Just finished the preview of Three Shattered Souls (the first three chapters) and I’m already hooked. It picks up right after book two, no messing about, and you're straight back into the action. It doesn’t let up.

There’s tension, betrayal bubbling under the surface, and the stakes feel higher than ever. The characters are still brilliant, flawed, sharp, and full of heart, and you can already feel that this final part of the trilogy is going to push them to the edge.

Absolutely cracking start. Can’t wait to get stuck into the rest and see how it all ends. If the rest of the book carries on like this, it’s going to be one hell of a finale.

I wish this preview was longer, I am so excited to see where everyone ends up at the end of the story.

Of course I am also so so nervous as well. I hope there is no heartbreak. 🫣

I was so excited to read this and I cannot wait for the final copy to come out! I also loved that they included the recap of what happened in the previous books at the start, so people can read this without having to reread them.

Super excited to jump back into this world. I liked the first book and book 2 was okay. But I have high hopes that this finale will be a good one!

After devouring the three-chapter preview of Three Shattered Souls, I’m more excited than ever for the final installment in this incredible series. Mai Corland continues to raise the stakes while staying true to the emotional depth and raw intensity that made the earlier books unforgettable.

I need to know how their stories end. The tension, the heartbreak, the hope—it’s all there, and it’s building toward something huge. I can’t wait to see how it all wraps up. Bring on the finale!

While some character arcs could have used a bit more breathing room, the high-stakes intrigue, fierce battles, and raw emotional depth make this a worthy, if devastating, installment. Fans of the series won’t be disappointed.

This is a great sneak peak for a series that I am excited to see the conclusion for and impatiently await for my pre order to arrive on Tuesday.

A great finale to the Broke Blades Trilogy where betrayal, magic, and survival collide. The book continues to explores the cost of loyalty in a fractured world.

While being eternally grateful for the chance to read it, the preview was short and left me desperate for more! books 1 and 2 are amazing so I’m incredibly excited for the release of book 3. However if Aeri and Royo don’t end up together i may have to riot.

Perfection. I am beyond excited for this book. I appreciate the recaps at the beginning of each installment that refresh my memory, as well as provide insight into what plot points the author thinks are important. July 15th can't come soon enough!

While I enjoyed the teaser, I literally need more. I need this book in my hands. Just from the three chapters, I already know that this book is going to be so freaking good. I can't wait to read the rest of it when it's released.

Three Shattered Souls brings the Broken Blades trilogy to a bittersweet, emotional close. The world-building is sharp and immersive, and the stakes are higher than ever, with betrayals that genuinely hit hard. The rotating POVs keep things dynamic, and the relationships—especially the messy, complicated ones—add a real emotional weight. There’s something so raw about watching characters you’ve grown attached to get absolutely wrecked by grief, war, and each other.

That said, parts of the book didn’t quite land for me. Some twists felt a little too predictable, and the pacing lagged in the middle. I also found myself wishing for a few more surprises or risks in the storytelling. Still, if you’ve been with the series from the start, this finale pays off most of the big arcs and delivers the heartbreak and closure you’d expect. I’d give it a solid 3.25 out of 5 stars—it’s not perfect, but it still packs a punch.
