I read the first book in this series written by Kennedy Ryan with my ears and the audiobook was voiced by Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem. I did not read the second book in this series and so when I started this advance copy of the audiobook for Can't Get Enough I thought my ears were betraying me. This book is voiced by the same two narrators from the first book. I think that's a huge miss for this trilogy of three distinctively different characters. Right off the bat, I'm unsure about this story because I can't stop myself form picturing Yasmen and Josiah as the characters when they are distinctly described as different. Getting past that initial feeling of disturbance and the story pulls and tugs and emotions related to parental loss and diagnosis of Alzheimer's. Truly difficult to read about a loved one experiencing this horrible disease. Our main character Hendrix is so strong in business but a wreck when it comes to how to navigate her mother's diagnosis and how she can stay in her childhood home to be surrounded by what's familiar while she works in another state. The romance between Mav and Hendrix feels real and developing as a connection they cannot deny. I love that she is described as curvaceous and not tall and thin as some of the other characters. This rings so true with women in general wearing their curves well and especially for black women who are known for their curves. Body positivity at it's best. Then there's the foundation that Hendrix is building for entrepreneurs of small black women to help them grow and the fights in the court that she has to battle. All surrounding the obstacles that land in the way for Mav and Hendrix. I enjoyed this story but really wished the audiobook had been different narrators so that there was a distinct difference between these three stories.

Kennedy Ryan truly can do no wrong. However, these narrators always bring so much more life to the characters than my own inner voice ever could. This audio was spectacular and I hope Kennedy never stops using both of them for her books.

Finally being able to hear Hendrix' story was so beautiful. Hendrix simply is that girl and I love the kind of man Mav was to her, Both of their stories were so beautiful and I genuinely cant get enough of all these characters. I'm going to miss these women but I am so grateful to have experiences these stories. Kennedy truly writes poetry and I couldn't be more grateful to be a reader than when I read and listen to Kennedy's writing. Thank you so much for my early copy.

I was so excited to get this arc! Of course the audiobook was off the charts great..two of my favs narrated it! I’m stuck between this and the first book in the sky land series as my top #1’s.

“I have never in my life yelled at a girl like this” jkjk, but also…kinda

With Kennedy Ryan, you know to settle in for some big feels and potential (read: guaranteed) emotional damage. These characters and story felt so real, if I’m being honest, almost a little too real. Both Hendricks and Maverick have gone through it, caretaking for family with Alzheimer’s. Fair warning, there are some devastating scenes with this experience. Obviously, I cried. Ufff.

Past that devastation, the romance and spice were delectable. Mav makes his intentions clear from the get, and Hen is confident and secure in who she is. Side note, ‘Hen’ cutest nickname 😚

Thank you Net Galley and Hachette Audio for the ARC, this was such a treat.

The women of Skyland captured my attention from the from the first book of series. I’ve eagerly anticipated Hendrix’s story and Kennedy Ryan far exceeded my lofty expectations. Simply put, CAN’T GET ENOUGH is a MASTERPIECE.

Hendrix Barry has always been a fascinating character. Strong, successful, and independent; she is the epitome of fierce. She’s a supportive friend, generous auntie, and role model for women - particularly black women - in business. Ms. Ryan gives us a glimpse of the human side of Hendrix and we find a woman who is who is more vulnerable than her outward persona suggests.

This is a romance with spice and steam and another insanely hot Kennedy Ryan male love interest. Like the other Skyland men, the hotness goes beyond physical attributes (though there’s plenty of that) to showcase a man who is a partner in the truest sense. Maverick Bell may be rich, powerful, and attractive, but those are not his best qualities. He shines in his willingness to meet Hendrix where she is and give her what she needs, not what he thinks she needs.

This story goes well beyond romance. The storyline dealing with Hendrix’s mom’s Alzheimer’s journey is poignant and authentic. It felt intensely personal as we are in a similar place with my much loved mother-in-law. I stopped reading more than once to wipe tears from my eyes. There’s also a ripped from the headlines theme that I don’t want to spoil, but I do want to applaud Ms. Ryan for her outspoken advocacy.

Ms. Ryan spotlights the importance of female friendships and their ability to sustain, protect, and nourish even when women are in different stages of life. Those friendships are treasures. That theme carries through the series.

The audiobook is spectacularly narrated by Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem. These talented performers convey the full range of emotions captured in Ms. Ryan’s words. Treat yourself as they take you on this heartfelt journey.

Thank you to NetGalley, Hachette Audio, and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for the advance copies. All opinions are my own.

Goodness!! Kennedy Ryan always brings all the emotions to the surface! I love how her books are an amazing love story, but still cover heavy and real topics. Can't Get Enough is no different. This book had me tearing up during the author's note! What an amazing love story about 2 characters who can't find a way to be without each other but also help each other grow through tough circumstances!

This is book three in the Skyland series and it’s our girl Hendrix’s book! I’ve been so excited for her story ever since first meeting her in Before I Let Go. She’s 110% herself and knows exactly what she wants from life. She doesn’t want kids but has one of the biggest hearts ever. She takes care of her people, her girls, their kids, her mom, her aunt, her mannnnnn 😉 speaking of her man, Maverick is the absolute perfect person for her. He understands her better than anyone else. He treats her like the black queen that she is and it’s so beautiful to see! This one is emotional. Especially if you have ever dealt with a family member having Alzheimer’s. It’s a hard thing to see a family member go thru this, especially when it’s your mom. I think Hendrix does the best that she can!

Thank you Hachette Audio and NetGalley for this ALC! I loved every bit of this audiobook. Both narrators did a fantastic job bringing this story to life and I can’t wait for everyone to check it out!

well...
Their connection, unmatched. Right when they met they connected instantly through shared experiences and THIS made the big difference because it wasn't exclusively physical.
The spice my friend... hot hot hot. the middle of the book was FULL of it.
The Alzheimer rep was, imo, well executed and very poignant.

Just one thing, but it's stuck in my head since I read it, they were going to made out and (I won't explain the context because I don't want to spoil anything) Maverick said : "'we don't have to' I forced myself to say"... wdym you forced yourself ? like consent is an effort ?. So yeah it disturbed me a little.

thank you net galley for the copy

Kennedy Ryan once again delivers a beautifully written story that will shatter your heart and make you beg for more. It is appropriate the title of this book is "Can't Get Enough", because I can't enough of Kennedy Ryan's writing.
Hendrix and Maverix meet at a party being held at his home being held with his not yet announced ex-girlfriend. They meet at the bar and discover they have a shared connection of having a loved one with dementia. He has an instant attraction to her, but she thinks he is off limits. What follows is not only a beautfiul love story of how a partner supports one another through times, but an emotionally charged look and what it is like to be a caregiver to someone you love dealing with dementia.

4.5 stars

Did I read this in a day? Yeah I did. I was completely addicted to it and it didn’t hurt that I had the audiobook as well, because the narrators smashed it.

What an incredible book. I love that Kennedy brings real life problems to the table in her books and sheds light on things. Her authors note at the end of the book gave me goosebumps.

This is a bit of a slow burn, but the tension is built up so good! The chemistry between Maverick and Hendrix was instant and insane. It’s got a bit of a forbidden vibe going, and he is so gone for her it made me swoon. I love the friendship they build first. I love how they support each other and just understand each other on another level. It was so beautiful.

There’s outer lying things that also come into play one being Hen’s mother has Alzheimers. It was so well done, heartbreaking though.

I love that the others from previous books show up in this story as well. This series would be nothing without out the incredible found family aspect. I had tears in my eyes at the conclusion. It’s been such an amazing, beautifully emotional series. Definitely recommend.

this book was delicious and such a good way to end the Skyland series even though I’m so emotional that it’s over. Hendrix has been my girl since book 1 and I’ve been chomping at the bits to get her story in my hands and in my ears. This was everything and more and I am a Kennedy Ryan stan for life she always has my support, love her down!!! You’ll wanna grab this book ASAP when it releases!

4.5 ✨. Can't Get Enough by Kennedy Ryan was such a cute yet meaningful read. On the surface, it’s a romantic glimpse into Hendrix’s life, but look a little deeper, and you’ll find Ryan weaving in real-life themes with grace and intention. We’re given an older woman who’s successful in her career, steeped in black excellence, finding her way in her faith, receiving love, and surrounded by strong female friendships. The story touches on mental health and offers a raw but tasteful portrayal of Alzheimer’s that truly resonated. Through Hendrix’s perspective, we experience rich personal, spiritual, and professional growth. It’s a layered narrative that fits so well within the Skyland series—I really enjoyed the first two books, and this one holds its own beautifully.

My only real critique? Some of the verbiage used pulled me out of the story a bit. But overall, this was a warm, reflective, and empowering installment that I genuinely appreciated.

Thank you so much to Kennedy Ryan, NetGalley, and Hachette Audio for the ALC.

What. A. Book. Beautifully written and very topical. It’s a mature (most people in the book are in their early 40s) romance with a lot of depth. I felt the fully range of emotions with them one. I’ve loved this series and still have one more to read. I highly recommend the audiobook. The narrators really suck you into the story.

I received an arc from netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

“Wagwan Gorgeous”

I had the absolute pleasure of listening to an advanced copy of the audiobook, and let me just say—the narrators are phenomenal. They breathe such vivid life into Hendrix and Maverick that I felt every emotion, every heartbeat, every moment. Kennedy Ryan has long been one of my favorite authors, and as always, the men she writes are nothing short of perfection—Maverick Bell is no exception.

But this time, it’s Hendrix who completely stole my heart. She’s the embodiment of success, determination, and self-assurance. I couldn’t get enough of her strength and grace.

What makes Kennedy’s stories truly unforgettable is how multi-layered they are. This isn’t just a love story—it’s a tribute to friendship, family, and deep emotional bonds. One line that stuck with me from earlier in this series was, “There aren’t enough Sonnets for friendship.” It perfectly captures the soul of this story with this being the third book in the series. And the epilogue? A beautiful, heartfelt reminder of the lasting connections between these characters.

To top it all off, Kennedy’s author’s note adds such a personal, powerful touch. It’s the cherry on top of an already unforgettable read.

Kennedy Ryan does it again! This was the most anticipated book of the series for me. I really enjoyed the book. I deff identify with the rich auntie narrative. But was happy to see hendrix get her own story. this was a great and quick read. Much like the other books in the series it shows Black women going through real things but not settling and being loved correctly!

I was lucky to receive the audiobook for early review and the narrators did a phenomenal job. Right off the bat, Ryan tugged at my heartstrings as we follow our main character, Hendrix, who is helping her mom as she is progressing with Alzheimer's. Hendrix feels out of her depth and the love and support she gets from her aunt and friends were the best parts of the book.

Now for the romance, I liked it but I didn't love it. Hendrix and Maverick together felt a bit two dimensional for me. I think the problem was that I wish we had a bit more depth into his character. He is a man who is used to getting what he wants so when Hendrix is hesitant to persue a relationship, I wish there had been more of a solid buildup for the relationship because he is mostly love bombing her with flowers. Now don't get me wrong because I was rooting for them the whole time and the spice level was off the charts. This book just confirms that Kennedy Ryan is now an auto buy for me and I can't wait to read what she writes next!

Kennedy Ryan has my whole heart forever and always. I am so sad to see the series end but love this last book. Not only do her characters feel so real (especially in the audiobook!!!), but the struggles they face are realistic. The Alzheimer’s representation was spot on and contributed to why this book was so emotional for me. I was fortunate enough to receive both an advanced readers copy and advanced listeners copy, both of which were solid 5 stars for me. Thank you so much Netgalley, Forever Publishing and Hachette Audio for this copy <3

PUB DATE: May 13, 2025!!!!! Start the countdown!!!

Side note not published in my review: As someone who has dealt with watching her grandma loose her fight with dementia, I want to thank Kennedy for the care she took with this topic. It made me think back to my grandma and know that we were not alone in our battle and that we did all we could. May she Rest In Peace <3

4 stars.

Kennedy Ryan is my favorite author. She knows nothing but hits. "Can't Get Enough" is another winner in my book. Ryan's writing is so poetic, so vivid, so genuine, so authentic, that you can see this book play out right in front of your eyes. She truly has a way with words. She grips her audience from the start and never lets them go. Hendrix's story is full of childless-by-choice-fun-aunt energy, but it also contains some tough subject matters that will spark necessary conversations. Hendrix is a self-assured, tough-but-sensitive, high-profile Black woman and entrepreneur who goes after what she wants in any and all things. She believes that if it's meant for her, it'll come to her. She works hard and spoils the ones she loves (and herself!). She is the type of character I love reading about. She's in touch with her mind and her body and doesn't let anyone tell her anything about herself. This is a body-positive book with characters who love every single curve on their bodies! HECK YES! Maverick is a billionaire tech guy without the tech-bro attitude, He is soft, passionate, hates big functions and to-dos, and is completely taken by surprise when he falls head over heels for Hendrix. I absolutely loved Hendrix and Maverick together. Their dynamic is electric! I loved their strangers-to-friends-to-lovers energy, and when it turns into more, whooooooooooooweeeeee, sparks FLY! The tough conversations I mentioned earlier may make or break some readers due to their heaviness, especially the conversations and situations around Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's is a very difficult subject to digest because of how awful the disease is, and it's even harder if you've gone through it with someone you know. I, unfortunately, know all too well the sting of watching someone you love slowly slip away, becoming a stranger due to such an ungodly illness. I think Kennedy Ryan does the subject justice, telling an accurate, truthful, safe portrayal of a disease that wreaks havoc on a person and their families. I will admit, there are a lot of moving parts to this story, some of which aren't as well-explored as they should be. I think it is a touch too long, too. Still, at the end of it, I walked away enjoying this book and wholly appreciating it despite my minor complaints. If you get the chance, I highly recommend reading this book via audiobook. Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem are two of the best audiobook narrators in the game right now. When they come together, they make MAGIC. They wholly embody the characters of Hendrix and Maverick. I absolutely loved their work on this book. It is dynamic with pitch-perfect tone, voices, and pacing. I have loved the joy, the heartbreak, the togetherness, the friendship, and the love of the Skyland series, and I hate that it is ending. But, I am so very much looking forward to seeing what Kennedy Ryan writes next. I have no doubt that it'll be fabulous!

Thank you to NetGalley, Kennedy Ryan, and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for the complimentary ARC of this book. All opinions are my own. I was not compensated for this review.

4 Stars – Smart, Swoon-Worthy, and Deeply Emotional

Kennedy Ryan does it again! Can’t Get Enough delivers a stunning mix of passion, ambition, and heart-wrenching depth. Hendrix Barry is the kind of heroine I adore—fiercely independent, successful, and balancing the weight of family responsibilities with her own dreams. Enter Maverick Bell, a tech mogul with charm, persistence, and just the right amount of forbidden allure. Their chemistry? Absolutely electric.

Ryan masterfully blends romance with real-life struggles, exploring themes of caregiving, ambition, and vulnerability in a way that feels deeply personal. The push-pull between Hendrix and Mav had me hooked, and the emotional depth made their journey all the more satisfying.

While the pacing lagged in some areas, the payoff was worth it. If you love swoon-worthy, grown-up romance with substance, Can’t Get Enough is a must-read!
