Thank you NetGalley for letting me read an ARC of this book! Initially what caught my attention with this book was the cover and the title - the description was the final hook that drew me in. The start of the book was strong with the FMC, Luna, who didn't really have much going for her in the beginning with her personality, but she slowly started to get more interesting/learned healthy habits throughout the story. The MMC, Oliver, was your typical broody, "don't touch me/don't talk to me" man, but I ate him up! I think that they both had something to learn from one another while also learning how to break down their walls. I do think that the book was very cute overall, and was a fun, light read.

There were a lot of gaps in-between days which left me confused at some points because I expected there to be more to what happened based on how the chapter(s) ended. It felt like mini cliff hangers that never really got answered? I also sometimes couldn't figure out whos POV I was reading because it would give both in one chapter but not list that there was a switch up so I'd have to double back at times to figure out who I was reading about.

This could’ve been so cute, but some of the characters were insufferable. The fact that the fmc was engaged but with an open relationship and got with the mmc during this gave me the ick. I couldn’t really get past it. Luna also put herself down way too much, we needed some character growth a lot sooner. I loved the Alaskan setting though, and it was very cozy.

Thank you to NetGalley for the E-ARC!

I received Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf by Isabelle Taylor for free in exchange for my honest opinion. It is a forced (accidental) marriage/mating of two very different people who at first seem to not like each other. Obviously they begin to like each other and even *fall in love.* It is humorous and I enjoyed the side characters quite a bit as well. The only character who was quite unbelievable was the fiance-- I can't quite see how the guy was so easy going about his fiance being mated to another guy and being apart from him for so many months while he just vacationed on with her family. Seemed not very believable to me. That being said, I did enjoy the story very much and look forward to more by this author as this was my first exposure to her.

This was adorable. Think Spellshop mixed with Pumpkin Spice Cafe. I was giggling so much at the author's humor, and couldn't put this one down. Like, it's literally too cute to stop reading. If you want something cozy and sweet with a grumpy werewolf and a truly sunny FMC I highly recommend you read this one.

I did have a bit of an issue with how they ended the Hector scenario...it seemed a bit harsh and quick. But let's be real he'll easily find fun with someone else.

So glad I got this as a read now from NetGalley!

Thank you Harlequin and NetGalley for the Arc. I had a fun time reading this book. If you like insta-lust, grumpy/sunshine, close families and a hot werewolf...this is a book for you. The spice was spicing throughout and I loved watching Oliver open up as the book progressed. While Luna does have a fiancé (they have an open relationship), I got over that fact pretty quickly when seeing her chemistry with Oliver and the kindness of (most) of his family with her. I didn't enjoy the constant reminding of said fiancé throughout the book...could have done with less. At some points the book felt a bit like it was repeating its self, but the witty banter made up for it. I would have loved to have at least one or two more chapters at the end between the last chapter and epilogue to better see how everything plays out at the end, but maybe that's just me being greedy. Overall, I really had fun reading this and practically read it in a day! Love the new/updated cover too for the trad published version coming...super cute.

This was such a cute and cozy story! I really like the world that the author created; the way it was done left very few questions and didn't take up so much space within the book that it's all you could focus on. Claw Haven is such a realistic small town, in that everyone knows everyone else and the community is flawed but peaceful.

Luna just wanted to be seen for who she was and not who everyone wanted her to be, and she struggled with showing her true colors vs. putting on the persona that everyone expected. She was a bubbly person, even through most of the dramatic events, and the cracks in her happiness were subtle but substantial. She felt like a real person.

Oliver was traumatized by his ex in the worst possible way. His story reminded me a lot of Teen Wolf (the tv show), and I enjoyed seeing the added depth of emotion in writing like that. He couldn't let his own family in, but forced proximity had him letting a total stranger see parts of him that he didn't think existed anymore. It was incredibly romantic, and most of their story was low-angst.

*Spoilers below*

I did think it was a little strange that the fiancé was perfectly fine with the open relationship, even though they were weeks away from getting married. He joked a lot about her falling in love with her werewolf husband, but didn't seem concerned overall when it actually happened. He didn't even try to fight for her, and showed up to support her at her wedding like they were never even engaged. Maybe that's a normal thing and I'm just unaware? That was the only part of the story that had me confused/not entirely pleased. Maybe I just love drama.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the ARC! I really, really loved it.

Sometimes you begin reading a book and you know exactly where it's going from the very first chapter. This was one of those books, and I loved knowing how the story would end. I was excited to see how the characters would change and grow as the story progressed, and I was not disappointed. Luna is a spoiled, rich girl who finds herself stranded in Claw Haven. The only place to stay is the Musgrove Inn and the man running the front desk is a "hot jackass." Oliver is grumpy and closed-off. Of course their first meeting goes awry, and a hilarious, romantic story ensues. This book is full of love, family, and self-reflection. It begs the question: What if we really are missing out on all life has to offer?

This book was an absolute rollercoaster—in the best way possible. I didn’t see any of the twists and turns coming, which kept me fully engaged from start to finish. As a fan of shifter romances, I had high expectations going in, and this story did not disappoint.

At first, I’ll admit I wasn’t the biggest fan of Luna. She grated on my nerves a bit in the beginning, but by the end, I found myself fully in her corner. Her character growth was one of the highlights of the book, and watching her transformation made the journey that much more rewarding.

Oliver, too, went through a bit of a metamorphosis. He was such a sweetheart by the end, and while both he and Luna were a bit frustrating at times, they became endearing and downright lovable by the final chapters.

One of the most unique and enjoyable aspects was the bonding nectar—something I hadn’t encountered before in werewolf lore. It added a fresh twist to the genre and led to some truly fun and adventurous moments.

In many ways, this felt like a shifter version of a Hallmark movie—comforting, entertaining, and exactly the kind of read I was craving. I truly can't say enough good things about this book. If you're in the mood for a cozy, unexpected, and heartwarming paranormal romance, this one's for you.

This was such a fun book! Sometimes, after reading something dark or very emotional, you just need a fun book. The characters are very flawed and quite humorous. Due to weather, a rich woman is stranded in the monster friendly town of Claw Haven. She encounters and makes a mistake of finding herself married to a grumpy but kind werewolf. His family mostly warm and inviting. Luna learns what it is to have real relationships and to use skills she acquired in school. Oliver learns to trust himself again. I enjoyed this cozy romance.

I have some mixed feelings, but overall, this was a cute read!!! I really liked the Hallmark movie vibes, just with monsters 🤭 The premise: girl gets stuck in a small town and accidentally gets bonded to a werewolf- was super fun! I liked Oliver's growly self, and even though Luna irked me at times, I liked how she'd grown as a person by the end of the story! Will definitely be looking forward to more novels set in Claw Haven!!

If you like:

Too cute and sweet! When a rich party girl ends up stranded in a small monster town in Alaska, she finally finds true love and her self worth!l This books has fun and yet hits you in the feels at the same time. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting a fun romcom type shifter book, less intense than most shifter stories but oh so good!

Yup monster romances aren’t for me.

This was cute. Cover is cute.

I have nothing inherently against this book. I just could not get into it.

This is absolutely going to be a very popular book for monster romance lovers as it’s silly and cute.

Thank you for the ARC! I appreciate the opportunity to leave honest feedback voluntarily.

Okay, hear me out: it’s giving Hallmark but furry.

Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf is exactly what it promises, a silly, chaotic, slightly unhinged rom-com full of growly declarations, surprise weddings, and “oops, I guess we’re soulmates now” vibes. I knew what I was getting into. I came for the werewolf marriage shenanigans, and I was fed.

Was it deep? No.
Was it going for deep? Also no.
Was it fun in a “curl up with a snack and suspend all disbelief” kind of way? Absolutely.

Solid silly good time. Would recommend for fans of:
🩷 Accidental soul bonds
🐺 Growly soft bois
💍 “We’re WHAT now?” tropes
🌙 Fluffy chaos

This was a very fun cozy romance set in a small town, with werewolves & knotting. The vibes were good and kept everything low stakes; the imagery of the small town was nice. Very grumpy-sunshine, which I enjoy. Generally the characters were likeable, though some of the supporting cast was one-dimensional. At times it felt like things were skipped over in the plot, but it wasn’t hard to follow in spite of this. Overall I liked the story and had a good time reading it.

I loved the entire concept of accidentally wedding a werewolf through both parties drinking a bonding drink. Going from annoyed parties to falling for each other in a way that supported and helped each other through their traumas and insecurities. The banter was chefs kiss and fun. The cast of side characters were fleshed out and dynamic. I loved that Luna helped Oliver through his trauma and also helped the town become a tourist spot while holding onto their small town vibes. The spicy scene was very enjoyable and the bond they shared due to the potion fit into the trope while also being unique.

Enjoyed this book. Solid 3.75. The FMC seemed to be quite insufferable through the first half and I really disliked her. I understand she was not meant to be likeable but rather flawed and reacting to her life experiences. I found the pacing was good. I would call this along the same lines as cozy romantasy light (like legends and lattes). Once the book is on Goodreads I will be happy to add the review there.

I had the pleasure of reading this book as an ARC through NetGalley. Having recently become introduced into the monster romance genre of books, I was eager to read one about a werewolf. Firstly and foremost, I really enjoyed the author’s writing style. The descriptions and conversations between the characters were great. I was not bored for one moment of this read. I enjoyed Oliver’s grumpy exterior, and experiencing the interactions between him and Luna. The character growth was done very well, and getting to know Oliver’s family/pack and see their interactions made my heart glow. Overall, this was a light, fun, heartwarming read, and I look forward to reading future works by the author!

This was such a cozy, Hallmark-y shifter romance, and I loved it. Sweet, fun, dynamic—perfect weekend read. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, which made it even more enjoyable. The plot is pretty simple, yeah, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. Honestly, it was just good fun. Spice is spicing lol 🐾

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one, I knew I’d either love it or hate it and let me tell you I LOVED it. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go 4 or 5 stars so I rounded up. This book had me laughing out loud, falling in love with the town, and rooting for mmc from jump. The plot was so ridiculous from jump that it just absolutely worked - and listen I’ve been on a paranormal shifter kick as is so this was exactly my cup of tea. I felt you had time to get to know the characters, the town, and it had just the right amount of spice to keep me hooked and engaged.

Thank you Harlequin Romance and NetGalley for this arc in exchange for my honest review

I enjoyed this book it had some flaws, I feel like the part where the main character Luna says something about flushing her roommate’s fathers ashes was I strange add and she didn’t truly feel remorse for it. It was small but someone might struggle to stay in the MFC favor. Other than that I like this book. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a light romance book.
