An easy 5 star audiobook! Not only the story is very sweet and warm, but it’s based off of a true story. I love the background music as well, it suits perfectly with the story and author’s descent. It’s truly a good story for young readers.

The Girl Who Sing’s to Bees is a beautiful children’s book written by Latin Grammy Award-winner CHIQUIS. This sweet book tells the story of Janney, a young girl dealing with the loss of her mother. Janney looks to abuela’s garden and finds inspiration from the hard working bees.

This is a sweet story about grief, resilience, music, and finding inspiration from nature. 4 stars.
