A good read!
It's written well, and the chemistry between the characters is explosive. Very spicy and well-researched too.
I like how the relationship developed; however, the ending felt a little rushed. I would have liked it to be longer or have a sequel to see how their relationship developed more after the cabin
It's a book that I would read again and I'll definitely read more by this author

Snow Bound by Hannah Murray. Four stars.
Hannah Murray writes some of the hottest stuff out there. For romance reasons, almost strangers Anna and Grant end up spending two weeks together in a cabin. They'd met before, at a kink club, but they missed their connection. Now they have nothing but time for Anna to explore a 24/7 D/s relationship.
There's humor (apples are thrown) and a lot of sexiness (several kink scenes) and not that much angst (it's resolved pretty quickly).
A very satisfying forced proximity kinky romance! Anna learns a lot about what she likes and Grant is a champ at aftercare. There's a fun cast of characters, and I think we'll be getting their books this summer too!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing this ARC!
First Impressions:
I was scrolling through NetGalley’s new releases catalog when I saw this cover and the title. Immediately I got an idea what the book might be about even before checking the genre or the synopsis, which is an absolute win. Steamy scenes in a snowy coming sounded right up my alley. Reading the synopsis, I thought this ticks all my boxes so I decided to put a request.
You best believe when I saw I was granted early access I was so giddy and excited to check it out that I opened it immediately
Story:
The content and the main story is simple and I believe it works in the context and the parameters set. The whole book pretty much develops in this cabin/villa in snowy Michigan and I absolutely loved it. I did feel like the reason why they did know each other was believable and all the BDSM exploration and trust felt natural.
Steamy Scenes:
This book was the perfect palette cleanser and the one to take you out of a reading slump. Everyone usually have different taste in genres but this book was the perfect pace and build up steamy scenes that I could ask for. They really made me flick through the pages as i wanted to see how it will develop further. I feel like there was a natural development in the scenes they did and also I really enjoyed how much Grant was caring for Anna. I believe BDSM was portrayed very respectfully and enjoyed every second of it.
I felt the end was a bit too fast in terms of saying “I love you” after only 2 weeks of generally knowing each other, but ow hey there are some loves from first sight out there. I believe if it ended them saying that they wish to try to date/be together outside the bubble would have been more believable. Also Anna disappearing at the end did not make sense especially if she did not plan to ghost him and told him where she is. That is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. And there was some conversations in the beginning between their friends where I am not sure how for example Lola knew they had a steamy scene on the kitchen counter when she did not discuss this with Anna prior.
Summary:
Really happy to have stumbled upon this ARC and story. I definitely want to buy the book and will follow this author in the future. If you love easy erotic romances where you don’t have to think much about the plot this is the right story for you. Really nicely surprised and I had Ana amazing time with Anna and Grant.

I'm impressed. When I started reading it I didn't think I'd like it as much as I actually did. The only reason I've gone with 4 stars instead of 5 though is because of the interrogation part - it just seemed soooooo cheesy and I was cringing reading it.

I really enjoyed Snowbound. If your looking for a whole lot of spice with a sprinkle of plot this is the book for you. I enjoyed following Anna and Grant as they explored their relationship. The chemistry between these two was off the charts! It was a great easy read.

Wow just wow!!! I really enjoyed this book I only say it down to sleep and work and then picked it right back up finishing it in 2 days. I think It would have been just as good if it was written in first point of view vs 3rd maybe a little better.
I was hooked from the beginning for sure. At first I thought what was the trigger warning for but I soon found out.
This is by far the best ARC book I have read and I’m so thankful I got the opportunity to read it early for my honest review.

Delightfully spicy read that tackles BDSM and consent with tact and grace. All characters are likeable, and Anna is both likeable and relatable. Grant is well written, respectful, but also incredibly sexy. The setting is great, and the story line has no plot holes. Thoroughly enjoyed reading - this book is everything that 50 shades could (and probably should) have been. Bravo!

Really good read with plenty of spice from the get go which was really well written and authentic although you don't really get to know the characters aswell as id like
BDSM
Submission
Romance
Would definatly read more of hannah murrey's books

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this book. WOW! Not what I expected- it was a quick read. I actually found Anna a bit irritating- never did figure out the family drama - would have been nice to hav3 had that clarification, especially since it’s brought up at the end. I enjoyed Grants character - might just have to read another one of Murray’s books.

Nine inches of snow takes on a whole new meaning in this spicy novel. 🌶️ 🥵
Usually BDSM isn’t my go to read but the description looked interesting and it had great reviews so I decided to give it shot. I am not going to lie, I still don’t love the whole sub/dom thing, BUT I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this book. It was fun, fast paced and oh sooo spicy. The perfect weekend book to cleanse my pallet before jumping into another heavy read next week. Anna and Grant had great chemistry and the plot was just as well written as the spice.
My only regret was reading this in the summer. I’m a total mood reader and this would make the perfect winter read, preferably while staying in a cabin in the woods while it’s snowing.

Rating 4 stars 🌟

Highly spicy book kept me reading for few days. got lost in the book 🥵🥵
It's definitely one I couldn't put down needed to see what happened next.
The relationship between Anna and Grant was so intense and kept you coming back for more.
can't wait for the next one in the series !!!

While the relationship in this book was established as something that started before the book began it felt a little rushed to me. The characters became instantly comfortable with each other which seemed odd to me. Once I got past the quickness of the relationship I really enjoyed the book. The interrogation scene in the end was by far the best part of the book. It was such a well thought out portion of the book. Thank you so much for sharing this EARC with me!

This book was such a quick read! (which was great)
I greatly appreciate the discussions of consent, what I understand to be largely accurate BDSM etiquette, and I got just enough of the characters to like them, without a great amount of detail (which is totally fine for a book like this!)
There are just a couple of things that detract from the book, and make it not 5 stars, for me. While the background checking did make the plot go so much quicker, and none of the characters seem to care, it seemed just a little questionable (once again, none of the characters really worried about it, so in this fake BDSMverse, I didn't care too much). I also didn't appreciate how the club owner gave out client details, that wasn't great, and is probably the one big issue I have with the book.

If you are looking for a book that quickly gets to the good stuff, but still has a fair amount of relationship building in it, then look no further! This book is in third POV, which is not my preference, but it worked.
Grant and Anna first meet at Club Odyssey and they setup a “play date”, but Grant doesn’t show. So when they have an unexpected meeting at the cabin in Michigan, Anna is NOT too happy with Grant, but her body thinks otherwise. Good thing they have 2 weeks to work out their issues.
Full of spice and “scenes” I would recommend this book if you are looking for a book heavy in BDSM scenes with a sweet HEA at the end.

I needed a break from the psychological thrillers that I typically read, so I thought I’d try my luck with this genre by an author I’ve never heard of.
This ended up being a fun, spicy book, which was exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion/review.

I love Hannah Murray and I love how she writes kink and specifically doms. This had a fun premise, and Hannah is such a great writer that she makes the somewhat unbelievable circumstances work by balancing them with very real and down to earth characters. Super sexy super sweet. Can't wait to see what else is in store for the series.

This book has everything. Great characters, fun plot, and immense spice.
It was quite a quick read, but make no mistake, it’s missing nothing!
I went into this book blind, and I’m quite glad I did. Not knowing what to expect made it all that much better to read. I love the characters, the way they interact with each other, the chemistry, the spicy scenes, it all makes for a great read. I was particularly impressed with how detailed the spicy scenes were, and it shows that the author has put a lot of research into it, and it’s so well done executed I was hooked!

ARC
I couldn't get into it fully since it was in 3rd pov and when it comes to romances or spicy novellas I prefer 1st pov, it makes me get into it more and more believable to me.
Anna (FMC) went on 2 week vacation and at this rental house, her family was supposed to be there, but there was a change of plans, so she was by her self or, so she thought. Until Grant Snow (MMC) turns up early for thanksgiving to suprise is mother, but ends up being surprised with the women he was supposed to go on a date with after meeting at the BDSM club.
I liked their d/s dynamic and found the fmc bratty in the best ways and mmc sometimes a bit too rash and I didn't feel a lot of soft moments with them. I think it was represented really well and the kinks thought our with care.
The Insta love at the end felt out of no where because they don't even know anything about eachother than what kinks they like, not even their favourite food or colour. I don't think they even know eachother moms names. I didn't feel anything other than attraction and I think they would've suited better just keeping the d/s dynamic and not getting into an actual relationship.

Very good book! Loved the characters and the storyline. Would recommend to anyone who likes this genre.

Hannah Murray's Snow Bound is a steamy, snowed-in BDSM romance that delivers both heat and heart. Set in a secluded Michigan cabin, the story follows Anna, unexpectedly abandoned by her family, and Grant, a dominant figure from her past. Their reunion sparks a consensual two-week D/s arrangement, igniting intense chemistry and playful banter.
Murray excels in portraying a healthy BDSM dynamic, emphasizing consent and open communication. The narrative doesn't shy away from explicit scenes, but it also explores emotional depth, particularly Anna's personal struggles. However, some readers noted that certain character backstories, like Anna's familial issues, could have been more fully developed.
While the story's pacing is brisk, it maintains a balance between erotic content and character interaction. The snowy setting enhances the cozy yet intense atmosphere, making it a compelling read for those interested in erotic romance with substance. Despite minor editing issues, Snow Bound stands out for its respectful and realistic depiction of kink, offering a refreshing take on the genre.
