Thank you to NetGalley for providing this ARC.

I've never read anything from this author before so I had no idea what to expect when I picked up this book. All I knew was the it had a cool cover and an intriguing premise.

As a child I used to play in cemeteries a lot, so the idea of a book about cemeteries very much appealed to me.

This book was a collection of essays about cemeteries, but it was also a memoir as well as one big love letter to cemeteries. It was definitely one of the most interesting meoir concepts I've ever encountered.

This was such an interesting read, I would recommend it to anyone that has a soft spot for cemeteries or who like memoirs that are out of the box.
