My sons, ages 6 1/2 and 7 1/2 had fun listening to this book on audio, and we enjoyed the narrator and our first experience listening to Dan Gutman's Weird School series. This had us all laughing, and we learned a lot about the history of toilets. Then a mystery occurs, with a twist ending that surprised us, making for a very enjoyable book to listen to in the car.
I highly recommend this book for schools and libraries.

Hysterical! I'm still laughing at Gutman's latest addition to the Weird School series. From the rhyming titles to the silly exploits of the characters, my students are always engaged from page one and can't wait to have fun.
This latest is about Mr. Plummer, the custodian at Ella Mentary School (his puns are uproarious!), who becomes the detective extraordinaire in his mission to determine who is responsible for flooding the boys' bathroom. And what an assignment that is. There is enough bathroom humor to delight every elementary school student who reads it. Beyond the humor, the relationships and personalities of all kinds of students are explored. They'll be able to see themselves reflected in the gestures and conversations in the story.
The narrator was terrific! I'm still laughing!
