Not my usual feedback as it was "just" a sample, but how incredible that was!
The narrators are amazing, very distinct voices for these characters, the writing beautiful and fast paced and... I'm just left here, hanging, waiting for morew for the book to be out and for me just to be able to read/listen to it as soon as it hits my home.

I loved Addie LaRue and this New Book by V.E. Schwab just caught my Attention and Have Been Captivated Since. 🩵 I love the 🧛‍♀️ 👻 🦴 Creepy Element and Also a Beautiful Story is There.

I am really enjoying this on Audio and love the narrators. My issue is that This is a Sneak Peak. It has 3 Different Characters and love their stories. The problem I have is that 2 1/2 Hours is way too long for a Sneak Peak and going to lead to frustration I can’t finish the story. Next Time, suggest offering a Short Peak 1 Hour or Under or Give The Full Audio Version.

I will definitely want to Read or Listen to this Entire Book. It is Rich and Engaging. Just finished the last Chapter, getting into this one and well now it’s over. 😢 Want the Entire Audio for Sure. Recommend based on what I have listened to. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to hear the rest. The 3 Stars ⭐️ only reflects the Long Sneak Peak and the frustration with that. Otherwise, love this Audio.

I was fortunate enough to get a sneak peek listen of the audiobook and you can color me intrigued! The narrators do an excellent job as Maria, Alice, and Lottie and they really bring each character to life. I’m definitely more interested in Maria’s story but I’m dying to know how the three characters tie together and what the mysterious widow has to do with it. Fingers crossed that the wait time at my local library isn’t too long so I can finish the book!

I truly loved this audiobook sample of Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by VE Schwab. In the first twelve chapters we follow the lives of three different women, and the narrators do an excellently job of portraying each individual. I am invested equally in each of their storylines and look forward to continuing the story to find out what their past and futures hold. The narrator’s accents really further the story and add to the individuality of the characters, it feels very immersive. I don’t think I am able to speak much about the plot since this sample only showcases the first 90 pages of the book, but from what I have listened to so far I am hooked in and excited to see where the story goes. I love the authors writing and the narrator’s delivery. I would definitely recommend this audiobook to others and would purchase the full version myself.

Julia Whelan will always be one of my all time favorite narrators. She does a fantastic job once again. I liked how there are three separate women in this who each have their own story to tell. In addition, the story is told on different timelines that I suspect will intertwine eventually. I can't wait til the book comes out and I can finish the story.

I was thrilled to get a sneak peek at Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by V.E. Schwab and honestly, I’m here for it. Schwab’s usual vibe is all over this—dark, a little creepy, and super atmospheric.

The preview hooked me right away with its moody world and characters that feel real, messy, and interesting. There’s this cool mix of mystery and magic that kept me flipping pages even though it was just a sample.

Even in this short snippet, the themes of family, loss, and the supernatural are hitting hard.

I hope to write a more detailed review once I finish reading the book. 5 star preview for sure!

I'm very intrigued by each of these women's stories. I love that each character has their own narrator making it very clear you know which character we are listening to.

My most anticipated book of the year! I can’t wait to finish Maria’s story, although Alice’s story is also turning out to be very interesting. Good thing there’s not much time left until it’s released! The audiobook seems good, I like listening to audiobooks while reading as well in general, but this particular audiobook is very inmersive on its ownn.

The sneak peak includes the first 2.5 hours of the book. We get to see different timelines and meet Maria and Alice. I'm finding Maria's story to be particularly interesting, I can't wait to find out what happens! I've been iffy on V.E Schwab's books in the past, they've never really held my attention, but I can't wait to finish this one!

There is a trend of writing stories featuring the intertwining stories of women. I often DNF these stories because there is so much violence against the women that it becomes unbearable. I grabbed the sneak peak in the hopes that this one would be different and at this point I am not sure. However this one is giving me hope that the violence is just the prologue. That these women will be strong and merciless for the rest of the book.

Was not a fan of the way the narrator read the chapters for Charlotte.

The way I am SO EXCITED for this audiobook! Narrated by 3 amazing people and it makes sense to listen to it since I’ve read it 3 times!

I’m so bummed this is just a sneak peek! I will now be not so patiently waiting for 11 days to see where this goes.

This was a thrilling teaser! Greatly looking forward to getting into the rest of this book! Love the narrators as well, they really set the scene and have me traveling through time.

If I could give this 10 stars I would!! Absolute perfection as always! How is it that in just a few short lines I am so deeply immersed in a book? Schwab’s writing is like musical magic - woven to pull you deep within a dream of a story 😍 this is too short a snippet- I feel like I was ripped from the story just as I got to that soft comfortable place in the sunshine ☀️
