Okay this was basically just Alexis Rose (Schitt's Creek) fanfic and I am here for it. Luna really rode the fine line between awful and endearing, so her redemption arc was even sweeter. Her poses and fake smiles made me want to throttle her, but it made me like her that much more when Oliver brought out her true personality. I cackled at the scene where Luna is trying to make Oliver a grilled cheese and her temper actually comes out. The smutty scenes ended up still feeling pretty emotional because of the way the bond works, so I think they enhanced Luna and Oliver's relationship instead of being a distraction.
A spoiled heiress gets trapped in a tiny Alaskan town for 2 months after accidentally bonding with a grumpy werewolf with trust issues. It's a pretty straightforward story that isn't super deep, but it is exactly what I wanted after reading several heavier books in a row. My only complaint about the book is that side characters were really only used for plot advancement instead of being standalone. We don't learn anything about the Musgroves other than they used to live in Arizona and Uncle Roy's past. How did Ben and Sabine meet? Why does Aunt Althea have a gold tooth? I assumed it was important because it was mentioned so many times, but I guess not. There were a lot of characters introduced that have no purpose, so I can only assume that this book will be a series and we will learn more about them in the future.
Thank you to NetGalley, Harlequin Books, and Isabelle Raylor for the free eARC.

A charming blend of wit, whimsy, and supernatural romance, Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf is delightfully unexpected. Isabelle Taylor delivers a clever, fast-paced story with just the right amount of tension and heart. The chemistry crackles, the humor lands, and the emotional moments hit with surprising depth. A quick yet satisfying read for fans of paranormal romance with a twist.
