It was definitely a bit predictable, but still fun nonetheless. I think the blurb even gave away quite a lot. Despite that, it was a good read and kept me entertained and the short chapters meant that it was quite fast paced so I could go read a chapter quickly in between tasks which I liked.

While I think this book did have some potential with the plot’, the writing was a bit off for me.
There seemed to be a lot of things in the plot that were setup and then never followed up on so there was definitely unanswered questions.
The characters were all pretty dreadful and way too dramatic to be believable.

There’s a lot going on in this story. The chapters are short, fast paced and easily read. The POVs and timeline are identified, for each chapter, helping to keep things straight. It seemed to get a little weird/over the top and I almost stopped reading but decided to preserve to the end. I’m glad that did. Things continued to unravel and then BAM! -a huge twist. (2.5 round up to 3/5)

Madeline’s & Tyler story has led me through a whirlwind of emotions that had so many twists, it often felt like the characters couldn’t keep up with their own lies.

I enjoyed reading the story and although it was not as predictable as the story might let you to believe, the development of lies and deception couldn’t progress enough for me to be too surprised.

I will say it’s an entertaining story specially when it involves the high society of New York but at the end, it wasn’t fully tied together. I would still recommend if you want an easy read with scandalous characters but don’t take it too seriously.

Who Did I Marry? by Sara Pucci was a fun twisty read. I didn't see the twist at the end of this book coming. I feel like there is room for a sequel and hope to read more in the future.

Wow, this was the first book I’ve read by Sara and I can’t wait to read more!! If you love mystery, revenge, psychological thrillers, who done it, protection, suspense, shocking revelations, secrets and more then you’ll love this!! Madeline and Tyler have been married for almost 15 years and have a 14 year old daughter named Charlie. On the night of Charlie’s birthday, a man was found by their porch. But, the secrets surrounding his identity, both from Tyler and Madeline will shock you. They’re all suspects, Tyler, Madeline, Sadie (the maid), Rose (Madeline’s best friend), Victoria (suspects mom), Liam (Tyler’s former employee/Madeline’s client). Detective Rynn has her work cut out for her. I loved having everyone’s POV and it kept you guessing the whole way. Throughout this story, there’s so many twists and turns, an inheritance with a clause, the scam of Tyler’s business, shocking revelations and you’ll never guess who done it. I was shocked!! I can’t wait to read more from Sara!!

This book confused me from start to finish. I know it’s a fictional book but so many things were far fetched and I also found it rather repetitive additionally I felt like the cuts and other places just didn’t flow. I feel like it had great potential but struggled

Pacy Domestic Suspense..
A birthday party, a town house and a dead body on the lawn. Pacy domestic suspense with a sharp edge of tension, a cast of suitably suspicious characters and effectively relayed through multiple viewpoints within a plot littered with twists and turns. Secrets and lies will eventually out.

Who Did I Marry is a dark, twisty domestic thriller where no one’s really likable—and honestly, that’s what makes it so addicting. Behind the glossy facade, money doesn’t buy happiness, just a whole lot of secrets and lies. The fast pace, short chapters, and multiple POVs keep you hooked, even if you want to shake some sense into these characters. A solid, messy ride that’s hard to put down—highly recommend if you’re into gritty suspense.

Who Did I Marry? by Sara Pucci is a chilling domestic thriller about the secrets we keep and the lies we build our lives on. When a dead body is found during what should be a perfect birthday party, a family is thrown into chaos.

Told with sharp tension and emotional depth, the story explores the unraveling of a marriage, memory gaps, and a mother's fierce instinct to protect her child. As the investigation closes in, so does the truth that threatens to destroy everything.

A gripping and fast paced read for fans of psychological suspense and domestic drama.

3.5 ⭐️
Thank you for letting me read this book - i did really enjoy it. It had me hooked for a lot of the book.
However, there was certian parts that seemed to drag on a little. Some parts felt not needed for the story.
Saying that, i did still really enjoy it and i did read it very quickly! I would still highly recommend for all thriller lovers!

I don’t like giving negative reviews but I really did find little positive about Who Did I Marry? The first chapter was fine, it engaged me and I settled into enjoying a psychological thriller. By the end of the third chapter I was starting to get annoyed by the unlikeable characters, the terrible dialogue and the unrealistic police interactions. Then came the funeral scene and by the end it all got a bit laughable. It’s frustrating because the premise of this book was interesting, it was just so very poorly executed. The daughter’s journal entries were ludicrous and most of the plot twists simply absurd.

Who Did I Marry? by Sara Pucci is an addictive psychological thriller that will keep you guessing until the very end. The story revolves around a seemingly perfect family whose lives are turned upside down when a dead body is discovered at their daughter's birthday party. As secrets unravel and tensions rise, the protagonist must navigate a web of lies to protect her daughter and uncover the truth.

Pucci's writing is sharp and engaging, with well-developed characters and a plot full of shocking twists. The suspense builds steadily, making it hard to put the book down. Compared to other thrillers in the genre, Who Did I Marry? stands out for its intricate plot and the depth of its psychological exploration.

I did occasionally find the shifting points of view and characters changing opinions of one another confusing, but at times, this added to the realism of the relationships. Madeline and Tyler have a toxic marriage, and this is clear in the way they profess their love for one another one moment and hatred the next.

Overall, this ebook is a must-read for fans of psychological thrillers. Sara Pucci has crafted a gripping story that will leave you questioning everything you thought you knew about the characters.

Thank you Netgalley and Storm Publishing for the ARC

This book hit the ground running and kept on running. This is a fast paced, engaging page turner.

My only critique is that it was too long for a story like this and eliminating some unnecessary details could have made the story shorter.

I liked it well enough but don’t think I will be thinking about it for weeks or months to come.

This book pulled me in right away with its dramatic opening. From the start, I had that uneasy feeling, like something was just off behind all the wealth and perfection. As the story unfolded, I found myself constantly questioning who I could trust, and I loved that tension. Every time I thought I had it figured out, another twist made me second guess everything.

That said, I didn’t always feel deeply connected to the characters. But the book definitely delivered on suspense, and I tore through it in just a couple sittings. It gave me that anxious, i need to find out what happens feeling I look for in thrillers, even if I wished for a little more depth in the aftermath.

Overall, a binge worthy read that left me unsettled in the best way.
