This book in theory was great, the execution not my cup of tea. Didn't love the snotty FMC or the fact that the two boned within the first couple chapters of the book. If you like silly, easy books with spice and hardly any love story you'll enjoy this book. I couldn't finish it personally.

I don't know what this says about me as a person but I was expecting more spice than this book had.
While I love a good small town book, I thought this could have had better world/town building, especially given the limited spice factor.

The dialogue was okay but I found this book lacking.

although a cute premise I found the chemistry between the love interests forced and unrealistic. similar pairing as in tessa bailey's book It happened one summer. the story was problematic at best and I couldn't seem to care about anything about this story. just not my cup of tea.....

Spoiled heiress Luna Stack is on her way to see her fiancé when her car breaks down, leaving her stranded in snowy Claw Haven, a cozy town full of monsters living the quiet life.

Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice: 🌶️🌶️

Destined for a warm and tropical vacation, heiress Luna finds herself stranded in cold and cozy Claw Haven, a safe place for monsters. Stuck staying at a run-down motel, a quick drink to dull her sorrows leads to her getting accidently married to Oliver - the gruff and closed-off owner of the inn.

I thought this was so fun! Luna and Oliver are total opposites, and see them thrown together by force (as their bond causes pain if they wander too far) made for such an entertaining read. The first chunk of the book has Luna grating on his nerves with how spoiled she is, though he is combative as well, as well as haunted with guilt from a past traumatic experience with his pack. They way they start to find common ground as they are stuck together, along with the smallest hints of reluctance and wondering as they look for the divorce flower needed to break their bond, had the pages flying by.

Seeing the town welcome Luna was such a sweet moment, and the way she helps so freely as the story goes on warmed my heart. She has such a great character growth throughout their story, but it was hard to connect with her in the beginning, with how spoiled she was.. The bond was a really cool way to keep Luna and Oliver close, and I also loved the way it made their connections Very Interesting! I would have loved more world-building with the monsters/shifters in this world - definitely interested in reading more about the town through the novellas!

A final note - something that may give pause to other readers is that Luna is engaged the whole time to her fiancé Hector - but with how he and their relationship is written (they have an Understanding, Hector is very carefree and isn't worried about her being there alone, etc.) it was not something that took away from the story for me - I enjoyed the added layer to the drama and their relationships and the contrast it created between Luna/Hector and Luna/Oliver.

✨🐺 Small-town monster mayhem meets accidental matrimony! Luna didn’t plan to marry a werewolf in a remote Alaskan town, but a sip of the wrong potion and a grumpy hotel owner later… here we are. Quirky, cozy, and a little silly, this one is for readers who like their paranormal romance with laughs, steam, and lovable side characters.

📚 Author Review
Isabelle Taylor’s was new to me and her writing delivers a playful, feel-good paranormal romance with a unique setting—Clawhaven, a cozy Alaskan town for supernatural creatures. Her mix of humor and small-town charm keeps the tone light, even when the relationship complications pile up.

🐺 Book Review
When Luna accidentally drinks a ritual marriage potion, she finds herself magically bonded to Oliver, the gruff werewolf owner of his family’s hotel—despite still being engaged to her human fiancé. Stuck in town due to the bond, Luna has to navigate the quirky politics of a monster community, her growing attraction to Oliver, and the open-relationship awkwardness that follows.

I’ll admit, Luna was a lot in the beginning, but her growth throughout the story was satisfying. The grumpy x sunshine dynamic worked well, the side characters were warm and fun, and the small-town monster vibes were charming and different. The pacing and event setup could have been a bit stronger, but overall, it’s an easy, cozy paranormal romance for when you want something light and amusing.

💭 Overall Thoughts
A silly, low-stakes, shifter romcom with a unique Alaskan monster town setting. Perfect for readers who enjoy quirky humor, a dash of steam, and lighthearted paranormal hijinks.

Thank you to NetGalley, Harlequin Romance, and Isabelle Taylor for the advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

This was cute if predictable. The main female character, Luna wasn’t very likeable in the beginning but I did like the other characters and the setting of a town for monsters in a remote part of Alaska was different. This book grew on me and I wound up enjoying it more than I expected.

This was cute! I have to admit, I wasn't sure if I was going to finish it in the beginning (she's really just a bit MUCH, which is hard for me as a female since I LOVE a kickass woman), but I'm glad I did. I loved the character growth and lightness of it all (no heavy intensity, perfect for what I've been needing lately), which made both Luna and Oliver so much more enjoyable. Definitely a cozy, easy read for a feel good time.

Idk I thought it was a fun dumb premise. OF COURSE THEY HAHE A DRINKING RITUAL THAT ACCIDENTALLY HAPPENED.

When Luna shows up at Oliver’s family hotel in Clawhaven - things take a turn when Luna drinks the ritual marriage potion bonding her to Oliver. She is stuck in town, despite having a fiancé due to the physical and emotional restraints of the bond. Having an open relationship makes it interesting to further explore the bond but feelings might start to develop too.

This was a silly werewolf monster book that made me laugh and also think it was ridiculous but in a good way.

The writing and catalyst of events could have used a bit more, but all in good fun!

Thank you NetGalley and Harlequin for this advanced copy of Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf

This is a cute romcom about Luna, a spoiled heiress who gets stuck in a monster village in Alaska after getting lost on a trip. She comes across Oliver, a grumpy werewolf who is dealing with previous trauma he hasn’t worked through yet. Together they accidentally drink from the same magic bottle, causing them to become bonded (a werewolf version of marriage)
What follows is a lot of growth between the two characters as they work through their differences and revitalize the village.
I really liked a lot of this, but wasn’t a fan of Luna’s relationship dynamic. I understand why it was needed, but overall I didn’t like it. It came across as cheaty, in my opinion.
I will read the next book though, because I’m interested in the other members of the town.

Overall: 3.5 stars out of 5 rounded up to 4

Thank you NetGalley & the publishers for this arc of Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t my cup of tea. I couldn’t get myself to be fully interested as I had hoped. This is something I think many would enjoy if they love werewolves and cute moments. Thank you, again

A solid meh. I really liked both protagonists, but ultimately the story wasn't that interesting and decisions made by both of them make very little sense.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC!

So it turned out better than I thought it would. It's a classic grumpy x sunshine romcom with a unique fake marriage/forced proximity situation. I really thought I was going to hate the FMC at first (the spoiled rich girl is never any fun at the beginning), but her character actually developed nicely and naturally throughout the book.

The small town is cute, the background characters are loveable, and there's definitely openings for future books from this setting.

Overall I had a good time with this one

I really did not know what to expect with this book, besides monster/paranormal romance. I have been obsessed with vampire stories, so I thought this would be amazing. This was described as a cozy romance, and it had its moments!

I am still not sure about it. Everything happened so fast for me. It felt a little weird that her human fiancé and Luna were still engaged. I know open relationships are a thing, but my brain just did not grasp emotional connection. Something that threw me off was how explicit a scene was right at the beginning. I just wished the structure was different, honestly, and it would have been perfect for me.

Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher, and the author for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

What happens when a rich girl from California is driving through a snowy town in Alaska? She crashes her car of course. Right into the sign of the inn she was looking for. There she meets a very grumpy man who just isn’t having a good day at all. Or year for that matter. The cherry on top was them both accidentally drinking out a bottle for bonding ceremonies. Guess who is married now!

It was a funny, cute, spicy little read. 3.5 stars rounded up.

This was just as much fun reading as you would expect when you pick up a book titled “Accusentally wedded to a werewolf” . A monster romance that will have you falling in love with the characters and the cozy town they live in Alaska. Lots of great banter and humor. Highly recommend!

I was excited to read this book but unfortunately I struggled with the characters. I found Luca to be annoying and it took away from the plot too much. On the positive side the plot was cute and the pacing was good.

Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf is a winter wonderland of fun. Our FMC, Luna, is a pampered party-girl princess who’s had a taste of the accomplishment from a job well done and looking for more. Our MMC, Oliver, is a grumpy werewolf still recovering from a tragedy that occurred before his family moved their pack to the tiny town of Claw Haven. Neither were looking for the other, but are forced to stick together through an unusual and accidental bond.

A good shifter rom-com with plenty of banter. The werewolf family was a lot to keep track of but also a great addition of conflict and support to the reluctant couple.

I would like to thank the author, Harlequin-Romance, and NetGalley for an ARC of this book. All opinions are my own and my review is voluntarily given.

I don't think this book was my taste personally. I had very high hopes because I love werewolf books and cozy romances, but I just could not get into it. The humor fell flat, I didn't feel connected to the characters, and the whole thing with fiancée just started to get on my nerves. The book had some things I really liked, the whole town vibe and pack dynamics were cute. I feel that someone else could really love this book, but it wasn't for me.

The book was intriguing, but felt a little juvenile for what the premise was supposed to be. Still enjoyed it!

I love reading anything that is a werewolf romance. I enjoyed this story about Luna and Oliver. It did take me some time to get used to Luna's character because she was so spoiled. I found her very irritating, but I love her character growth. I wish there was more of her backstory with her family. It touches on it, but more would help make her personality more believable and understandable. I liked Oliver and his character growth as well. The different family members did get confusing to keep up with especially with the townsfolk. I loved the details about their experiences with the "bond" and how it affected Luna and Oliver. I think the author did a great job with the ending and bringing all the characters together.
