This book is everything I crave in a Regency romance—forced proximity, simmering tension, and a deliciously wicked scandal that binds two unlikely hearts together. Marina is a heroine to root for: resilient, witty, and unfairly maligned by society after jilting a fortune-hunting cad. Enter Caleb, a reluctant Earl, who’s more swoon-worthy than a ballroom full of dukes. Their accidental betrothal (thanks to a scheming hostess and a well-timed interruption) is pure rom-com gold, but what follows is even better—a slow-burn romance laced with danger and intrigue.
The chemistry between Marina and Caleb is just perfect. He’s protective without being overbearing; she’s spirited but not recklessly so. The mystery woven throughout—who’s trying to ruin them?—kept me flipping pages late into the night. While part of a series, this stands perfectly on its own. If you love historical romance with a dash of suspense, "Has Anybody Seen My Earl?" is a must-read.

this was a strong tenth entry in the Hellion Club series, it had that element that I was looking for and enjoyed from the previous entries. It had that historical romance element that I wanted from this type of book and was glad I got to read this. Chasity Bowlin has a strong writing style and I enjoyed getting into these characters again.

Delightful Victorian Historical Romance with Mystery and Suspense
A scandal forces Marina and Caleb into an unwanted betrothal—but could it lead to something more? Their engagement begins with misunderstandings and awkward circumstances but quickly turns dangerous. Someone seems determined to see them ruined—or worse. Is Marina the target, or is Caleb? Or were they both caught in someone else’s twisted scheme?
With layers of jealousy, manipulation, and suspense, this story blends romance and danger in a thoroughly engaging way. I enjoyed every moment and found the twists especially satisfying. This book—and the entire series—has been a joy to read, and I look forward to whatever the author has in store next.

This tenth book in The Hellions Club series was an adventurous and exciting historical romance. I'm really enjoying this second generation of Hellion Club. This was a tumult of so many clever plots, twits, and intense emotional issues that kept me captivated until the shocking and very happy ending. I really enjoyed the past and new characters who made for such a delightful love story. I hope there will be more to this series. I highly recommend reading!

I enjoyed the first 55% of this book. It was fast paced and the characters were intriguing. The next 20% were very slow moving. Didn't seem like much was happening and had a hard time holding my interest. The last 25% of the story was great! It all came together! I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thank you netgalley and dragonbade publishing for this arc.
Normally the books I have read by dragonblade publishing has been amazing reads for me.
This one I simply did not care for. I found it boring and had to DNF.

I always enjoy Chasity Bowlin's books! Her stories are well written, easy to read and engaging. This one is not an exception. I liked Marina a lot, but Caleb stole my heart. He is considerate, romantic and sweet. There are any Machiavellian minds in this story trying to destroy their relationship, but I loved the way they work together as a team. And of course, the chance to see Willa and Lilly again.

This is another book by Chasity that I thoroughly enjoyed! Who doesn't love a mystery with a happy ever after? Or bad guys deciding to change there way? The second generation of the Hellion Club. The characters are well developed and interesting.

We do meet several old friends in this historical romance, but each book in the series can be read alone.
Our heroine this time has spent her life living down a scandal that is not her's.
Fortune hunters and spiteful women are the bane of her life, but could they really be dangerous?.
Our hero is nothing like the normal gentleman from the ton. The actions of those in high society are not what he was expecting.
A lovely story full of fabulous characters, danger, and excitement.
Good fun.

Has Anybody Seen My Earl is the tenth title in the Hellion Club series. Although I haven’t yet read the earlier stories, I didn’t feel the least bit lost, as anything I needed to know to enjoy Marina’s and Caleb’s romance was provided either in the dialogue or the narrative.
Marina is facing her third season, and her prospects aren’t that wonderful, considering her main suitor is rather dull and annoying, a man she has no interest in tying herself to for life. When another debutante (definitely a “mean girl”) tries to force Marina’s hand with a challenge and some shenanigans, well, Marina’s life is about to take a very unexpected turn.
Caleb had found Marina attractive, and things might have progressed naturally between them if not for the interference of several players. Suddenly, he finds himself betrothed, and both he and Marina are the objects of growing threats and increasing danger. Falling in love wasn’t in the game plan for either yet as they navigate the danger surrounding them, their real personalities will emerge, offering a future, should they survive.
If you enjoy a historical romance full of suspense, interesting characters, and a couple to root for as they work towards their happy ending, then Has Anybody Seen My Earl by Chasity Bowlin is perfect for you. I had such an enjoyable time in this world, and I believe you would, too.
*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley, and I sincerely thank the author or publishing house for their trust. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

He is in want of a wife...
I really liked this book. Its part of a series, so there is a whole host of characters. Marina, is the niece of Devil and Willa. She is beautiful, has a hefty fortune and has already jilted an awful fortune hunter at the altar. He sets out to ruin her. His scorned lover attempts to coerce Caleb into an unwanted tryst.
Caleb is in want of a wife, a decent sort, who unwillingly inherited a title but needs to wed immediately but to a society miss who has connection to the ton. That happens to describe Marina. She and Caleb are trapped into a marriage of convenience but this could work out, as Caleb was struck by her beauty and is in want of a wife. Marina in looking for a decent, honorable man, and that is Caleb.
Recommend.

This is a long continuous series that has never failed to grab my attention. Marina is a niece of Devil from the first book. She is a generally strong, confident woman until she is fooled by her fiance. As scandal and rumors continue to follow her, her confidence takes some pretty hard hits. A few years later she meets Caleb and the drama takes another turn. Beautifully crafted, fully engaging and with a bit of mystery these two characters along with aunts and uncles must work through both damage control and attempted death acts. I love when an author takes the reader from book one, where it first began through books that include family 20/30 years later. It's like a continuous saga of family life.

This book had a lot about it that I liked and I didn't find having not read many of the preceding novels in the series. Marina was a great leading lady and I loved that although her confidence has taken a hit what happened to her hasn't crushed her spirit or made her jaded. It is always frustrating to acknowledge how unfair this time period was to women - despite how quickly her fiancé turned on her (all she did was faint) after supposedly being so in love for her most of society takes his side in the fallout from the not-wedding. I also really liked Caleb and how he stayed by Marina's side despite everything that happens around them. The scene where they are "found out" was somewhat comical because Marina is somewhat mortified and feels as though she has been forced on him and Caleb could not be happier about how convenient everything turned out to be for him. His going with the flow was believable because it had already been established he was interested in her. The fact that there was a long engagement also worked for the story because it gave Marina and Caleb the chance to actually get to know one another and develop a relationship. The villains of the story are the types where you cannot find anything redeemable about them and the author does not really even try to make you feel bad for them which I appreciated because I did not want to find any reasons to feel bad for them. I do not include Elizabeth in that because she is more a product of her times rather than a bad human being - and she does come to realize the error of her ways and take steps to try to turn things around. The only thing I wanted from this book that I did not get was more about Charlotte - I really want to know her story in getting to her own happy ending.

Anyone who has been the victim of bullying and manipulation, which is probably most people, will empathize with the hurdles Marina had to face. However, the concerted effort against Marina takes on a life of its own when more than one person makes it their goal to destroy any happiness she might have. Fortunately, Caleb, the Earl of St. Aiden, is made of sterner stuff, and he quickly recognizes that he needs to make plans to keep her safe. The attraction between Caleb and Marina is instant; however, with the attacks facing them, one begins to despair of them ever getting their chance at happiness. Fortunately, when it counts most, the tide turns, bringing the novel to a sweet conclusion. I received a copy of this book as a gift through Dragonblade Publishing and NetGalley, and this is my honest and voluntary review.

This is an easy-to-read entertaining romance story with a dark twist. Both characters, Caleb and Marina struggle to find love and have to overcome several hurdles.

I have read every book in this series. I had completely forgotten about Marina until this book and I’m glad she got her story! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

Marina Ashton, Lord Deveril's cherished niece, had gracefully entered society and thrived for a short time, despite the notorious circumstances surrounding her birth. Celebrated during her initial seasons, her fortunes reversed dramatically when she committed the ultimate societal transgression abandoning her betrothed at the altar. Now, facing her third season with the only prospect one undesirable suitor, Mr. Nutter, on the horizon, Marina fears impending spinsterhood. But Elizabeth is nothing if not crafty and sly and intends to ambush Marina with Mr. Nutter in tow, forcing her to reject him publicly, thus cementing her social ruin. Marina does the only thing she can she hides. And inadvertently interrupts an unwanted and unintended tryst that the unwilling Earl of St. Aiden, Caleb Halliwell, has been trapped in by their very married hostess, Lady Crowden. then things go pear shaped
The tenth book in this brilliant series, another very well written romance with strong characters & a fast paced story. I loved both Marina & Caleb & loved their journey to a HEA, which wasn’t easy as there were a number of people trying to thwart them. I can highly recommend this delicious romance – I loved it

Her parentage and her jilting of her former betrothed at the altar have made Marina’s marriage prospects slim. Add into the mix a vindictive woman, a persistent but dull suitor, a vain, selfish woman and her now widowed ex wanting revenge and her life is not looking promising. Caleb, the new Lord St. Aiden, needs a wife and feels attracted to Marina on sight but he never expects his hostess to spread lies about them in order to save herself from scandal and for him to be betrothed to Marina before the hour is out. Various parties however seem to want to stop the wedding from ever happening.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

After Marina was betrayed by her fiance, she jilted him at the alter. Years later, she is caught in another scandal which results in her engagement to Caleb, who is happy enough to marry her. Marina, has collected some enemies, including her ex-fiance, an ex-friend and other assorted nasty society members. The development of the relationship between Marina and Caleb is fun to watch and their efforts against their enemies lends spice to the story. An enjoyable read.
