For me this book is more like a masterclass in one of the most essential — yet often overlooked — leadership skills in today’s complex business world: storytelling.
In a landscape where data is abundant but attention is scarce, Fittipaldi shows that the ability to communicate with clarity, emotion, and narrative power is not just a soft skill — it’s a strategic asset. Drawing on her experience working with global leaders, she breaks down the art and science of business storytelling into a framework that is both compelling and practical. The book shines in its clarity and accessibility. Fittipaldi doesn't just explain why storytelling matters; she equips readers with a clear, step-by-step process for crafting stories that resonate across cultures, inspire teams, and drive decision-making. Through real-world case studies, actionable templates, and insightful prompts, she empowers executives to find and use their authentic voice to create lasting impact. The author ecognizes that executives today operate in diverse, multicultural environments, and she skillfully addresses how to adapt storytelling for different audiences without losing meaning or authenticity.

A quick and compact read on the science and art of storytelling and how to use it for your business.
I learnt a few new tips, and it is generally a good summary of the more widely known tips.
Well-structured too.

Storytelling is a time-honored way to pass on a message. It enables us to connect to one another, communicate complex ideas, and create a memorable impression. In "Mastering Business Storytelling," Taty Fittipaldi shows us how to use stories in a professional, workplace context, sharing examples that inspired, created change or otherwise motivated people to action. I especially like Fittipaldi’s focus on reframing old stories to create a more powerful message. her suggestions sound simple but effective, and would have an outsized impact on listeners.
