This was a fun and occasionally steamy read featuring Evie and Noah both of whom have been publicly shamed and find their jobs are under threat and both of whom are going to New York for Christmas. Evie has a very fun personality whereas Noah is more restrained and mentally struggling with the consequences of his actions but there’s a real spark between them from the start but equally good reason to dislike each other. As well as telling us Evie and Noah’s story this just a fabulous job of bringing Christmas in New York to life with some fantastic experiences and attractions. There’s such a warmth to this and I found this easy to read from the start, it highlights a very relevant modern problem too with Evie’s situation and I loved the will they won’t they between Evie and Noah. 9/10

Wow wow wow. A brilliant book. Two not perfect people meet and you have a great story, Set mainly in New York. Makes you want to go to New York. All the descriptions were lovely. I loved the ice skating part. The description of business class in the beginning was funny. You just escape. Not predictable . Absolutely read it you won’t be disappointed. Loved the flat mates reaction at the end.

A great Romcom with movie feel..cozy, NYC Christmas at the Plaza and two fabulous characters. Perfection.
