So this is my first book by Kennedy she has been recommended so many times on tiktok so I decided to give this author a go and wow her book was emotional and funny and smart and so sweet her mumma made me cry from time to time my heart breaking for her. And that law being used to hurt those it's supposed to help is so stupid and I hate that give any of Kennedys books a read I really enjoyed this audio

Kennedy Ryan has never written anything that I don’t like. She’s phenomenal. Her books tackle important issues in eloquent, beautiful ways. Her characters show strength, integrity, and wisdom. I can’t put down her books. I look forward to everything Kennedy writes. Her work is so important and she proves that romance can be just as moving and impactful as any other genre. I absolutely loved this story.

4.5 rounded up.
Thank you NetGalley and Hachette Audio for an AL.
Kennedy Ryan can seriously do no wrong. I have really enjoyed her Skyland series with each book getting better and better. These are mature characters, with real problems, but they act like adults to solve it.
This one hooked me right away and I was already emotional before we even made it 10% in. I am so happy to have read this book and highly recommend the series to all.

Get the book. Read the book.
I knew whoever Hendrix would end up with would have to be pretty spectacular and he IS. The entire series is marvelous.
Thank you to Hachette Audio @librofm for an advance copy of the audiobook. Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem knocked it out of the park like they always do. They did Before I Let Go together and I fist pumped the air when I saw them both on this.

Kennedy Ryan writes such beautiful love stories. Her characters are so tender and sensual and passionate, and I eat up their love. I was very excited for Hendrix's story -- she has always been a favorite character in the previous books. She is such a bad a** woman, loves having a good time, is such a caring daughter, and loves hard. I also love to see child-free representation in the romance genre. I don't see it often, and it definitely made me feel seen. And while romance is prominent in this story, there is so, so much more. Hendrix's mother's story was beautifully written, and I loved seeing their community rise around them. I hope to have that myself one day.
Soledad and Judah's story is still my favorite, though. This entire series has been such a joy to read, but the second has my heart the most. I highly recommend this series to anyone who hasn't read it yet!!
Last note: I switched between the digital e-arc and the audiobook, and both versions are wonderful. The dual narration on audio was amazing!
Thanks to NetGalley & the publisher for this arc

I had never read a Kennedy Ryan book so was intrigued to pick this one up. Romance is not my genre of choice, but I need to expand my horizons. The novel opens with our protagonist taking care of her ailing mother from dementia. This section was well crafted and you can feel the contrasting emotions she has. The next section finds our protagonist at an elegant party. This is where the author lost me. I don’t need wealth and opulence described in minute detail. I feel the same way about descriptions of the ‘beautiful people’. This scene is the kindling of the romance to come but I was so turned off by the wealth and people I lost all interest.
The narration is terrific. The talented cast makes the characters come alive. Unfortunately, I am not the target audience for this story.

Overall, I had a hard time rooting for these characters based on their meet cute. Without getting into spoilers, I didn't feel like it was a great time for the MMC to be getting into a new serious relationship and I felt like the FMC was not supporting other women and had issues with how she handled his ex and her emotions. I really liked that she didn't want to have children and was vocal about that. It provided a unique HEA I wish I saw more of. The epilogue was sweet as well. I like the addition of her caring for a parent with memory issues as well.

Hendrix is the perfect ending to the Skyland trilogy and Kennedy Ryan truly delivers! I cried, i laughed, i fell in love with this story.

The narrators did a great job of portraying the characters, and perfectly captured the emotion they had.
Speaking of emotion, I felt so much the moment I started this book. I can’t believe I didn’t know of Kennedy Ryan’s work before this book! Her writing has a way of making you feel so much, for even the smallest moments.
We meet our FMC, Hendrix in a very difficult and vulnerable situation. I was only a few minutes into this book and I was near tears! That is how I knew I was going to love this book. I love Hendrix and all she stands for. She is so sure of what she wants and has values that shape her every decision. She prioritizes her family even over herself, because she knows just how important the coming years are. I can’t get over how strong and compassionate she is as a daughter, partner, and in her profession.
Our MMC, Maverick is a billionaire who just called it quits with a woman who wanted something he just couldn’t give her. I appreciate how careful he was about his exes feelings in the beginning, and honestly in small ways throughout. She didn’t make it the easiest, but it’s almost like he understood how he made her feel. I loved how he was even more caring and protective for Hendrix. Together they were exactly what they needed in life.
Although I loved Hendrix and Mavericks dynamic I desperately wish it wasn’t so easy for them to fall for each other. I wish Hendrix made it even harder for Maverick to win her over. Considering how their relationship began, I really feel there could’ve been more of a resistance on Hendrix’s part.
Overall I loved this book, and the ending was so heartwarming. I can’t wait to read more of this authors work.

4.5 ⭐. I can't believe that this is the first book I have read by this author. Let's just say this is far from the last book I will grab from this author. This author is able to bring spicy, emotions and well-done writing into a book like it's as easy as breathing. I didn't even know that I had accidentally jumped into the middle of a series it was so well done. The narration was just so impeccably done. A+ in making the characters come alive.
my favorite quote was "the right one won't ask you to give up your dreams. They'll care about them just as much as you do."
Thank you NetGalley for this ALC in exchange for my honest review.

I had heard such glowing things about this book and the author that I immediately requested the ARC—and I was thrilled to be selected! The early reviews were some of the highest I’ve ever seen, so my expectations were high.
Unfortunately, I just couldn’t connect with the story. I really tried, especially since the book touches on some deeply important topics. Alzheimer’s, in particular, is very personal to me, and at first, that emotional connection, along with the excellent narration on audio, had me hopeful.
However, once Maverick was introduced, the story started to fall flat for me. The characters felt one-dimensional, and the narrative lost its initial pull. In the end, I decided to DNF—I just couldn’t see myself pushing through another 12 hours of a story that wasn’t holding my interest.

Kennedy Ryan consistently steps up the game for the whole romance genre with her gorgeous novels of Black women finding partners who love them fiercely, wholly, and with the devotion and care they deserve. Can’t Get Enough shows she is a master of her craft, and the audio brings the book to life with a dual narration that gives the audiobook such character and depth. This was a 5 star read for me!
Can’t Get Enough is the third and final installment in the beloved Skyland series, centering around a group of three friends who form a village around each other as they fall in love and move through life’s hardships. Like the earlier books in the series, this book dives into hard topics; caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s and the racist takedown of affirmative action both play significant roles in the story. At the core of the novel is the love story between Hendrix, a powerful Black businesswoman who has built a career as an independent leader who works to promote other Black women in business and media, and Maverick, a Black billionaire tech mogul. Hendrix is fiercely independent, sure of herself and her desires, and deeply caring. When she meets Maverick, they immediately bond over their shared experience caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s and their interest in venture capital to promote Black-owned businesses. But Maverick is fresh out of a relationship with a business partner of Hendrix’s, so they fight their growing connection while Hendrix wrestles with what it would mean to choose her happiness and a real partner over a business venture as a woman who has always prioritized her own dreams and goals first.
It’s a testament to Kennedy Ryan that this billionaire romance is so much deeper and richer than the trope, as Hendrix and Maverick find their matches in one another and then work to use their money and power in business for good. I loved this conclusion to the Skyland series, with lots of appearances from the characters in the previous novels, and a shared happy ending for all three women and their families—but one that doesn’t paper over the reality of the many ways that Black women are being targeted in this country. Kennedy Ryan is a brilliant storyteller, and the audio for this book brings it to a whole new level.

Thank you to Forever Publishing for a gifted ALC and ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I have heard so many great things about Kennedy Ryan that I knew it was finally time to see what all the fuss was about. I was a bit hesitant to start with Can't Get Enough because billionaire romances typically do nothing for me, but I ended up genuinely enjoying this one.
I loved Hendrix. She was successful without being harsh, which is so refreshing because powerful women are often portrayed as cold or cutthroat. I do not mean confident women who have opinions or set boundaries. I mean plain mean. Hendrix had a vibrant personality, but we also get to see her softer side in the way she cares for her mom, who is dealing with Alzheimer’s, and with her friendships. I wish we had more time with the whole friend group because those scenes were some of my favorites. Now, I need to go back and read the rest of the series.
Maverick Bell knew what he wanted, and he was not playing around. This is where billionaire romances tend to lose me. They often come across as I can have whatever I want, including you. However, I never felt that with Mav. He chased her but wasn't forceful about it. He wanted her to thrive in her own space and succeed on her terms, and I loved him for that.
I loved them as a couple. The spice was fantastic, and I smiled so much when they were together. Their chemistry lept off the page.
I’m not one to shy away from heavier themes in romance. I tend to prefer stories with emotional topics and well-rounded, relatable characters. I’ve read a few romances lately that deal with Alzheimer's, and I have to say, Ryan’s take stood out. I thought it was written with so much care.
The audio production was fantastic. Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem brought Hendrix and Mav to life. The only thing that would have made it better is duet narration, but I think duet narration makes everything better.

Kennedy Ryan seems at the top of the recommendation lists for contemporary romance so I had to give this book a try. In this third installment in the Skyland series, Hendrix is a vibrant businesswoman who is boldly independent and unapologetically childless by choice. She crosses paths with tech mogul Maverick and sparks fly with this tall, dark and handsome man who is also filthy rich and newly detached from his previous long-term partner. Unfortunately potentially conflicting business and personal connections cause a hurdle in pursuing their own chemistry and pleasure… but only at first. The two form a bond over navigating the emotional toil of Alzheimer’s in a loved one, and eventually they depend on each other in more ways than one. This book felt very long to me and at times melodramatic. I felt like the emotional entanglements were often overanalyzed and exhausting. I really wanted to like this book and came in with high expectations, but this romance felt like a bit too much work. I’d recommend to those who are up for a deep dive into feelings and sexual connection. The dual narration was well cast.

Kennedy Ryan is an author who constantly raises the bar for what it means to create art that reflects joy in the hard times, for communities who so often don't get to see that for themselves in popular media. I loved every single part of Hendrix and Maverick's story in a way that deeply goes beyond words. This book felt like a Kennedy Ryan hug: healing, filled with love, and the greatest reminder of home.
All of the above was magnified by Wesleigh Siobhan's incredible performance because I will listen to anything she narrates.

Kennedy Ryan does it again with another heartfelt, moving, can’t put it down novel. The way she wades through the story of Alzheimer’s all while maintaining the budding love story is really amazing. This book really checks it all off, lovable funny characters, great plot and some spice to wrap it all up! 5 stars. Not a question about it.
Thanks NetGalley and Hachette Audio for this copy in exchange for my honest

Well, thank you #netgalley and/or whoever selected me for an ALC of this book because this series tends to have massive waiting lists at the libraries.
Did a good job of showing caring for an ill / declining family member, along with some dementia / Alzheimers representation.
One thing I love about Ryan’s books is that the dialogue is REAL, even in professional settings—I feel like I don’t see this very often.
Billionaire romance.
Grief.
Slow-burn.
Other woman drama.
Overall:
Very, very sweet. Mostly kept me hooked—4 stars.
🎧 Audio:
Fantastic voice-acting and overall sound quality. 5 stars.

Narration on this was great however I didn’t love the male narrator voice initially, but I adjusted.
This was classic Kennedy Ryan. I loved the Alzheimer’s rep and also the MCs feelings on children. I think Kennedy Ryan wrapped up the Skyland series really well with this one and it felt new and not over done. I will definitely continue to be a Kennedy Ryan supporter and look forward to future works.

4.5/5
Hendrix! So happy she finally got her story. I've enjoyed her character since book #1 and will forever admire her. She's such a strong woman who literally needs no man. I read this series back to back within a span of 2-3 weeks or so. So not sure if it's because of that, but I wasn't like WOWed by this book like I was with the other ones. Don't get me wrong, it was still an amazing book and I still love it so much. Just was different than the other 2.
Kennedy Ryan always does an amazing job covering heavy topics and in this book, she talks about alzheimer's. I wish the chemistry between her and Maverick was more deep than super spicy sex scenes hahah. I am sad that the series has concluded because I really enjoyed living in this world with Yasmen, Soledad, and Hendrix. Must read series!
