This book was not for me...The title of the book sounded interesting and so did the description, but it felt like I read a different book than what I thought I was going to read. I did not realize that it would include so much spice(which is fine if it's not the entire plot), a FMC that acted immature (huge pet peeve) and cheating(I HATE this trope).
Thank you to Netgallery for giving me an ARC.

This book was not for me and I ended up DNFing the book pretty quickly. The title of the book sounded interesting and so did the description but I did not realize that it would include so much spice, a FMC that acted like a child, and cheating. I am sure other people will like this book, but it was not for me.

If Alexis from Schitts Creek met the town of Gilmore Girls - but mix in monsters, a hot grumpy werewolf, a few steamy scenes, and a family pack you can’t help but fall in love with. I really enjoyed the cozy vibes of this book, the writing was fast paced and the story had an engaging plot. I went in not knowing what to expect and came out of it wishing the release date was sooner so I could have friends read it this fall!
I loved how Luna and Oliver both had growth arcs, and I LOVED the chemistry between the two of them. The banter was funny and lighthearted, and there were a few times while reading that I found myself laughing out loud. I liked that Luna was multi-dimensional even though she comes off as the stereotypical ditzy valley girl, she grew and changed as a character amidst the challenges of Claw Haven and her unexpected bonding.
**SPOILER**
My only critique was that the ending felt a bit rushed. I wish we could have had a long scene of Luna and Oliver reuniting!! I also really wanted more insight into what life was like without the bond, something that makes the reader go “oh wow, yep, they were definitely fated mates” because I felt like we were missing that dynamic a little.

Overall, I enjoyed it for a quick, cozy read.
It starts strong with its quirky setup and a few funny moments, but loses steam fast. The romance feels repetitive, the side characters are flat, and the plot never fully commits to being funny, angsty, or swoony.
Tropes: Werewolf romance, accidental marriage, bonded mates, knotting, found family.
Side note: As a Schitt’s Creek fan, it was amusing to imagine the main character as Alexis.
Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC!

This book is the great book to pick up if you are seeking cozy fall vibes. It has fun banter. It has a unique bond system. It has found family/community. It has a town full of monsters that work regular jobs like a hedgehog who owns a chocolate shop and a dragon who owns a bookstore.
I did feel that Luna was very surface level until 75% way in. I understand she struggles with balancing her life being stuck in Claw Haven and her old life, but she wanted to break that mold and then kept placing herself back into it. She kept making comments to be the “fun” girl, but it was annoying.
I do feel like the ending was very satisfying with her standing up to her entire family, Oliver asking and accepting assistance from his community, and the bond being on their terms.

Paranormal meets Stars Hollow.
This new cover is quite adorable and very…cute.
“Cute” is my main issue with this book; the adjective was overused. It was also the main characteristic of the FMC and that fact dragged down an interesting story with delightful characters. I don’t generally read paranormal romances but the title and cover intrigued me. Oliver is a damaged and surly MMC with a boisterous, loving family. Luna is an obnoxious manic pixie who wants to be taken seriously even though she is forever a poser. It was as if Lorelai and Luke swapped jobs and HE was running the Dragonfly Inn…except that Lorelai was never as shallow as Luna. Additionally, the spectre of Hector and the “open” relationship he had with his fiancée, Luna, gave me bigtime ick.
I really, really wanted to like this more but every time Luna put on her 00’s Paris Hilton, it took me out of the story.

The opinions here are wholly my own.

It’s got the cozy vibes down, but so much feels ignored and unanswered as you read. I think if you just want a quick atmospheric read this would be good, but if you want in depth look elsewhere

Spicy, male female, paranormal (werewolves!), grumpy/sunshine, forced proximity, contemporary romance. I really LOVE a monster small town and this one being run down but full of helpful hardworking folks was a delight. I found the premise fun, the main lead's pack entertaining and heartwarming, and the main couple's chemistry sizzling. A lovely cozy monster read.

This is an adorable premise where monsters and humans coexist together in - mostly - harmony. This story follows a spoiled rich girl who ends up stranded in an area where the perks she’s used to just don’t exist. There’s no room service or a spa and even the cell phone service is spotty. It’s very inconvenient that her family is headed for the beach while she’s stranded in Alaska in the snow and she can’t leave, for more than one reason. It’s a wild story of the grumpy/sunshine nature and I find it delightful. Definitely worth the read.

Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf is a magical snowed-in story that had me laughing so hard at the chaos and antics of this small town and werewolf family trying to help their future alpha regain the spark he lost. With time to kill and an open relationship with her fiancé, what else is a girl to do expect enjoy her new werewolf husband while she has the chance? This was chaos and fun all wrapped up into a sweet and cozy story with spice that will have you sweating. I am a sucker for a grumpy x sunshine shenanigans, and this delivered in all the right ways!

I guess the reason I was so bugged by this one is that it felt tone deaf. Because what do you mean the plot is rich girl gains empathy and yearns for the mines (a job)? In the state of today's world, it just felt aggravating. Im done with characters lacking hardship. Give me someone roughened by life and working hard. The spiked rich girl plot isn't compelling anymore

This was a cute, fast-paced monster romance. I especially enjoyed the male main character—Oliver was grumpy but had a deep love for his family, which revealed a softer, more endearing side of him.
At first, I didn’t care much for the female main character—she came off a bit prissy—but she gradually grew on me. As the story progressed, she found her place in the world, and that growth came through clearly in the writing.
The cozy small-town setting was perfect for this story. It added warmth and humor, especially for readers who grew up in a similar kind of neighborhood.
Overall, I really enjoyed this read!

Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf is such a perfect, cozy, enemies to lovers delight. Our grumpy werewolf breaking out of his shell while our sunshine girl discovers her own depth is truly so much fun. I want to spend more time with Luna and Oliver! Highly highly recommend.

Accidentally Wedded To A Werewolf Honest ARC Review:
While funny, this was heartwarming, charming and steamy.
An heiress, Luna Stack was on her way to see her finance before she had car trouble during a snowstorm and hit the sign of an Inn in a small town. Claw Haven, Alaska is a cozy small town inhabited by friendly locals who happen to also be monsters.
Shortly after entering the Inn, Luna evokes a marriage ritual when she shares a bottle of what appears to be wine or cocktail with the grumpy man at the front desk.
This was so entertaining and enjoyable to read! If you are looking for a heartwarming, funny and uplifting romance with some spice, this is for you!

Thank you Harlequin and NetGalley for sharing this ARC with me! It was a fun read!

Werewolf romances are not typically my thing, but this one just seemed so cute, and it was! Luna and Oliver are so adorable together my heart melted. Pain management needs to be something they teach in werewolf school. I liked this!

Cozy as advertised! With great chemistry, tension, and longing. A delightful read that would be great for fall and winter.

If you are looking for published Alexis from Schitt’s Creek fanfic, look no further. This story felt like a monster/werewolf spin on “if Alexis was the main character” in a good way! Luna, the FMC, was the typical spoiled/fun/party girl who (eventually) grows into a bit less shallow people that falls in love with the small town + small town guy. The small town guy also happens to be a werewolf!
It was pretty beautiful seeing her grow into her potential and fall in love with both the small town and Oliver over the course of the book, and I truly loved Oliver’s family and the town’s other monster inhabitants. It gave the book more depth out side of the romance parts.
Things I did knot enjoy: the fact that Oliver and Luna went from hating each other to practically banging the next page? Also, Luna is ENGAGED to another person but because it’s mentioned that they have an open relationship, all of a sudden, it’s just fine? There’s just no actual conversation about this and we just jump into bed. It was wild. Knot yucking anyone’s relationship but I just needed more dialogue before it happened. This was problematic for me for a good portion of the book and why this only has 3 stars.

Luna is stranded in small town Alaska, and goes to the hotel, run by Oliver, a werewolf. When they accidentally drink from the same bottle, they end up bonded to each other, or married in werewolf society. Fun banter and like the wolf family dynamics. Fun read and would recommend, although did tend to skim the detailed sex (might be my age of 60+).

This was a cute and cozy paranormal romance read. Although the plot felt slightly predictable, and I personally didn’t love the open relationship trope, this was still a fun quick read. I enjoyed the characters and the town of Claw Haven and would definitely read another book set in this town/world.

This book was such a cozy, sweet escape! The small-town vibe mixed with monsters was exactly my jam — I found myself wishing I could live in Claw Haven. The werewolf pack life was super cute too. Having a bunch of people who love and support you? Sign me up! Honestly, the werewolf family is the absolute cutest. Can I get adopted or bonded in, please?
Okay, now for the not-so-great stuff. Luna annoyed me pretty much the whole time. She’s like the ultimate spoiled Valley Girl—way too much partying, cheesy catchphrases, and random “striking poses.” And that whole thing where she accidentally throws out her college boyfriend’s grandfather’s ashes because she wanted a vase? Like, girl, come on. She didn’t even seem sorry about it. I wasn’t really a fan of her, but she did grow a bit by the end, so points for that. Her banter with Oliver was fun though — I’m always here for the grumpy/sunshine dynamic!
Speaking of Oliver, he started off super gruff but got nicer pretty quickly. The romance felt kinda rushed — one minute they hate each other, next minute they’re hooking up because they’re stuck together. It made me pause and think, “Wait, what did I miss?” But the forced-bond thing did help make their relationship feel real since they had to spend time together.
Now, here’s where things got a little messy for me: Luna is actually engaged to this guy Hector, and they have an open relationship. Hector even says she can sleep with Oliver but warns her not to fall for him. But as the story goes on, Luna and Oliver definitely develop an emotional connection, which felt like emotional cheating to me. Even though they had “permission,” it didn’t really feel like just casual—there was real feeling there, and that made the whole situation complicated. Honestly, Hector’s whole subplot felt unnecessary and didn’t add much — the story would’ve worked fine without it.
Some other plot points confused me or felt half-done. Like, why introduce sketchy flour guy Nick if you’re just gonna drop it?
I was really hoping Alaska would play a bigger part, but it barely did. We get that it snows and there’s no cell service, and that’s about it. Such a missed opportunity for a cozy setting.
The cover is adorable and totally nails the cozy vibe. The book isn’t very spicy overall — just a few quick steamy scenes here and there. The story is light and fluffy, which is exactly what I wanted when I picked it up.
The ending was pretty satisfying — Luna finally stood up for herself (yay!) and Oliver stepping into protective wolf mode was a highlight. I just wish we’d seen more of that wolf pack dynamic in action.
Overall, Accidentally Wedded To A Werewolf is a fun, easy read if you want something cute with small-town charm and werewolves. It has its flaws (plot holes, annoying main character, rushed romance, and some complicated relationship stuff), but I still enjoyed the escape. If you’re into grumpy/sunshine romances and quirky packs, give it a shot!
