*I wil need to add in a thoughtful review soon. For now, I feel such an emphatic and visceral detestation of this book that I feel I can't write a meaningful review yet. I can compose the review itself later this week. It won't get above one star from me.*

A short but poignant read. I felt called to this as I’ve had some past life experiences, and my daughters, unprompted, have brought up some of their own. Whilst some parts of the book were difficult and uncomfortable to read, they were written in a respectful and loving way, and I felt it was a call to higher self to work in triggers and my own trauma that I need to heal. There were some ideologies in the book that originally I would have thought were not in alignment with my own, but afterwards felt that I could look at with more of an open mind.

Trigger warning: This book does minorly describe graphic interactions of rape and sexual assault the author experienced as a child.
