This was a spectacular book. I really enjoyed learning about the daily life of a B17 bomber through firsthand accounts (his letters). If you love to learn about all things WWII, I highly recommend this book!

FOR HISTORY BUFFS. It’s a very interesting read for those who love to deep dive into history . It reads as a snapshot of how life was back then with a deep look into the personalities of the day and time. Reminiscent of listening to your grandparents share their stories.
