Thank you NetGalley, Harlequin, and Harlequin audio for both the ARC and ALC

This was a cute and cozy paranormal romance. I loved the little town of Claw Haven, and the found family that Luna found there. The growth from spoiled, shallow, rich girl, to the warm and open hearted character that Luna became was fun, and so satisfying to see her become confident her own abilities. Her sunshiny personality opposed to Oliver’s broody, grumpy werewolf made for some incredibly great banter, tension and spicy scenes. Jade Wheeler did a great job bringing this world to life, and she nailed the stereotypical spoiled, shallow, rich girl voice.

This was a super quick and hilarious read. I was able to finish this whole thing during one flight and I had a delightful time.

I was sort of confused when it started off with our FMC already being engaged and while their relationship was unconventional, it all made sense by the end!

I would recommend this for anyone who enjoys shifters and Schitts Creek!

I loved every second of this book! There is nothing better than a cozy monster book. Add in a little romance and bonding and it makes it all better. Can’t wait to read more from the author

When @stephreadsallthebooks says to read this as an escape read (I’m fairly sure the only thing she said was that it was delightful and had knotting - say less), you go to Netgalley and cross your fingers for an approval. And what a delight this book was! I’ve really started to enjoy paranormal romances, and this one was exactly the escape I needed. Special shout out to Jade Wheeler who narrates the audio flawlessly - I love discovering narrators and I will be keeping an eye out for her in the future!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to read this book early! ❤️

Some people might find a romance with a werewolf unusual, but as a true Team Jacob girl, I’ll always be here for this kind of entertainment. And let me just say this story completely exceeded my expectations.

Luna and Oliver’s marriage feels like it was pulled straight out of a perfectly written romcom: charming, hilarious, and irresistibly sweet. Their banter is witty and addictive, their chemistry leaps off the page, and their struggle to hide that little (well, huge) detail about Oliver’s life had me hooked from beginning to end. Every scene had just the right balance of humor, tension, and heart.
This book reminded me why I love romance so much it’s entertaining, heartwarming, and absolutely unforgettable. The author’s storytelling is flawless; she knows exactly how to make readers laugh, swoon, and feel deeply connected to her characters. Her writing is sharp, engaging, and brimming with creativity, turning a unique premise into something truly magical.
I can’t praise this book enough. It’s fun, original, and beautifully written a true gem that proves once again how talented this author is. Simply perfect, and without a doubt, one of my favorite reads of the year.

RELEASES OCTOBER 7, 2025

‘Tis the season of cozy monster romances featuring a werewolf as the MMC and a human as the FMC. Sprinkle in some dragons, orcs, and a hedgehog (?), you have a whole town filled to the brim with cute little monster shops and engaging supporting characters.

Luna is the typical party girl who has a rich family. Oliver is the broody inn keeper who just happens to accidentally share a bottle of werewolf ritual booze with her. Now they are bonded and stuck until Grandma can do the unbonding ceremony. Problem is, they are in Alaska and it’s still too snowy to hike a mountain for the flower needed. So in true Luna fashion, she takes it upon herself to prove not only to her dad but everyone else that she has more substance to her by tackling the technologically illiterate issue that plagues the town. Marketing is her forte and she will use it to keep from going stir crazy (that and maybe sleep with her hot-husband-not-husband).

This book was a cozy read and a fun way to welcome in fall. Thank you to NetGalley, Harlequin, and Isabelle Taylor for this eARC.

The premise and title are very compelling but I really struggled with the main character in the first few chapters. I wanted to be excited to see where the story went but ultimately it wasn’t for me and I didn’t finish. I appreciate the chance to review.

This was such a fun read! There was next to no world building which I actually really enjoyed. It was very much "monsters are every where and its not that weird so here ya go" and I was into it. The bond magic was really interesting to delve into how being apart effected them and the feelings/thoughts able to be shared. I also really enjoyed the classic small town plot of a fair and saving the town/businesses. I also really liked that while this could have easy become full of back to back spicy scenes, many actually were fade to black or mentioned later. Not saying there wasn't enough because the spice was great when we got it, but it could have easily become the whole book and I am glad it didn't. There was still a good amount of plot and character growth for both that didn't reduce the book down to only spice. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that the FMC was already engaged to another man. But they did address that in a way that made me feel less uncomfortable.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for this eARC!

I wanted to like this one because it sounded like fun but Luna grated on my nerves so quickly I gave up. Making an heiress who WANTS to work does not make her relatable.

Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf is the first book in the Claw Haven series. It follows Luna Stack and Oliver Musgrove. I found this to be a very cute and cozy read.

Luna is a human and a spoiled rich girl who gets stranded in Claw Haven. At first, she disliked the small town but the more she got involved the more she grew to love it and its residents. She is a tad over the top, but underneath her airhead persona is a smart woman who just wants a chance to show her worth. I actually really disliked her at first but like Oliver, I grew to love her over time! She is definitely more than meets the eye. Oliver is a grumpy werewolf who is an innkeeper in Claw Haven. He is guarded, kind, protective, private, possessive, and sweet. His backstory hurt my heart a bit because for a year he had walled himself off from his family blaming himself for something he could not have controlled. Although they truly disliked each other at first I loved that the more Luna and Oliver got to know each other the more their walls started to come down. I would have loved more of a backstory for some of the characters and I hope we do in the books to come!

The story was engaging and kept me hooked the entire time. I am also a sucker for a good cozy monster romance! This was my first book by Isabelle Taylor and I look forward to reading some of her other books.

You will enjoy this book if you like the following:
- Small town
- Human x werewolf romance
- Grumpy x sunshine
- Forced proximity
- Accidental marriage

Thank you Isabelle Taylor, and Harlequin Audio for the gifted copy!

eARC—Book Review—Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf by Isabelle Taylor—Spoiler Free

When Luna gets stranded in Claw Haven, Alaska, she ends up at an Inn with a grumpy werewolf, Oliver. After a little mishap, they end up bonded and have to stay close together until the snow clears and Oliver and his alpha grandmother are able to get the flower needed to break their bond. While they wait, Luna starts helping the town become more of a “cozy monster” getaway destination and also starts to get closer to Oliver…the biggest problem…she’s engaged to someone else.

If you liked the Halloween Town movie in the early 2000s this had the same kind of vibe, but obviously more grown up and a romance. I liked Luna, but sometimes her character showed growth and then suddenly she was back to her original spoiled behavior, the flip flopping was a bit weird. By the end I liked her character growth though. I also think a little more of a slow burn on the physical side would have been better. Overall I did think it was cute and I’d consider reading more in this series.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the gifted copy. I really enjoyed this story a lot more than I originally thought I would. Anyone who likes wolf shifter romances and cozy reads will enjoy this story. At first, I thought the narrator's voice for Luna was going to be an issue for me with the audiobook; however, I got used to it, and I think it fits Luna's character as the stuck-up party girl, and it definitely grew on me over time. I loved this cozy fantasy and the town of Claw Haven. I would have loved a little more backstory on some of the side characters. I hope this is turned into a series and we get more monster romances from other town members.

So cute and COZY! I adored the family and how they took Luna in right away. She definitely drove me nuts at first with how superficial and shallow she was….which made it even sweeter to see the small town completely get to her and change her for the better! I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a sweet and spicy paranormal romance to warm you up on a cold night! Now I want to read more books set in Claw Haven! Thanks to the author and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this in advance!

This was an absolutely cozy and adorable read! I got an eARC of this and really enjoyed it! On the very first night these two meet, they get bonded. They're stuck together until they can get a divorce flower to break the bond. And what starts as an accident slowly starts to turn into something real for both Luna and Oliver. Claw Haven is the cutest monster town to ever exist! Luna helps put it on the map while she's staying there and does all sorts of marketing with the different shops so that they all get more business. This fictional town makes you want to jump into the pages and have a cute shopping spree. This is book is totally Pumpkin Spice Cafe vibes, but with monsters! so read if you like: werewolves, small-town coziness, fake marriage, forced proximity, grumpy-sunshine.

I absolutely adored this short little story! It’s like having a chocolate chip cookie where it makes you feel nice and warm and it’s comforting because it feels so familiar but it’s it’s like someone added their own little twist to it that makes it new and you’re like oh I want more of this.

I read this in the middle of summer but wow, I was just so cozied up. It was like Christmas in July.

If you love the grumpy one and the sunshine one trope, this is absolutely the story for you. I cannot wait to read the rest of the ClawHaven books!

I loved it so much, I just wish it had just a tiny bit more between their reunion and the epilogue. I wanted to see them actually talk about everything before we got to the end.

While I enjoyed certain aspects of this book-l such as the fantasy elements, the accidental marriage, and the setting-I found the characters lacking in depth, and I struggled to connect with the main female character. The subplot involving her open relationship with her fiancé felt both far-fetched and oddly convenient. The situation in how the main characters found themselves by accidentally married was juvenile as was the solution to dissolving the arrangement.

Thank you NetGalley for the arc.

I was excited for this until I found out the fmc had a fiancee and was okay with having both him and the werewolf. I don't do sharing and it automatically ruins the story for me. Wish the author would have left him out or got rid of him before the two mains started developing their relationship

The story follows Luna, the main character (FMC), who gets snowed in at a small town full of monsters. After checking into an inn, she accidentally bonds with a grumpy wolf shifter named Oliver. To break the bond, they need a rare "divorce flower," but it's buried under the snow, leaving Luna and Oliver stuck together until spring when the flowers are accessible.

The book is described as a cozy, sweet romance with Luna being a likable, relatable character—a mix of ditzy and sunshine.

Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC of this book. Publication date is March 24, 2026.
