One of the best books I've read on how to use game theory to improve your life. Well-written and highly motivational!

This book's focus is how people who have been sidelined by an illness or some trauma, can use a game called SuperBetter to recover and thrive.
This book is in 3 parts:
Part 1 explores the science behind video games - specifically how players can learn problem solving from the SuperBetter game
Part 2 is about how to apply the game skills to everyday life
Part 3 includes actual game adventures that are designed to help players improve their lives - to find love, maximize time potential, transform body image etc.

I am not a big game player myself but this book changed my perception about the advantages we can get from games so I recommend this book for people who might need the game to help their recovery, but also for their friends or caregivers to understand the potential of a tool like SuperBetter so they can recommend.
