Who Did I Marry is a very dark and twisty domestic suspense story. The characters, though very unlikeable, were well developed and their unlikeablity is what makes the story so good. What looks perfect from the outside is not always perfect on the inside. Money has its good points, but it definitely doesn't buy happiness.

Full of secrets, lies and deception, this story moves at a fast pace and is very hard to put down. It is told through multiple perspectives and the chapters are short and easy to read. This is a great domestic thriller that will keep you guessing until the end. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

Every now and then, we stumble upon a book that boasts a stunning cover and an intriguing premise, only to find that the execution falls flat. I genuinely wanted to love this book; it was a bit of a letdown.

The characters were a tough crowd to warm up to—hardly relatable and, dare I say, a bit forgettable. The story is told through the perspectives of Madeline, Sadie, Detective Rynn, and Tyler. While multiple points of view can add depth to a domestic thriller, here they felt more like a jigsaw puzzle with missing pieces.

The pacing was leisurely, which I usually don’t mind if there’s a glimmer of potential to keep me engaged. Unfortunately, I found myself struggling to stay focused on the plot, often needing to backtrack and reread a chapter or two to grasp what I had missed.

That said, I firmly believe in the power of personal taste when it comes to literature. Not every book resonates with every reader, and that’s perfectly okay! So, if you’re intrigued, give this one a shot and let me know your thoughts. If you enjoy a slow-burn mystery or a fully cast domestic thriller, this might just pique your interest!

This book grabbed me from the very beginning. I was full of ups and downs and kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved the way the characters were written and multiple POVs. This was a first for me by Sara Pucci and def will not be a last!

this book is brilliant. everything is rooted around the characters. and everything that comes next is from the characters own making and backstory. there is so many twists and turns and as we get to know the flawed characters more of those keep coming.
the fact that the characters arent likeable is what makes this book somehow so good. you dont have to think over wrong or right here. you just watch what "Theyve" done and who "they" are make everything that comes next happen. and i loved that.
its dark but brilliant at it. because somehow these folk are human so nothing pushed you too far before you are ready or before the characters are ready to hand their secrets over. and you can guess enough but not too much.
we see what everyone else does on the surface of this family. but like is so often the way, whats beneath that is not so smiley and definitely not so rosy.
i love how we dont just get the perspectives of the main characters but other in the story too. so we truly are being fed all sides and keeps you wondering even more so just what to believe. but again, brilliantly this book fits it all together in seamless fashion.
superb is what this book is and Sara has done a stellar job of making me wanting to read whatever she has coming next.

I’m just going to start by saying… AWESOME read! This book gave Freida McFadden vibes from beginning to end!

This mystery trailer brings you into a crazy marriage filled with lies, deceit, and murder, following the story of “Madeline”.

From the moment the book starts it grabs you and doesn’t let go! The only thing that I would change would be the main character because she was whiny throughout the whole book, other than that this book is a MUST read.

I just finished reading this book. The plot was absolutely fantastic! It was quite the page turner, and I could not put the book down once I began reading it. I can't wait for it to be released. I will recommend it to everyone I know!

If you are looking for a twisty, turny story not only with the plot but also the characters, then this is the book for you. You are never quite sure who is lying nor why and then the author layers in more people and events to blur the edges even more. I'm not sure that I liked any of the characters however that makes for an even better tale. And then there is the ending............... Wow!

Who Did I Marry? is a murder mystery where a body turns up at a girls birthday party. The author does well at making the reader question every character and whether they could have been the murderer. There are multiple POV’s to get some insight into what different characters are thinking. However, I found every character to be unlikable, which made it difficult for me to enjoy the book and want to know what happened.

This was great book. There were a lot of twists and turns. It seemed just as thought I had it figured out it would twist again. I loved that I had no clue!!

Really enjoyed it you won't be disappointed.

Madeline is a therapist with a murky past. Her husband Tyler meanwhile, has his own secrets. Neither of them are particularly likeable. Not in the least, actually.

This thriller was a bit of a mixed bag for me. While a few of the twists were interesting, on the whole the story required considerable suspension of disbelief - and that was made harder by the fact that it was difficult to really warm up to the main characters.

It will appeal most to those who like books that are heavily plot driven and are willing not to ask too many questions along the way.

Who Did I Marry by Sara Pucci is a twisty, fast-paced thriller that kept me hooked from the very beginning. The story is told from several perspectives, including Tyler, Madeline, Rose, Charlie, Liam, and even the detective investigating the case. Each character brings a different piece of the puzzle, and the constant shifts in point of view make it hard to put the book down.
The main mystery revolves around who killed Tyler’s half-brother, Daniel. Just when I thought I had it figured out, something new would be revealed that made me question everything. Everyone seems like they could be guilty at one point or another, which made the story even more fun to follow.
As someone who reads a lot of thrillers, I’ve learned to pay attention to the people who seem the least suspicious. That helped me guess who the killer was before the end, but I still had no idea why they did it. When the motive was finally revealed, it was definitely surprising and made total sense in a twisted way.
This is a great read if you like stories full of secrets, drama, and jaw-dropping twists.

sorry I just found it a very difficult read.

Madeline and Tyler are throwing a party. A dead body is found on their lawn. The first chapter was good but I then found it a bit flat and too fast paced to really understand.
The characters were, well characterless and unlikeable. Not one for me I’m afraid.

I read this through a digital ARC. It was a bit slow to get going, but once it picked up, it turned into a decent “who did it” kind of story. I wouldn’t say I was blown away, but it kept me interested enough to finish. None of the characters were particularly likable or easy to root for—but that actually worked in the story’s favor, since it kept everyone feeling like a possible suspect. It was a quick, easy read overall. I did figure out the ending pretty early on—once the daughter’s diary came up, it felt pretty clear where things were headed—but it was still an enjoyable ride.

Perfectly paced and full of twists I couldn't put it down and it kept me guessing all the way through. It was gripping and I finished it in a couple of hours

I loved it! So many twists and turns! You can’t trust anyone, and that’s what makes it so entertaining! THE DRAMA!! SO GOOD! I can’t wait to read more of this author, honestly. The epilogue was soooo good as well!!!

A thriller that asks you to suspend disbelief but forgets to give you a reason to care. Unfortunately, this one didn’t land for me. While the premise promised a gripping psychological drama, family secrets, a suspicious death, and a polished façade cracking under pressure, the execution lacked both credibility and emotional depth.

The characters were uniformly flat or bizarrely drawn. I don’t mind an unlikeable cast, but here, the issue wasn’t that they were flawed it was that they never felt fully real. Dialogue was heavy with exposition and often unnatural, with scenes that seemed designed more to push the plot along than to reflect how real people behave, especially in crisis.

Madeline, a therapist unable to show even the faintest hint of introspection, and Tyler, whose decision-making bordered on absurd, made it difficult to invest in the stakes. And while the rotating perspectives had potential, they only added to the disjointed feel of the narrative. Key emotional beats moments that should have shocked or moved were undermined by implausibility.

There was one solid twist near the end, but by that point, I was too detached to care. I finished it quickly, not because I was gripped, but because I was eager to move on.

I appreciate the ARC and the opportunity to read early, but this one missed the mark for me.
