Witchcraft presents interesting elements, but it is a pity that not all the content is available. I am not able to offer an adequate review of incomplete material.
Thanks to NetGalley and publisher for this advanced reader's copy.

.....uh alright I guess
I was really thinking this was going to be pro-witch the whole time so the plot twist felt just for shock value

RA-
-I read the limited ARC English translation for this thanks to NetGalley and I'm not entirely sure how the book ends
-YA+ audience
-A woman is sent to work in the home of three sisters as their housekeeper and helps with the delivery of babies while hiding her own. She maintains her connection to her Indian mythology while the sisters practice witchcraft.
-Art style is very sketchbook renderings set among a very limited color palette that belays the intensity of the story.
-TW: miscarriage, death after pregnancy, attempted sexual assault, nudity

*I only received part of the book as a preview.
Witchcraft is another tale from Sole Otero that I just devoured. The book feels mysterious, with some dark humor, and seems explores how women are treated by society. Are they powerful because they create life? Do they know more about nature and illness and the world beyond? Are they human, or are they witches?
