*Snowbound* is basically like a hot chocolate with extra marshmallows kind of book. It’s cozy, sweet, and just a little bit messy (in the best way). Hannah Murphy somehow took snow, suspense, and steamy romance, shook them all up, and made a story that kept me hooked faster than I can say “Where’s my blanket?” 👀😍
The snowy setting? So real I almost checked if my heating was working. 🤣🤣 Plus, the main characters? What a blast they are! They’ve got that perfect combo of “I’m tough and mysterious” and “okaaaaay, maybe I’m totally awkward and adorable,” which is basically me to a T!!
If you want a book that makes you laugh, swoon, and maybe even hide under your blanket when things get tense, *Snowbound* is your jam. Warning: you might want to stock up on snacks and a cozy sweater before you start — because you won’t want to put it down!

LOVED this book! Thanks NetGalley and Hannah Murray for a chance to read this. FMC Anna was supposed to spend vacation with family, who bailed, in a rental home. But even better for us all when MMC Grant shows up thinking he's visiting his mom in said home... Two weeks of consensual D/s interactions. It's def erotica wrapped up with some humor and angst with a HEA. At 200 pages it was a great length and I didn't mind the 3rd person POV at all. Will def be checking out more from this author and I can't wait to read book 2 in this series since there are some great secondary characters that we've met!

A decent read.
I'm not usually in BDSM waters, but I like to break my genres from time to time. This one was a good read, but maybe the fact that I'm not into BDSM books a lot was the reason I didn't feel connected to the book at times, especially when the MCS decided to make their whole vacation a scene.
The spicy scenes were hot, but I wish I had a more emotional connection between them.
3 stars.

This was spicy and full of BDSM 🤌🏻🥵🌶 It was fantastic. First time reading this author. But I really enjoyed it

Well this book was definitely fun! There was an enjoyable amount of plot, even if it did feel rushed at points. The kink dynamic felt very well written and thought out. This honestly would be a good book for people wanting to start reading BDSM romance tropes to show a healthy line of consensual and proper communication dynamics. ( I know this isn’t an educational book, but hey it works! Lol)
Like others have said. The 3rd POV definitely pulled me out a bit… I would have preferred 1st POV to let my brain connect with it a little more.
I was giggling, blushing and dang near sweating through most of this book but the ending is what really hurt my rating. The instant love at the end felt so rushed. But over all I did enjoy this story!
Thank you Netgalley and Solitary Vice publishing, for providing me with an ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review. All thoughts are my own and are in no way influenced by early access to this title.

This is a good palate cleanser book. There might not be much plot, but there sure is spice! Good book if you know what to expect.

This was a good time—definitely fun and kinky, just how I like it. BUT the third person POV kept tripping me up. It pulled me out of the story more than once, and honestly, I think I would’ve been way more into it if it had been in first person.
That being said, everyone needs a Lola in their life. She was such a highlight—funny, bold, and just gave the book a little extra sparkle. I love her sm.

I tried to like this book but I just could not. I know there was a warning at the beginning of the book, but this was just too dark for me. I learned very quickly that this is not my type of book.

I enjoyed the book. Was quite graphic at time with the sex scenes and there was times I almost shouting at the main character Anna. Would definitely recommend this book but not for the faint hearted

Thanks netgalley for the opportunity here is my honest review. So I was looking for something spicy and I found this
-D/s play
-Golden retriever X Doberman
-Grumpy X Sunshine
-Holidays
Grant my beautiful and sweet boy I personally think he is great, I love that he cares a lot about how she feels and if he is doing it right.
Anna this girl is a little bit of a mess emotionally, still she is great and a brat constantly.
Well this book was more a novela It was short and cute. I definitely recommend this book if you're into BDSM in books and if you like spice. Before I go let's say how great it's Lola, l mean I love her and need a friend like her

This erotic romance book was very kinky, in the most respectful way.
The overall plot was enjoyable, towards the end it was a bit confusing and rushed. But, the characters kink dynamic was authentic, consensual and educational. This is a good read for anyone who's looking for a good amount of spice, without too much drama.
Thank you Netgalley and Hannah Murray for the ARC 🫶🏾

Snow Bound by Hannah Murray offers a quick, steamy escape into the world of 24/7 BDSM, centering on a bratty sub and her dominant partner. Initially, I was unsure about the intensity of the dynamic, but it was handled with a light touch—hot, but not too kinky for my taste. The story is heavy on sizzling scenes and light on plot, which made it a fun but not deeply engaging read. The narrative perspective felt a bit off, and it took me a while to get into the flow. The ending was rushed and the HEA felt a bit forced. However, side character Lola really stood out—I’d love to see more of her in a sequel!
3.5/5 stars.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for allowing me to read this arc in exchange for an honest review!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😍😍
More spice than plot but that’s a okkayyy!😁
I like the storyline even with spice being the main it was clear, it wasn’t non existent and it was cute!
I hope there’s another!

First off, thanks to NetGalley and Hannah Murray for the ARC opportunity!
I have to say, even though this story had the potential to be a really good one, the fact that it was written in 3rd person POV totally killed my motivation to read it. I pushed through and finished it since it’s only a little over 200 pages... a short, quick read.
But honesty, it felt cringe at times.
Example:
"Put me down, you big ape!" she howled.
"Big ape?" He clucked his tongue and started up the stairs...
Yeah, I just can’t.
Personally, I think romance novels should be written in 1st person POV. It makes them funnier, easier to read, and the emotional connection is just so much stronger.
This one just didn’t work for me.

Thank you for my copy of this sexy smutty book I was blush the whole time while this book. I love anything with a good BDSM storyline.

It was vacation time for Anna Goodwin and her family but at the last minute her mother and sister backed out…as usual. They had rented a house in Michigan for two weeks and Anna had already arrived before her mother backed out. Anna decided to stay at the house and enjoy 2 weeks of solitude.
Grant Snow did not know his mother had rented the house. He arrived expecting to find his mother there along with her list of things that needed to be done. Instead, he and his dog quietly walk in on a barely dressed Anna. He realized Anna was the submissive from the Chicago BDSM club. They had planned a scene last summer, but he couldn’t be there and did not contact her to cancel. She was upset thinking he ghosted her. He was upset because she didn’t want to listen to his excuses. They ended up going at it on top of the kitchen island.
Grant was a Dom and sex with him was even better than she expected. It was exciting, wild and so satisfying. They decide to spend the next two weeks enjoying each other’s body. They decided on a 24/7 relationship for the next two weeks. It was obvious from the beginning they were meant for each other.
Unfortunately, this type of book is rarely well written. Kudos to Hannah Murray, she has talent and knows how to write. I enjoyed the characters. Where is my Grant!
Thank you NetGalley for the ARC/

I really wanted to like this one — the blurb really peaked my interest! I’ve read books with similar kinks featured and enjoyed them, but this fell a little flat.
The plot was very promising—I love a forced proximity due to weather trope! Add in the second chance meeting and this had a lot of potential.
My biggest qualm was the lack of chemistry between the MMCs (well, at least on page). There are a lot of references to them building a relationship with one another outside of the spicy scenes (as well as additional unseen spicy scenes), but when we actually see them together on page, this chemistry doesn’t feel very palpable. I don’t mind insta-love, but this sadly just didn’t work for me :(
I would love to see the characters and their relationship (even if it is just spice) fleshed out a little bit more! Good communication really makes or breaks a book (esp one with BDSM themes) for me.

Snow Bound brought the heat—and then some. If you’re into bratty subs, commanding Doms, and snowed-in settings with kitchen island scenes that deserve a moment of silence… this one delivers.
Anna and Grant’s chemistry is immediate and explosive, and the D/s dynamic? Absolute fire. The BDSM was written with care, the scenes were chef’s kiss hot, and the pacing made it impossible to put down.
That said—falling in love in two weeks? Realistically, no. But for a smut fest like this? Weirdly checks out… still had me rolling my eyes a little. And the miscommunication right before they admit their feelings? Mildly annoying, but thankfully short-lived.
Overall: a quick, filthy, fun read that gave exactly what it promised.
Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest (and slightly flushed) review

Book 1 in the Odyssey series
I didn’t know what to expect going into this book as this is a new-to-me author. I requested it as an ARC from NetGalley because it sounded heavy into BDSM and that it takes place in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. A majority of my family is from Michigan and I have visited the Upper twice, so I definitely felt drawn to this book. And having that setting, loving books with BDSM, and seeing that gorgeous cover, made me automatically request this book.
Thank you to NetGalley and Hannah Murray for the privilege of reading this book. I am so grateful that they granted me my request because I LOVED this book!!!!!! I fell in love with the main characters, their chemistry, and their banter. But, what rounded out this book (for me) and pushed it to all the stars were the secondary characters. I NEED to know about their stories! I want them to find their HEA’s! I will absolutely be continuing with this series and read Ms. Murray’s back list when I have a chance.
Anna Goodwin and Grant Snow are the stars of this book. Anna rents a house on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for her and her mom and step-sisters to spend two weeks together for vacation to celebrate a birthday. Only, Anna’s mom decided to take her kids somewhere else, and Grant shows up to his mom’s house for a surprise visit. You guessed it- they are now at the same house. And after Grant gets the shock of his life (I’m not going to spoil it) you have to read it. There meeting scene is absolutely hilarious (and then hot). The crazy thing is Anna and Grant know each other (again, I’m not going to spoil it). They come to an arrangement where they’re going to stay at the house and also experiment. It starts with one scene and progresses from there.
I loved the humor that all these characters had (including Michael, Simon, and Lola). But, most importantly I was SO HAPPY to see how Anna and Grant’s BDSM relationship was shown. There was a lot of communication of likes/dislikes, safety- including (but not limited to) the D checking in with his s), and the aftercare. This book portrayed a careful and caring D/s relationship accurately and that- without everything else- was worth it’s weight in gold. If you love to see a good BDSM relationship, love erotica, but also want humor and heart in your characters, I beg you to give this book a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I don’t know when the next book in this series is being released, but I cannot wait!! And I’m SUPER curious as to which couple it will focus on next.

I am super thankful that I had the chance to read this as an ARC. If you love smut and relationship building, then this book is for you. I appreciated the details and even awareness of boundaries in the kink community. The part I struggled the most with this story is how unfinished the end felt. It almost felt rushed. I also feel like a story line was hinted at for the female main character several times with no follow up. Overall a great easy read, it just left me feeling like there could have been more.
