I ATE THIS UP! I could not put it down and finished it so freaking fast. I need more of the cozy small town monster romance.
In this book you follow spoiled heiress, Luna Stack, as she finds herself stuck and stranded at a motel in Claw Haven, a cozy town full of monsters. Upon getting to the motel Luna is greeted by the grumpy werewolf motel owner Oliver Musgrove. All Luna has to do is check in for the night and before she knows it she will be on the first flight out of here to reunite with her fiance where they will be drinking on the beach and forgetting she was ever here. Nothing else could possibly go wrong right?........Wrong. Luna accidentally evokes a mating ritual that has now bonded her to said Grump, Oliver. Now she’s forced to stay at the inn, in close proximity to Oliver (a man who wants nothing to do with her) and work together with him to figure out how to break this bond. However the longer they are working together the more they think this accidental marriage might not be the worst thing.
This is so goooooood. The banter, tension, spice scenes, humor JUST EVERYTHING was impeccable. Oliver is so grumpy and sassy and Luna is a misunderstood Heiress who deserves respect and love. 10/10 recommend.

This is a quirky romance about an LA girl who finds herself stranded at a family run motel in a town full of monsters. This is a series and it's no big deal if you haven't read the other ones. I really liked the monster/people aspect, reminded me of Halloweentown. What made it two stars for me is that the description didn't mention a very specific trope, open marriage/relationship. I feel like that's not a trope seen too frequently and is for a very target audience. Mentioning that in the description (or even as a trigger warning) would probably be best so readers know what to expect. I kept reading until the line "Do me a favor...don't talk about your fiancé during this".
It also moved very quickly, the FMC and MMC despised each other until the very second FMC said she was in an open relationship, and they ran to the bedroom.

Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf is a light, fun paranormal romance with a small town vibe and an intriguing werewolf element. I really enjoyed the magical setting it made the world feel cozy yet full of potential. It was definitely an easy and entertaining read.
That said, I struggled to connect with the romance. Luna and Oliver got together so quickly that their relationship didn’t feel like it had time to grow emotionally. I kept waiting for deeper development or stronger chemistry between them, but it never fully clicked for me.
Luna herself was a bit frustrating. She often complained that her dad never gave her a real chance to lead, which was understandable, but then when the townspeople came to her for help, she’d act like it was below her. Even though she did eventually step up, those early moments made it hard to fully root for her character.
I liked how the story wrapped up, but I also felt bad for Hector. Even though he played it cool about Luna being in an open relationship the whole time, it just didn’t sit right with me. That whole dynamic made it hard to feel comfortable with the romantic plot.
Overall, if you’re into small-town paranormal romances with werewolves and magic, this could still be an enjoyable read for you. It wasn’t a perfect fit for me, but I liked the concept and thought the setting was charming.

This book progresses very quickly in the first few chapters. I think I would have preferred them to take longer to give in on their pack urges. Overall, it was okay. But not the most attention grabbing book I’ve read. But classic girl who no one takes too seriously who wants to be taken more serious. Realized in the end that she wants more than her party friends and “fun guy” fiance.

Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf was my first book by Isabelle Taylor. I thoroughly enjoyed Luna and Oliver's story. It was an interesting and unique premise. I will be recommending Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf to my book club.

A rom-com that follows the spoiled heiress is stuck with grumpy guy and she learns about love and hard work. A cool world and cute characters, a thoroughly enjoyable book.

I read this book in two sittings. It was so good, I couldn’t stop thinking about it even after I put it down.
I loved seeing Oliver open up and reading about the relationship between the Musgroves. I felt that the pacing of the story was good; I was never bored, and there was a good mix of something new happening and other slowed down, more intimate moments between characters.
Claw Haven is such a sweet town. I’ll definitely be reading the other installments in the series!

Cozy, Alaskan village full of lovable monsters ✅
Grumpy, growly, good boy MMC ✅✅
Socialite turned small town hero FMC ✅✅✅
Inadvertent magical bonding that amps up the sweet and the spice 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Found family, found community where everyone knows your name and your business ☕️🍫☕️🍫☕️
Spoiled, sunshiny socialite Luna accidentally drives her car into the sign at the only inn in the town of Claw Haven, an isolated, Alaskan monster sanctuary. Grumpy, werewolf innkeeper Oliver accidentally gets drunk on a special wolfy bonding liquid that he leaves out for Luna to drink as well. Surprise, she is now accidentally wedded to a werewolf! Let the forced proximity hijinks begin in this sweet paranormal monster romance. Think “It Happened One Summer” but werewolves instead of fishermen and snowy Alaska instead of rainy Washington.
This was a fun, quick read that would be perfect for a winter night with a cup of hot cocoa just like a hallmark movie. I enjoyed Luna and Oliver’s development as individuals and as a couple throughout the story. I love how supportive Oliver was of all Luna’s big ideas including forcing her to confront her constant self doubt. I especially loved how human Luna started exhibiting more and more wolf traits the more time she spent with Oliver and his touchy feely, wolf family. Oliver’s family and the cast of town monsters added a lot of levity to the story.
I did not love the convenience of Luna’s open relationship with her fiancé and how quickly Luna and Oliver jumped in to bed together. I understand the bond was driving them towards it, but I missed the buildup of sexual tension that usually occurs in a forced proximity trope. Then both the sex and Luna’s conversations with her fiancé disappeared from the page though it was clear both were still occurring. It left me wanting to know more about how those dynamics were impacting Luna and Oliver’s growing relationship. However, the “will she or won’t she stay” yearning was a good emotional substitute.
Overall, I really liked this book. It was a nice, low stakes mood booster that still managed to hit me in the feels. I look forward to reading more Claw Haven romances!
Thanks to Isabelle Taylor, Harlequin Romance, and NetGalley for providing me with an ARC, which allowed me to read the book and voluntarily provide an unbiased review.

Ok this was cute!! I really enjoyed this one. I liked the story, characters, and setting. Claw Haven is such a cute little town and I loved the snowy cozy winter vibes of the book. This would be a great winter romcom read. The only things I didn’t like as much was the insta lust for Luna and Oliver combined with a spicy scene so fast and then not much during the rest of the book. I think the book could have been a touch shorter and then it would have been perfect.
Thank you to Netgalley for providing this ARC.

Amazing book loved the characters and plot. I couldn't stop reading I stayed up all night. I loved the book so much thank you for the arc.

I was able to read this book thanks to Netgalley.
Set in a world like our own, but with a whole array of "monsters" who are integrated into society, spoiled heiress Luna and grumpy innkeeper Oliver must deal with their growing attraction and accidental bonding.
The best part of this book was the setting. Claw Haven is a town of monsters, but it's also a tiny town in Alaska full of gossip and charm. Luna is a pampered spoil brat who wants to do more with her life but is resigned to just being the happy-go-lucky friends. Oliver is dealing with his own past and his family's move to the small, isolated Claw Haven. When they are accidently bonded together the two are forced to spend time with one another until the bond can be reversed. This is a rom-com in book form, with a lot of spice and character growth as both Luna and Oliver learn to trust each other and examine their own expectations of who they are supposed to be.
It was a fun read, but I wanted more of the world and of Claw Haven.

3.5⭐️ rounded up to 4⭐️
Grumpy sunshine, Accidentally married, And a Werewolf romance? 🩷Yes. This is such a cozy book about a whole monster town. The world is where human and monsters co-exist. I absolutely fell in love with the whole town of claw haven and quirky characters in it. I think this town has so much potential!
The FMC as a whole had so much more depth than you think when you start the book. It’s great to see her get confidence and have a sense of self worth by the end of the book.
And the broody MMC? Total jerk and hermit forced to get out of his comfort zone after accidentally marrying the extrovert out of towner.
I think this book would be a great winter/ early spring cozy read!
Thank you to Net galley for this ARC in exchange for a honest review

The book was good, entertaining, cozy and a fast read all in one. I enjoyed the grumpy/sunshine trope with the two mc’s but I wish the relationship would have been just a bit more fleshed out. It seemed almost insta love. Just maybe like 50 to 100 pages more to develop the relationship and really get at the feels between the two mc’s. Also wish we got just a bit more world building like are people and the monsters integrated since everyone seems to know about them. We are never told when they came out, how they’re treated or how they’re seen. Are they seen wearily since we are told this town allows them to live in peace and the fire before the story begins indicates they are targeted sometimes?
Other than that I really liked the atmosphere and the unique cast of characters that lived in town. The banter was funny and cute and the fmc was relatable trying to get out of her family’s shadow to make a name for herself. The spicy scenes were good, I liked the insert of actual dog/werewolf biology lol. The ending wasn’t anticlimactic but it fit the vibe of the story. Very hallmark movie type. I would rate this book a solid 4 stars and might read the next one if I am in the proper mood for this type of story.
Grade
4/5 ⭐ overall
3/5 ❤️ romance
4/5 🌶️ spice

I picked this up because the title made me laugh and yep, it delivered exactly the cozy chaos I hoped for. Rich girl gets magically married to a grumpy werewolf innkeeper in a monster town? Say less. Luna is dramatic, clueless, and somehow endearing, while Oliver is the perfect mix of growly and secretly soft. There’s a cursed marriage, found family, and just enough spice to keep things warm. Honestly, it’s like if Hallmark and Halloween had a weird little baby and I loved every minute of it. 10/10 would get magically hitched again.

Small town with monsters, sign me up. The backstory and character development for both the MMC and FMC were well fleshed out. The plot was great. There were a couple small issues with the way some things were written. Overall I had a fun time reading this.

📖 Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of this ebook.
I enjoyed this book a lot, and I am definitely invested in the series. I just can’t shake feeling bad for the fiancé. But I do really love the trope of “party girl” learns she’s got more depth to her than everyone has always told her (think It Happened One Summer).

DNF @ 20% I just couldn’t get behind the fact that she had a fiancée. Maybe if he was unlikable I would’ve enjoyed the book, but I honestly was rooting for him. Had really high hopes and unfortunately this book just didn’t deliver.

This book is for the ones who love to read books with werewolves in it! It’s a monster romance story! I found this book to be emotional, funny, lighthearted and hopeful. It is a fast paced read that has likable and unlikable characters in it. I think that the female main character was not likable. However, the male main character I liked a lot! I love how the author strongly developed these characters! I also loved the vivid imagery of small town in Alaska.
This is definitely a grumpy and sunshine romance and contains a forced proximity between the two main characters. I really enjoyed the banter and the humor in the story. What I didn’t like about the female main character, whose name is Luna, is that she is engaged to another guy before meeting this werewolf. Luna also seems very self centered. However, I do love the cozy setting of this story and the supernatural creatures in it! I do feel like it was a Twilight and Hallmark movie mixed together. I absolutely loved the world building this book had!
“Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf” is a novel about a woman named Luna. Luna’s car ends up breaking down and she gets stranded by a snowstorm in Claw Haven, Alaska. She ends up meeting Oliver, who is a werewolf innkeeper. A magical potion happens and the story unravels into an attraction between each other. Overall, I rate this book a 3 out of 5 stars.
I think fans of monster romances, that have an immersive world building, would really enjoy reading this book! Content warnings include sexual content.
Thank you to NetGalley, author Isabelle Taylor and Harlequin - Romance for this digital ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. All thought and opinions expressed are my own.
This book is expected to be published on October 7, 2025!

Cute, loved the banter and the story line. Definitely not for everyone. I would still highly recommend it to the right audience.

I freaking love this world. Like, love it. Claw Haven is exactly the kind of cozy, monster-filled town I want to stumble into during a snowstorm. Preferably with a hot grumpy werewolf and a magical inn in need of a little TLC.
Luna and Oliver have textbook enemies-to-lovers vibes with a solid splash of magical shenanigans and forced proximity, and the whole setup is just plain fun. He’s broody and emotionally constipated. She’s bougie and chaotic with a secret squishy core. The potion-bonded fake marriage? An absolute delight. Also, the side characters are charming AF. I would absolutely read six more books set here.
I do wish we’d gotten a bit more lore about the world itself. There are hints about humans and monsters coexisting, but I had questions. Are there other towns like Claw Haven? How many types of creatures are out there? Have humans always known? I also would’ve loved to see a little more of Luna’s growth spelled out on the page—her arc is there, but it felt a bit rushed in places.
Still, this was a wildly entertaining ride full of magical chaos, snowy hijinks, and monster romance goodness. I’m already crossing my fingers for more Claw Haven stories.
