Sweet Chaos is very chaotic and it is sweet. Not in a normal sense. If you read dark romance you'll know what I mean. The darkness entraps you in here. Gripping, thrilling and page turning!

Loved it!! Such a good mafia dark romance book!
It has such good characters and plot twists, a lot of spicy scene too which is always good.
From the beginning to the end of the book I was in, it was a really fast read. The chemistry between the two main characters was captivating and I couldn’t stop reading to see what happens next!

I had high hopes for this not being the typical mafia book, however, this did not deliver.

This was a miss for me. Took me over a month to get through. The plot was almost non-existent for 78% of the book. What little plot given was at the end seemed rushed and thrown together. The entire book was crowded with cringy interior monologues and dialogue. The author needed to show more instead of telling. The 'twist' was predictable and obvious. The ending had no real resolution with both main 'villains' still on the loose.

Hopefully, they next book in the series focuses more on plot development.

This mafia romance starts off with really gripping flashback that pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the story. It's tense, it's dark, and it's dangerous - just how mafia romances should be!

I really like Dex's character - he's immediately just completely charmed and captivated by Kira! I really enjoyed how they played off of each other and how they were both addicted to one another and willing to do what they needed.

The pacing tends to be up and down but after about half way it really picks up and the story stays gripping and compelling right thru the end. At 285 pages this is a quick read and I finished it in a few hours.

I had high hopes for this book after reading the blurb but I really struggled to get into it. The storyline was ok but the pacing and flow felt a little off to me. I'm also not a huge fan of insta love so although I liked Dex and Kira, I was a bit put off. I'm sure this would hit the spot for readers who love mafia romance that's insta love. Just my personal opinion and preferences.

I really liked the idea of this book. It was interesting but a bit confusing at the beginning. And I think that the characters are a bit unaware of themselves(in my opinion). Overall, not that bad but could have been written better (also in my opinion).

I really wanted to love this one, but it just didn't work for me. I was a little confused in the beginning. I felt the characters weren't relatable and the story just didn't do it for me.

I really enjoyed this book. Russian mafia and stopping at nothing! I enjoyed the fast pace and it got me hooked.

The first thing I want to point out is I love how this author wrote about a strong willed heroine. I love that she would do anything to save her and her family ( the female part of it).I also like how the hero tried to keep the heroine on her toes and to me there were equally bada**. This book was as addicting has an action movie would be. After reading this book I will dive into the other books she has written because I cant wait to see what other adventures she would put me on with her writing.

Sweet Chaos by Kimberly Quinn is an emotionally charged, slow-burn romance that balances heartbreak and healing with surprising grace. This was a really good and easy-to-read book! I'm definitely a fan of Dex – I loved his character. I had a bit more trouble connecting with Kira, mostly because of all the secrets she was keeping. Still, the chemistry between them was undeniable and really came through on the page. I'm definitely curious to see how the story continues in the next book!

This was perfect to add in between fantasy books. This is dark mafia. It was super suspenseful while having a good amount of romance and spice. The FMC was amazing she was so strong and badass but caring too. Her feminine rage was emporing to read about. The story was so fast paced I didn’t want to put it down. It felt like I could have read this in a whole sitting if I could have. Highly recommend for those dark mafia girlies who are just getting started in the genre.

Give me a dark mafia romance and I eat it up every time. I was really excited about this one from the very start it pulled me in . And it started action packed. I loved the main characters specifically the fmc, she’s strong and resilient! Really enjoyed this book but do think the plot was lost midway through.

I tried going into this book twice , but it just didn’t do it for me

10/10 book and loved every part of it. The suspense, the love connection, the drama, the secrets made this book worth it. Both main characters were super badass and it went by way too quick!

I had high hopes for this book but it wasn’t for me. I liked the storyline but the pacing was off. I feel like the flow of the story was not great either. I liked Kira and Dex but I also hated that it was insta love and she could do nothing wrong in his eyes even though she was lying to him.

This mafia romance features a very strong fmc alongside a stubborn mmc who are both trying to hide their real goals and knowledge from each other while also trying (and failing) to not fall in love. It was pretty standard as mafia romance books go.
