Such a sweet holiday story. It definitely could be a Hallmark movie if it were expanded. The characters were a bit predictable, as was the ending. Still, it's worth a read when you need a warm fuzzy!

hristmas Weekend is a short story about family, compromise and different celebrations. The main characters in this story are navigating a complex family arrangement and how that impacts their Christmas/Hannukah holiday. It is set in a cabin which seems idyllic but it is anything but for this family. This is a perfect story for middle grade students and adults alike. Some of the details I felt were a bit questionable but the majority of the story rang true.

Christmas Weekend is expected to be released Aug. 1, 2025 and is a perfect fall/winter read!

A short story about a family of divorce, learning to get along during the Christmas holidays. There are some good themes of acceptance and forgiveness woven into the plot.

A cute little short story about the importance of Christmas and Hannukah spirit, and unconventional families. Whilst I was saddened by one of the events in the book, I’m glad everything mostly worked out okay in the end.

Cute story about a divorced dad his two kids and the new girlfriend. Gave good Christmas vibes. The book is under 100 pages so the story was fairly simplistic.
