Thank you to the author and Netgalley for the ARC! I loved this thriller! Clara falling in love with the house of her dreams all for it to become a huge nightmare! I could not stand Josie from the get go she gave me the ick and boy was I sure right about her! I wanted to reach into my kindle and slap Mike silly for not siding or believing Clara about everything especially things with Josie! The ending of this book was wild between Josie and Lily! Im glad Clara surprised Josie with the movie at the end! Satisfied my ick towards her!

I love books about bad neighbours and this was a cracker! I thought I knew how it was going to play out, but boy was I blindsided! It really pulls you in, in a slow burning way. I am thankful my neighbours are nothing like this!

I love a book about bad neighbours, and The Woman at No 3 was perfect for this theme.

When Clara and Mike move into their dream home with their daughter Poppy, they hope it will be the perfect place to raise a family. All seems well until their quiet, and intense, neighbour Josie starts to become too interested in Poppy and Mike. Clara notices strange things happening at home - noises in the loft, items moving around and notes on the doorstep. However when Poppy starts seeing ‘the girl with no face’ Clara has no doubt that this isn’t her imagination and maybe this neighbourhood does have secrets that are being kept from her.

This was the right amount of suspense to keep me wanting more, and enough twists to keep me guessing. Although there was some predictability in the story it doesn’t take away the final turn at the end.

Thanks to Netgalley and JoffeBooks for allowing me to read this ARC

First of all thank you for approving my request!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The authors writing style had me hooked throughout this book.

I didn't want it to end, a book I really couldn't put down.

Who doesn’t love a creepy neighbor. Mike and Clara find their dream home for a steal. After moving in, strange things start to happen, and they wonder if that’s why they got it for a good price. There’s something about their neighbor Josie that doesn’t sit right with Clara. And her obsession with Clara’s daughter Poppy really freaks her out.

While this was pretty predictable, I still enjoyed it. Fast paced, and definitely a page turner. Even though I mentioned it was predictable, I enjoyed in the beginning trying to piece together what might be happening. I think this would be great for people just getting into thrillers.

A lovely twisty psychological thriller based around the scenario of moving to your dream house…only to find the neighbours are a nightmare!!

Clara and Mike, along with daughter, Poppy soon find that their neighbour, Josie is a little intense. Clara feels Josie is overstepping boundaries, while Mike and Poppy seem to think she is the best thing since sliced bread!

When creepy things start to happen around the house, Clara wonders if Josie is to blame, or if something much darkest as at play!

Really good, gripping plot. Believable characters. A lot to like!

My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.

I really didn't care for any of the characters but I could hardly put this one down! Had me hooked from the start!

This book was a quick and easy read and kept me engaged up until the end, or should I say near the end. There were several candidates for the acts that were committed, and I quickly eliminated a couple of them, or at least I thought I did… I will read other books by this author, but when you get to the end, you think it’s all finished and all tied up neatly, but there are more pages to go. To me it was a twist that wasn’t quite twisty and something that I thought had already been figured out. So had the book had less pages at the end. I would’ve given it five stars. Thank you to NetGalley for the advance read copy.

I felt this wasn't a good read for me. I did guess the first twist earlier on and I wasn't a fan of the constant repetition of the writing style. A lot of dragging on as for the plot and in some places the characters were trying way too hard. I have read a similar book which of course then hinders the reading experience I had for this one. Very unlikeable characters, but even with this if done correctly they can make a difference to the quality of the book, If the plot is sailing away, the characters can save it, if you get the drift of what I mean by that.

Holy cow! This book is wild! The author really knows how to creep you out in the best possible way. Poor Clara, the narrator of the book was basically driven crazy with all of the really frightening things happening in her home. But the worst part, her husband just didn’t believe her and was taking virtual strangers sides of the story, which stressed me out as much as I’m sure it did poor (imaginary) Clara. There are lots of twists and turns and you really are kept guessing at up until the very end. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

⭐⭐⭐⭐Creepy vibes meet psychological twists and turns! What a ride! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I gave this book 4 very confident stars. The characters are so full of personality and individuality. Every page was a turner and the plot was genius. The transitions were smooth and the ending packed I shock I did not have figured out.

Clara thinks she is loosing her mind. How far will a mother go to protect her precious daughter? What secrets are being hidden in the neighborhood? You will just have to read to find out, and I can promise you, this is a MUST read.

Thanks to Joffe Books and NetGalley for the eARC.

First, thank you Netgalley and Joffe Books for the ARC!

The creepy neighbour trope is one of those that surely always draws me to a book - even when it is also the reason why I lock my door whenever I have to sleep at home without my husband, oops.

Anyway, I was rooting for Clara while reading. She thought she found her dream home where she and her family could live in forever. But it turned out this perfect place surely came with some dark secrets hidden under the surface... the book was a little on the slower side, but still kept me turning page after page, with a lot of twists jumping at me from within them. Very well done!

The woman at number. 3 by Rebecca Collomosse, it’s a captivating thriller novel, with plot twist that kept me asking for me, and a story line that had a lot of interesting moments.

When Clara and her family move into a new home, to them, this is their dream home, their forever home, a neighborhood they have always wanted, but reality is far from it, especially when they find out there is a woman living at number 3. A woman who could Lee to their downfall.

I always believed neighbors make your home a better place to live in, and I guess this book proved me right, Clara is a strong woman, but she fears one thing, the house she calls her dream house, a house with a dark secret and a neighbor who is not willing to let things go.

I would recommend this novel to readers that love mysterious thriller and novels that have intriguing dark details that will keep you entrained, I would rate this book 8/10 because I enjoyed it a lot
