Probably my one and only look at this series, that starts with six little volumes regarding young sports superstars – in this case the potentially unbeatable Chloe Kim. It fluffs it at times – I had no idea her Beijing 94.00 was enough to win the gold, and that the scores don't accumulate over the runs where she flopped at a new trick – but certainly, with appeal to sports fans in general, and of course snowboarders anywhere, this is an attractive proposition. A fine quick read for those who seldom turn to non-fiction, and a quick catch-up for teachers to know who's who that might have passed them by.

A great book for kids, that shows that girls of color can do anything and everything they want! I loved how the text was accompanied of pictures of Chloe! The glossary was really helpful too!

I just love biographies aimed at kids, and this us great because Chloe Kim accomplished so much when she was a kid. I learned about her family and the events she won and her own thoughts about her life. There were great photos too.
This is so inspiring
