5-star read for only the first ten chapters? hell ya, that is what great writing and even greater narration can do!

I only listened to a sneak peek but it was interesting, though it is not a genre I would typically try. I'm not in any rush to finish but if it were to become available on audio to borrow from my local library I would finish it.

Im so mad at myself for requesting a sneak peak of this. I was hanging on by a thread when the audio ended and needed to scream in frustration in my car for 20 minutes. I loved this more than I thought possible and cannot wait to listen to the complete audio soon!

I’m so grateful to listen to this sneak peek! The narrator had such a crisp and distinctive delivery that I was hooked immediately. I didn’t listen to the entire preview once I started getting invested in the story because I now want to wait for the full story to be published but I’m glad I was able to listen to the beginning and build the anticipation for release day. I hope NetGalley and other publishers continue doing these audiobook sneak peeks!

I am not normally a fan of multiple timelines / plot lines, but I found all these characters so compelling! I couldn’t pull myself away! And I can’t wait to see what else is to come.

omg I seriously LOVED this sneak peek!! The voices actors are incredible and the storyline, so far, is seriously compelling. I can't even say where the story will go, but this is what makes me crave for more. We follow the story of many women and I'm so curious to see if they will be connected further in the book. I was not expecting to love it like I did. I was so disappointed when I reached the end. I need this audiobook yesterday!

I’m unsure how to rate a sample, but I am very excited to get my completed copy of Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil! V. E. Schwab is an auto buy author. I haven’t read a miss from her yet. I loved the start of the story – all three narrators are great. June 10th can’t come soon enough!

As with The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, this book seems like it is going to be a slow burn. As of 12 chapters in, one of the narrating characters does not intersect in either time or place with the other two. Each thread is distinct, though so far I find Maria's to be the most compelling, perhaps because it has the most discernable plot so far. I have faith that the payoff will be worth it once the stories coalesce, given how much I enjoyed The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue.

The audiobook seems excellent. I enjoyed each of the narrators. They bring such life to the characters!

I am just at a miss what the one chapter of a girl from today’s age has to do with the rest of what I heard. I guess I didn’t hear that part right.
