I really liked the story & gave the book 4 stars.. I appreciate having 2 narrators but did not like the chosen narrators. It felt like bad acting & the male narrator never changed his voice so when we was voicing the young boy it was really awkward

I loved the dual narration and the voice acting in this audiobook. There were parts that made my jaw drop in shock and others that made me laugh out loud. The story line and characters were fun to follow. I actually enjoyed the "love-to-hate" trope and the sex scenes were spicy. I'd read another book by this author!

Narrators knocked this one out of the park. A fun time. Laugh out loud hilarious. Calder and Dakota each had their reservations but together were perfect.

Whoop whoop. Another Fletcher mountain man is on the loose...unharnessed and ready to snag the woman of his... nightmares?
This story is laugh out loud class!
I know what to expect from an Amy Daws book but Seven Year Itch had me guffawing out loud at the most inopportune times.
I loved Caleb but adored Dakota. I was desperate to hear their 'back story and I wasn't disappointed.
The audio team of Teddy Hamilton and Erin Mallon are first class in bringing this amazing story to a technicolour dream for the ears.
I can't wait for the final Mountain Men Matchmaker novel, Honeymoon Phase, if Nine Month Contract and Seven Year Itch is the yardstick by which it will be measured!

This was just the cutest SPICY romance. And by spice I mean their “met cute” was at a smex club! Dakota is a recently divorced 30 yr old who wants to jump back into life she missed out on while married to her loser EX. She goes to a smex club and reconnects with a blast from her past, Calder. These two have hated each other for EVER so when they set up a not-friends with benefits to help Dakota jump back into life it gets all muddled and YUMMY. The audio was fantastic & I highly recommended

Thank you NetGalley and Amy Daws for this ARC! Loved this audiobook, anytime Teddy Hamilton is voice acting I must listen. Made this romance even spicer hearing him speak! The female narrator was really wonderful as well!
The FMC and MMC were entertaining and loved their back and forth banter. Found myself laughing out loud a lot. This is a first from this author that I have read/listened to. Can't wait to dive into more in the future!

This was such a funny romance. The banter between Calder and Dakota was so good and the sexual tension was there. I loved the start at the destination wedding and seeing Calder's family so involved. It truly is the perfect romantic comedy.

Amy Daws has another win. This is such a fun follow up to nine month contract. I can't wait for the rest of the Mountain Men Books!

I always really enjoy Amy Daws. books and this is no different. She does funny witty banter with the best of them.

Loved EVERYTHING about this book. Both voice actors rent was dueeee babyyy. It had me laughing from the beginning. I loved the characters and especially milkshake 🥹 I read this book out of order, but it can be right as a standalone. I’m now going to try to read book one. The enemies to lovers / friends with benefits trope with a tatted lumberjack 🥵 excuseee meee. This would be the romantic comedy I hope becomes a movie.

3.5/5
thank you netgalley for the ALC
I dont think Amy Daws is really for me. with that being said though this was cute. I especially liked the ending (after the third act breakup which I didn't like) where the entire family roasted him. I thought it was a creative way to get out of his not telling her things.
that being said, Amy Daws writing just doesn't hook me like I want it to.

I adore Amy and her stories and the ability to get lost in them and laugh. I'm so glad she is getting more widely seen because she deceivers it and with such relatable characters in her stories.

This is the second book in the mountain men matchmaker series. Releasing June 17th.
I listened to this as a standalone and still really enjoyed it.
This book follows Calder and Dakota in an enemies to enemies with benefits love story. Calder is a tattooed, bearded, playboy, mountain man and Dakota is a curvy, bossy, business owner. This book was so much fun, the perfect read for vacation season. Teddy Hamilton was amazing (as always) in this audio version.

A perfect addition to the Mountain Men Matchmaker series! There’s something about Amy’s comedic approach to a romance that gets me every time. Please read the blurb for this book because it is both hilarious and encapsulates the essence of the book very well. Calder and Dakota are the perfect amount of ‘enemies’ to be considered a romance enemies to lovers in my eyes, but I know that some people will stand ten toes down on the fact that enemies to lovers is not possible in a rom com.
This was truly the first ‘sex club’ themed book that I thoroughly enjoyed. That may be because the majority of the book did not take place at the club, but it was still integral to the plot of the book. I nearly DIED when they were at the resort and he told her she was in control. I LOST IT. She was so shocked and that, I feel like, was the turning point in her starting to trust him. I adore when there is the microtrope of the MMC helping the FMC regain her confidence after a fuckwad of a husband/boyfriend. *chefs kiss*
I absolutely adored the first book in this series, but this one has definitely taken top slot now!
I cannot wait for the next book (and for Everly to eventually get her story!!)
Also, as always, the narrators were PHENOMENAL. Teddy Hamilton never misses. If you disagree, name a time and place. 👊

Whenever I open a book from Amy I know I will absolutely love every page of it and she did not disappoint with Seven Year Itch!!! Calder and Dakota were sizzling together. There was so much in the book, it had everything. It was funny, charming, witty, and sooooo much steam. Not only did I get to read this fantastic book, but I also got to listen to the duet narration with Teddy Hamilton and Erin Mallon and those two are wonderful. They brough such life to Calder and Dakota! It really emersed me into the Seven Year Itch even more. I can not wait for the next one!!!

Love the banter between the main characters and their transition from enemies to lovers. Lots of great microtropes - sex bucket list, forced proximity, grumpy v. sunshine, meddling family, one bed, small town, and vacation hook up-let's get it out of our systems.
The narrators did a great job with their portrayals of the characters. A great addition to the series, and I can't wait for the next installment.

Please note that this is a series that builds upon the book prior. There are major spoilers from book one in this book.
This one had some improvements over book one in the series, but it was still very much in line with the vibe. If you are looking for more spice than plot or maturity, than these are a go to for you. I think reading this one immediately after the first book was the way to go. It was easier to manage the characters and keep me expectation where it needed to be.
I did enjoy the attempt at plot, though. And the characters were a little more fun than book one's. Also, there's a lot of "finding my s3xual empowerment" and I highly approve of that.

It’s a fun book. It’s cute, funny, and a little cringy but I think that gives it some charm. Good narration, but of course they’re good it was Teddy Hamilton and Erin Mallon.

4/5⭐️
The banter between the two main characters was hands-down my favourite part of this book. They’re the perfect enemies-to-lovers couple — their mutual hatred had just the right amount of sexual tension to keep things electric without feeling overdone. I couldn’t get enough of their interactions!
Even though a big part of the plot revolves around sex (hello, PowerPoint checklist), the spicy scenes felt natural and well-balanced. Nothing came across as forced just to turn up the heat — it all fit the story and the characters so well.
I also really connected with both MCs on a personal level. They felt real and relatable, which made the emotional moments hit even harder and really pulled me into the story. The ending was sweet, funny, and totally satisfying — and I’m a total sucker for a good HEA, especially with two epilogues (yes please!).
The dual narration was also a huge win. With so much snappy dialogue and banter, it really brought the story to life. Erin Mallon and Teddy Hamilton absolutely nailed it. Their chemistry and delivery made the audiobook even more enjoyable.
This book made me laugh, made me mad, and gave me all the warm and fuzzy feelings — a solid 4 stars from me!

I am officially OBSESSED with Calder. Cat Daddy, hockey player, tattooed, makes PowerPoints, AND voiced by Teddy Hamilton, what more can you really ask for? I can't even begin to describe how much I loved this book and didn't want it to end. The banter was incredible and had me cracking up all throughout the book. The spice and dirty talk was fantastic, again, especially excellent with Teddy Hamilton as the male narrator. And I of course love Everly's meddling and am so excited for what she has in store for Luke. I cannot wait for the third book to come out, and will definitely be recommending this book all the time.
