This is my first time downloading a Buzz Books sampler, and I am enthralled. This is SUCH a useful tool for deciding what to request. I've jumped around quite a bit already, and it's incredibly helpful to get a sense of what books are the right fits for me to review.

Great excerpts from books coming out this autumn/winter. I found many I want to read some by known authors, but even more by debut authors.

This is such a great resource to check out upcoming titles! Thank you to Publisher's Lunch for the file to read and review.

thank you netgalley for all the previews of the upcoming books! this was so helpful to narrow down which of these i would like to pick up this fall and winter. we are in for a treat this year!

This was super helpful in getting my eyes on new titles coming out this year. One of my big challenges to myself was to read more debut authors and more books in genres out of my comfort zone, and this is a tremendous resource for those goals. Thank you very much to Publishers Lunch for providing this service and highlighting these authors.

This is an amazing resource! Just read some excerpts from books I had no prior knowledge of, but now i cannot wait to read. Girl Dinner and Haven’t Killed In Years have just been added to my tbr. Cannot wait for the next version of this resource ◡̈

Thank you for the preview these are so exciting! One of my favorite ways to find out about new upcoming books.

Thank you to Netgalley and publishers for the ARC!
This was a great way to get a lot of different books under my belt, but funnily, I've already read a lot of these books so it wasn't as effective! I think it's fantastic that Publishers Lunch is doing this now, it's especially helpful for librarians and purchasers. Thank you !

Thank you for the previews! This is such an awesome resource for readers. I'm really looking forward to reading some of these!

This is such a fabulous resource and I am so appreciative to NetGalley for distributing it! I will be referring back to it often over the coming months so see what books should be on my radar!

Anyone who enjoys reading, and who likes to plan ahead, will want to spend some time with this 37th edition of Buzz Books. There are so many ideas for fall/winter reading that my TBR list is overflowing. Yours will be too.
New titles are listed in a variety of categories. Among these are several fiction categories and young adult titles. In fiction, find The Notables (for example, John Irving), those that are Highly Anticipated (for one, Jane Hamilton), Emerging Voices, Debuts, and Commercial Fiction (for instance, Ace Atkins). I did not include examples in EV or Debuts because I have no first hand knowledge of these writers.
Nonfiction is also grouped by categories. These include Essays, Criticism, and More (Nikki Giovanni for one), Biography and Memoir (for example, Margaret Atwood), Politics and Current Events (Amy Coney Barrett for one), Social Issues (Hoda Kotb for instance), History and Crime (Joseph Ellis-a college professor for me), and Business, Science and Technology (don't know what to choose here).
As if all this were not enough, there are many excerpts from forthcoming titles. I am excited about many of these including novels by Susie Dent, Jane Hamilton, Catherine Newman and Ann Packer. For each readers will find covers, summaries, an excerpt and info on the author.
There is too much to keep writing so I will leave it for readers to explore on their own in a title that rates five stars.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Buzz Books-Publishers Lunch for this FREE title. All opinions are my own.

I always look forward to the ARC of Buzz Books from NetGalley and the 2025 Fall/Winter edition does not disappoint. This latest collection features a ton of upcoming releases by new authors that I immediately added to my TBR list. I’m also thrilled that some of my forever favorites are about to publish books that look phenomenal.
Jane Hamilton’s Phoebe Variations about a change in one family’s status quo had me hooked from the very first page. Middle Spoon by Alejandro Varela promises to be a laugh-out-loud look at an unconventional relationship, and I’m already in love with the main character. Best Offer Wins by Marisa Kashino tells the story of the cut-throat world of real estate and I can’t wait to see how intense the competition gets.
Thank you again to NetGalley for giving me so many awesome new reads to anticipate!

I’m excited it’s that time again. Thank you NetGalley for these Buzz Books editions. I love tasting a bit of the upcoming literary feast.

I'm always finding new things to love about NetGalley and this is such a great way to peek at upcoming books to get a feel for them and see if they're books I'd be interested in requesting across multiple genres!

I love these samplers! This one has a good mix of genres and each one is juuuust enough to get a feel for the book. It’s always fun to know what to add to my tbr.

Love Buzz Books. I always look forward to reading about upcoming titles and get excited about all there is to read this coming fall and winter.
