also unwaveringly supportive. Despite Hendrix's many attempts to keep him at a distance—worrying about her career, her mother, and her own heart—Maverick is patient, persistent, and dedicated to proving that he’s exactly the kind of man she deserves.
đź’” Themes That Hit Hard:
This wasn’t just a fluffy romance. Kennedy Ryan explored real, relatable themes like girl code, the delicate balance between ambition and love, and the realities of caregiving for a loved one with Alzheimer’s. It was incredible to see a romance that didn’t shy away from heavier topics, while still leaving room for joy, passion, and growth.
I also loved the exploration of body image and the way thicker women are often perceived, even by other women. Hendrix’s confidence and Maverick’s unwavering attraction to her were so refreshing to see.
🔥 Favorite Moments:
Maverick refusing to back down in his pursuit of Hendrix, despite her hesitations.
The way he stepped up to support her and her family, proving that he wasn’t just a temporary fling.
That emotional, tear-jerking ending that left me sobbing with joy.
🌶️ Spice Factor:
A little bit of heat, but the emotional tension stole the show for me. The chemistry between Hendrix and Maverick is undeniable, but their emotional connection is what truly made this story special.
đź’ Final Thoughts:
This book was everything I didn’t know I needed in a romance. Kennedy Ryan has officially earned a spot on my auto-buy list. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves a romance with a perfect blend of sweetness, spice, and emotional depth.")

I would never be friends with Hendrix because her utter confidence and sharp mouth would have me far too intimidated.
Hendrix’s story is very different to the first two romances in this interconnected series. She doesn’t want children and is all about a good time.
She is HELLA independent.
I like that Kennedy portrays a range of women in her story, all dealing with different lifestyles, ambitions, and challenges.
If you have recently read Say You’ll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez and felt touched by the Alzheimer’s plot, this is as eye-opening and heartrending. Especially when paired with such a vibrant personality as Hendrix.
Then we have our romantic interest: mouth-watering tech mogul Maverick Bell: knee-wobbling sexiness and charm.
It is obvious they belong to each other the first time they meet but the dynamics are awkward due to his ex and Hendrix’s business.
I think she definitely gets more creative in steamy scenes and this one will have your toes curling.
The plot does suddenly speed up as things start happening left, right, and centre in the last 13% which I think could have been paced better and spread out.
I also wish we got more of the female friendship because their interactions always make me cackle and are my favourite parts of these books.

Hendrix’s story is truly wonderful, incredibly powerful, and so full of heart and soul, that I know it will stay with me for many years to come! Hendrix is the kind of heroine I love to read about, and would love to call her a friend. She is smart, confident, funny, generous, and has a big heart. She loves and would do anything for her family and friends, but also needs them for support and grounding. When she is about to achieve a huge goal, she meets the first man who could be her match in everyway. Unfortunately he is off limits, or is he? Maverick is a charismatic billionaire Tech mogul. He feels a connection to Hendrix from the moment he laid eyes on her. No matter how hard she pushes him away, he works even harder to show her that he really sees her, and wants to be to her what she is to everyone else, support, warrior, comfort, and lover. But can she find the courage to be vulnerable with him when she needs the strength to take care of her aging mother? When complications arise for Hendrix, I loved how Maverick supported her and was there for her unconditionally. He was so swoony with his unending love and patience. He is definitely a sexy hero who will make your heart skip a beat! They are so perfect for each other and their chemistry is off the charts! I also love her relationship with her girlfriends who are so essential in each other's lives.
Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem's narration was phenomenal! Siobhan's brilliant delivery was so compelling, making me feel everything these characters think and experience. Diem's smooth, deep voice, and perfect inflections made Maverick come alive and made me swoon! Both narrators embodied these characters perfectly, allowing me to get lost in their performances.
Kennedy Ryan’s writing is absolutely exquisite. She writes with a deeply profound and insightful understanding and portrayal of people that is truly incredible, making me fall in love with every word. This third book in the Skyland series is another beautifully poetic, thought-provoking, emotional, and sizzling story that had me laughing, crying, and swooning from beginning to end!

Please note that I love the narrators and they did a fantastic job. However, they just couldn't carry me through some of the major problems I had with this book :( Honestly no one is more disappointed than me to give this book this low of a rating - I've LOVED the previous books in this series!
However, there were just too many key aspects that I couldn't turn my brain off for and bothered me throughout.
1. A self-made billionaire? Not only that, but a Black billionaire who makes his money off a marijuana investment? The same industry that has put so many Black men in prison?? I feel like this plot point was just NOT handled in any meaningful way.
2. Hendrix's choice to be child-free seemed to be framed as something to be fixed or changed, rather than a valid life choice. This is a lifestyle that is almost NEVER given representation much less respect in romance books, and I'm sick of it.
While this one was a flop for me, I will still keep an eye out for any other releases from Kennedy. But this gets a heavy side eye for sure.

I’ve loved the Skyland series so far and have been looking forward to this book. I can say Hendrix’s story does not disappoint! Kennedy Ryan is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors— there is so much depth to her romance and always an interwoven story of hardship, in this case Hendrix’s mother’s Alzheimer’s, that is handled with such thought and care.

I loved the previous two books in the Skyland series so I was so excited about Hendrix' book! I enjoyed getting the updates from the other characters and seeing Hendrix get her own happy ever after! Just like the other two books, Hendrix' path isn't the classic cookie cutter romances, but more complicated and nuanced. Listening to the audio book, the male and female authors were so dynamic and engaging! I really enjoyed this story!

A truly, truly underrated romance series in the online book spaces! The stories of these three women are so moving and inspirational and gripping to read about. Their friendship bond and their representation of women’s dreams and fears is what makes this series exceptional, not the romance itself. Each of them very different, this book follows Hendrix, a very extroverted, self-assured, confident, fiery woman on her career path, her journey with grief and having a family member diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and the question of how love (for a very sexy, and veeeery rich man) can or cannot fit into the busy life of an independent, driven businesswoman. Kennedy Ryan writes exceptional female characters that find solace first and foremost in their female friendships and only then venture out to let a man into their lives, when they have proven to be nothing but supportive, considerate and loving in their own right.
I listened to this as an audiobook and was impressed by both narrators’ talents to convey so many of the emotions and feeling that I would feel when reading the words and visually being consumed by the story as well. They were funny, witty, sultry, engaging and more at all the right scenes.
[special thanks to Netgalley and Hachette Audio for providing me with an audio book arc]

Really loved how book 3 brought the 3 lives together. Loved Hendrix love story and how her career goals intertwined with Mavericks. The introduction of the Alzheimer's was well done. The depiction of how the disease progresses was well incorporated into the story. Awesome narration! I hope there is a book 4 to update us on the lives of the 3 women!

Thank you to NetGalley, Hachette Audio & Kennedy Ryan for the chance to read this book in exchange for my honest review.
Beautiful representation of the painful experience of loving and caring for someone with any form of dementia. Absolutely looooved learning about the legal issues conservative groups are bringing to valiant causes.
This is only my second Kennedy Ryan read- in fact, I read This Could Be Us to prepare for this ALC- but just after these two I'm hooked. I love how she takes MINOR taboo connections (the man that essentially sent your husband to prison, the ex of a new business partner..) and makes you push those boundaries for real love. Also the friendships/found family is just DELIGHTFUL! I'm hooked
Narration was incredibly well done. I would definitely seek out stories by these narrators again!

“I’m still getting used to needing him, and I already don’t ever want him to go.”
Kennedy Ryan once again has managed to write another beautiful book to end the Skyland series with the perfect mix of depth, grit, passion and comedy. I’m so sad the series is over but have had such a time with these 3 ladies in the series.
Hendrix is a polished, successful black woman who’s built the life she’s dreamed of and has the career of her dreams. She’s always vowed not to let romantic relationships interfere with her dreams, after seeing time and time again women make disproportionate sacrifices when entering them and being left holding nothing. Enter Maverick! A handsome, successful single dad billionaire and Hendricks’s walls start to come down as he tenderly and persistently pursues her and shows her that the relationship she didn’t think could ever exist, is out there for her!
Just when I think the MMC in the previous book couldn’t get any better, Kennedy writes another exemplary fictional man! The way that the MMC in this book pursued Hendrix was EVERYTHING. I had so many moments of screaming in my bathroom while getting ready and giggling! With that said the audiobook did not disappoint. The narrators did an incredible job of switching between characters without being cringy and really embodying the essence of each individual. I was over the moon to get an ARC and had a great reading experience!

Unfortunately, Can’t Get Enough didn’t land for me. While I usually appreciate Kennedy Ryan’s layered storytelling, this book felt disjointed and didn’t fully explore the themes that were present. I I was particularly disappointed by how it portrayed Hendrix's choice to be child-free, as he iss a child-free-by-choice individual. The narrative seemed to frame choosing not to have children as something to be fixed or changed, rather than a valid life choice that deserves respect and visibility. Which is extremely redundant in the conversation around the topic. It felt like a missed opportunity to present a perspective that’s still underrepresented in romance.
The caregiver subplot, which could have added emotional depth, ended up feeling like an afterthought. Instead of being meaningfully integrated into the story, it was treated more like a background detail than a central element that shaped the characters or their journey. As a former caregiver to someone who deals with dementia, this part really fell flat. Instead of me feeling the emotions that Ryan so clearly wanted me to feel, it was not personal at all because Hendrix was away from her mother for the majority of the book. So when we do get these scenes, it almost feels like facts that one should know about Alzheimer's.
I also could not stand the MMC. I have my personal opinions on Black billionaires (yes, that distinction is important). You will know why once you read, and Ryan did not make it any better. The transition from becoming successful and then almost going bankrupt from a sports betting app to then investing in marijuana and THEN becoming the billionaire that he is today was super wack. Framing marijuana investment as a kind of ownership or empowerment for Black people rings extremely tone-deaf, especially when so many Black individuals are still criminalized for the very same industry. The book doesn’t engage with that reality in any meaningful way, which made that plot point feel superficial and out of touch.
Overall, Can’t Get Enough didn’t give me what I was hoping for from a Kennedy Ryan book. As this was one of my most anticipated reads of the year, it just fell flat.

Kennedy Ryan knows how to write a love story with heart and substance! Her smart, independent women and strong, tender men keep me coming back for more every time. Hendrix is navigating business, caregiving, and opening her heart to love. Maverick is on a mission to prove himself worthy with his actions. This is a heartfelt, timely story.
Thank you, Kennedy Ryan, Hatchette Audio, and NetGalley, for the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this audiobook! The sound quality was excellent. The narrators, Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem, did a great job bringing the characters to life.

As a huge fan of Kennedy Ryan, I was so ecstatic to read this book. I couldn’t wait to get the final installment of the Skyland series, and have been counting down to get Hendrix’s boon since last spring. And let me tell y’all - it. Did. Not. Disappoint. You’ll laugh, cry, and feel all the feelings in between.
Hendrix is a powerful businesswoman and agent to the stars. On top of her busy schedule, she is also giving care to her mom from afar and coming home as often as she can. Mav is a billionaire tech mogul that is fresh off a breakup when he stumbles into Hendrix and they form an instant connection.
Kennedy Ryan has a way of building characters that make you instantly fall in love with them. Mav and Hendrix were incredibly swoon-worthy - and the slow burn built the anticipation so well. Not only that, but Hendrix was a wholly complete character outside of her love interest. Of all the Skyland women, Hendrix has been my absolute favorite. I loved Ryan’s deep care crafting the experience of Hendrix caring for a mom that has Alzheimer’s. It was heartbreakingly real and so thoughtfully done. I also adored the support system that Hendrix had - and all the female empowerment that came from it. I really couldn’t have asked for a better way to end this trilogy. Do yourself a favor and read this book (and series), if you haven’t already.
Thank you to Hachette Audio and NetGalley for the ARC!

Kennedy Ryan really outdid herself with this one. “Can't Get Enough” was everything—and then some. Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem didn't just narrate this book, they brought it to life. It felt like a full-blown movie playing in my mind-vivid, emotional, and completely immersive.
As the third installment in the Skyland series, this was the perfect finale. The icing on the cake. And out of all three, this one made me feel the most seen. Kennedy gave the rich aunties a love story that was flirty, sexy, grown, and full of heart.
It was relatable, full of pursuit and passion, and overflowing with Black love and joy. No doubt about it—this one's staying in my top five of the year.

“My stories are here to entertain, but they are also here to engage, to provoke, and to encourage.” -Kennedy Ryan
Kennedy Ryan does an amazing job at taking difficult issues and carefully presenting them in her art! She also does a fantastic job at displaying beautiful black love, & beautiful friendships!
This book was no exception! Maverick & Hendricks were magnetic & when they came together, it was a satisfying explosion between the 2! I thought Yasmen and Soledad's appearance in this book was fantastic. It was wonderful to catch up with them and observe how solid their bonds remain with one another.
This was a good way to end the series, but I hope we get some updates!
The audiobook was AMAZING, & did a good job bringing the story to life even more for me!

This series from Kennedy Ryan is such a staple in my heart, at this point. They continue to get better and better, and this may be my favorite yet. And as a side note, y'all KILLED IT with this cover! Gorgeous, beautiful, no notes.

I don’t typically gravitate towards books that I know will make me cry… unless it’s Kennedy Ryan!
My god!!!
I love this series and was so so excited for the third and final book. HENDRIX’S ! She was a fav of mine from the beginning and I was eager to be in her head. What a lovely head to be in.
I love the discussions and heart wrenching reality these stories have. So much heart. I cry in every book.
5 stars. No notes.
Loved.
Thanks to Netgalley and Hachette Audio for an Alc.

Thank you to Hatchett Audio and NetGalley for an advanced listening copy of this book.
Publish date is May 13, 2025.
This is my first Kennedy Ryan book and won’t be my last. I enjoyed so much about this book: friends to lovers is a trope that I like and it works well here. There is also instalove (even though it’s fought).
Hendrix looks like she has it all: a successful career, loyal friends, and all her ducks in a row. She doesn’t have a boyfriend; but who needs a man?? She then meets Maverick bell at his party, and realizes something may be missing from her life. Maverick’s acceptance of her situation with her Alzheimer’s diagnosed mama makes him even more of a keeper.
However, maverick’s ex girlfriend is a friend and business partner of Hendrix. She has a new boyfriend, but still doesn’t want to let maverick go. Can’t Get Enough is about 2 people who realize they have to decide if they are night for each other; even with the drama of life all around them. Alzheimer’s is a major part of this story and the challenges are written well! A HEA is achieved, but the road to get there is dramatic and fun. The 🌶️ is fun, too!
