I loved the information in this book. As a woman who has given birth it was nice to know things were "normal" and how to fix the issues.

Floored was a great book on a topic that needs more press. This is a real issue that everyone needs to be aware of. The author did a great job narrating.

Every woman should own a copy of this book, to go back to at all stages of life. Truly amazing, wish I had this by my side 20 years ago! Concise and well-structured; simple but resourceful. Full of necessary information most of us have never had access to.
