This one had no description so go off of title. I was expecting more activities then journal prompting. While I do think it is a good book and I liked the thoughts first that prepare for journal prompt. But this was a swing and miss for me personal.

This book perfectly combines poetry, mindfulness and reflection to create an uplifting resource. I read the book in its entirety in one sitting, but I look forward to rereading it as a weekly journal. I would highly recommend this book. Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for providing an advance copy to review.

This is a beautiful book that can be very inspiring. The short poems are divided across the four seasons, and after each poem, there is a short essay from the author and some journaling prompts. I found the poems and the journaling prompts, as well as the authors thoughts, to be easily relatable, and thought provoking.
Thanks to NetGalley, the author, and publisher, for an advanced reading copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I follow David on Instagram, so I was excited to receive a copy of his new book. If you enjoy him on social media, his book is similar: a mixture of poetry and reflective prose. David even included journal questions to prompt you in your own reflection.

I loved the messaging in this book for each of the seasons. I related to a lot of the passages and there were some that were really intuitive which I enjoyed.

I loved how each section started with a poem. It was lighthearted and feel good. All positive vibes is always a nice read.

Sometimes I need a reminder to focus on the positives. Frequently Happy by David Larbi did just that for me.
